Key Responsibilities:
1. Due Diligence:
Evaluate Web3 projects by assessing teams, tokenomics, GTM strategy, business model, and roadmaps.
2. Partnership Onboarding:
Identify and onboard top-tier projects and partners—VCs, KOLs, and blockchain foundations.
3. Project Support:
Manage pre- and post-launch strategies, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success.
4. Relationship Management:
Build strong ties with founders and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-potential Web3 ventures.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and acceleration teams to execute high-impact launch plans.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Have proven experience in blockchain, tokenomics, and crypto markets
• Understand DeFi, AI, GameFi, Meme tokens, and RWA narratives
• Hold a degree in Business Administration or related field (blockchain certifications are a plus)
• Are analytical, strategic, and proactive in deal-making and project management
• Have excellent communication skills and thrive in fast-paced, startup environments
• Have worked with early-stage startups, accelerators, or VC-backed projects
