Addis Scribe running fully offline on-device.
No Wi-Fi or mobile data, and it keeps transcribing locally (first text in ~0.3s)
Small, open-source models running on the edge is something we’ll be doing a lot more of.

Nautilus Copy Path — Quick path copying for GNOME
In GNOME Files (Nautilus), there is no dedicated context menu action to copy the path of a file or folder. Pressing Ctrl+C copies the file itself rather than its path text. When working in the terminal or writing documentation, getting a clean path.
So, I built nautilus-copy-path, a lightweight native extension for Nautilus that adds a direct "Copy Path" action and a "Copy as..." menu right where you need it.
added these just to make it a proper tool 😅:
- One-click copy for the default absolute path
- Home-relative paths (~/...)
- Git-relative paths (auto-detected inside repositories — great for PRs and issues)
- Shell-quoted paths (safe to paste straight into Bash/Zsh)
- File URIs and Markdown links
- Multi-file selection (newline-separated, quoted, or JSON)
- Works on empty folder space to copy the current directory path
- Wayland and X11 clipboard persistence with subtle notification toasts

I finally built the liturgical app I always wanted on my phone. 🙏
Meet Zikere Kidusan (ዝክረ ቅዱሳን).
It’s probably the first Ethiopian Orthodox Synaxarium that lets you read the daily saints and feasts in both English and Amharic with a single tap.
• Shortened and concise stories & daily scripture
• One-tap switch between Amharic and English
• It’s a PWA — install it straight to your home screen
⭐️ Star it on GitHub:
