US Supreme Court permits the criminalization of homelessness in cities across the country. Very simply, if you suffer health issues that make work difficult, if you lose your job long-term, if you face discrimination, or even if you just get caught in an economic downturn, you may soon face a criminal charge and associated fine to boot. This is a doubling-down on class warfare and hostile policy against demographic minorities and the poor.
