This is how my brain works. Went to bed w/a headache last night, woke at 4AM this morning - in a fog w/an algorithm in my head.

I knew how to estimate false positive rate of any test given reported # cases over time only;

Or at least, I suspected I knew how I could find a method that would do that.... and I did it in about an hour.

I don't know how to say how huge this is.
Perhaps this will suffice: I called Bobby Kennedy on the west coast at 5am (his time).

Of course he picked up. Of course he was awake. And of course... he was on the way to the friggin' airport.

IPAK needs a FT programmer to make web applications so these (and other important things) can be executed by anyone w/a browser.
