Who can become a participant?
- young specialists in the area international relations, political scientists, economists, lawyers, journalists, historians;
- representatives of civil society organisations involved in international cooperation and public diplomacy;
- young diplomats and government representatives;
- master's students, postgraduate students and lecturers of specialised higher education institutions.
The age range of the participants is from 25 to 35 years old.


Participants of the programme are selected on the basis of a competition from among the applications submitted.


How to participate?
Fill in the questionnaire using the Alexander Gorchakov Fund form, pre-registering on our website;
Attach a letter of motivation (what is your aspiration to participate in Dialogue for the Future 2022?);
Attach a letter of recommendation (from work/study or a Gorchakov Club member).

The authors of the top-three motivation letters will be provided with travel expenses to and from the event venue.

The Members of the International Jury have done a great job of evaluating all applications, thus the 100 best entrepreneurs under 40 inclusive were selected in 10 different categories.

All Laureates will be invited to take in the BRICS+ International Business Forum, which will be held in Moscow from 28 to 30 November 2022. The solemn ceremony of awarding the Laurates will be held as part of the Forum.

The Russian House in New Delhi is pleased to announce the launch of the admission campaign for study in Russian educational institutions within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation since December 23, 2022.

The quota for the Republic of India for the 2023/2024 academic year is 200 scholarships, including 150 scholarships granted on a general basis and 50 by a special quota.

The scholarship covers all the costs for the study itself. Students do not pay any admission and tuition fees. They have a 50% discount on accommodation in the student house/hostel. However, the scholarship does not include travel and food expenses.

It is the day when the Constitution of India came into effect in 1950, superseding the previously existing Government of India Act(1935) and turning the country into an independent republic. It marks the transition of India from a British empire to an Independent republic. The main Republic Day celebration is held in the national capital, New Delhi, at the Rajpath (officially named 'Kartavya Path'), before the President of India. On this day, ceremonious parades take place at the Rajpath, which are performed as a tribute to India; its unity in diversity and its rich cultural heritage.

On December 13th the next major event of the Program “BRICS People Choosing Life”co-organised by IYES Foundation with RPO "BRICS. World of Traditions", took place at Delhi Public School, Dwarka. The Treaty of cooperation between the Indian school and the State budgetary educational institution of Moscow “School No. 1409” for the project to create the Russian-Indian cultural and educational centre of Leo Tolstoy and Mahatma Gandhi was signed on the premises of Delhi Public School, Dwarka.
The same day a business mission was held at the Russian House in New Delhi with assistance and participation of the Trade Representation of Russia in India. The business mission included the presentation of high-quality goods and products manufacture by the enterprises of Samara.
