Web3 is exciting — fast, open, full of potential.
But not every project is worth your energy.
Here are a few red flags we see too often when jobseekers approach us:
1. No clear #roadmap.
If the team can't explain where they’re going, how will you know where you fit?
2. No defined scope for your role.
“Let’s figure it out as we go” sounds fun… until it becomes “do everything.”
3. Disorganized hiring process.
If a project can’t run a basic interview properly, imagine how they manage team dynamics and product delivery. 🚩🚩
4. All hype, no substance.
Be wary of projects that scream “next #Solana” but have zero product or traction.
