Journal for Gratitude and Manifestation

1) Gratitude Section:
In the morning or evening, express thanks for small things that happened today (if writing in the evening) or yesterday (if writing in the morning).
Express gratitude to God, gods, a higher power, the universe, the cosmos—whatever you believe in. It’s all the same; we just give it different names. 🙌
Begin each phrase with “Thank you.”

For example:
• Thank you for waking me up today healthy, energized, and grateful.
• Thank you for my strong, healthy, and flexible body.
• Thank you for the amazing people around me.
• Thank you for the delicious breakfast.
• Thank you for the fantastic trip to London.

2) Manifestation Section:
In the same notebook, write gratitude for things that haven’t happened yet, but imagine as if they already have and you are grateful for them. Provide specific details like numbers, locations, names, etc.
Crucially, write and BELIEVE, and infuse your words with feelings of love.

For example:
• If you desire a higher salary, write: Thank you for my monthly salary of $7,000.
• If you seek more attention, write: Thank you for my boyfriend who surprises me every month.
• If you want to improve your relationship, write: Thank you for my amazing, supportive partner with whom I work, travel (even if you’re not traveling yet, you are manifesting it), and meditate.
• If you desire healthier skin, write: Thank you for my glowing, healthy skin.
• If you wish to travel, write: Thank you for my monthly travels to four countries.
• If you dream of visiting specific places, write: Thank you for my visits to Paris and Madrid.

Use a notebook and 🖊 A friend told me to use yellow notebook paper and a red pen, as it supposedly has more power, but you can use whatever works for you.
