She is Justice Reeta Kaushik, Principal Judge, Family court, Jaunpur
She gave 120 dates to the victim Atul in 2 yrsโi.e 1 date every 5th or 6th day off the week to humiliate him.
The judge demanded Rs 5 Lakh from the victim man to settle the matter (as per the statement signed by him).
Imagine a person travelling from Bangalore to UP every week for court hearing only to bear harrasment and get another date.
She gave 120 dates to the victim Atul in 2 yrsโi.e 1 date every 5th or 6th day off the week to humiliate him.
