• Micorosft MDT Lab with ADK 1903

DC Comics Domain Lab Setup as Follows:

1. Two Domain Controllers DCDC01 and DCDC02 With Each Having Two Network Cards with teaming option between them for Network Load Balance
2. DCDC01 have the following services on it (active directory , DNS , WINS , Group Policy Management)
3. DCDC02 have the following Services on it ( DNS , WINS , Active Directory , Group Policy Management , File server Resource Manager , WDS and MDT 8456 and ADK 1903 )
4. DCDC02 is the File share Server Contains Department Shares and Users Home Directory Shares
5. DHCP MAC Filter is enabled on Both Servers
6. Users , Groups , Group Members , File share permissions , File share NTFS Permissions , OU active directory Structure , computers and servers objects , File shares Folders all done by PowerShell scripts and CSV Files
7. Active Directory Central Group Policy Created location
8. Policies contain a collection of Office 2016 and classic shell and Firefox and google chrome ADMX Files including the default policies
9. Login script and backgrounds and screensavers and other tweaks are created
10. File server quota and filter done to block audio and video files on shares
11. Active Directory Life Reports Done by excel integration with Active Directory
12. All Scripts Well be zipped and added to my google drive with the lab videos.
13. latest mdt lab version 8456 with ADK version 1903 and SQl 2016 MDT database the main objective of this lab is to capture and deploy windows 10 LTSC 2019 image on large number if Pcs with Zero touch installation through MDT Scripts and MDT database that contians all PC names with thier correspond MAC Address so the pc needs only to be powered on and the name of PC and Image and joining domain done automatically. Applications are installed in silent mode with msi files and exe files ( Adobe Reader DC , Firefox , Chrome , VLC , 7-zip and finally classic shell ).

Marvel and DC United Lab Scenraio

1. Two Active Directory forests Marvel Forest and DC Comics Forest
2. Two domain controllers for each forest
3. In each forest one domain controller acting as File server (windows server 2019)
4. In each forest the second domain controller acts as a secondary DNS and WINS and active directory and WSUS Server and file server
5. Marvel Domain Contains all Marvel heroes characters with groups according to the location and type and there are shares for each department and login script to add time zone and performance setting and keyboard layout (English and Arabic Egypt) and a setting for a program called idle logoff exe file to log the machine after 300 seconds idle
6. DC Comics Domain Contains all DC Comics heroes characters with groups according to the location and type and there are shares for each department and login script to add time zone and performance setting and keyboard layout (English and Arabic Egypt) and a setting for a program called idle logoff exe file to log the machine after 300 seconds idle
7. Every Forest had its VNET (virtual Network) and GW (virtual Gateway for VPN Access) and Peering between VNETs
8. Virtual Machine Template For each Network for Deployment (windows 10 1903 Enterprise) contains all the tweaks and programs (chrome , vlc ,firefox,7-zip and classic shell) and setting needed (image or VM Template)
9. Every Virtual Network has an IP range marvel (192.168.1.0/24) DC (10.0.1.0/24)
10. Every gateway has an IP range of its own marvel (192.168.2.0/26) and DC (10.0.2.0/26)
11. Users and groups and Group members and computers and servers for both forests are done by PowerShell scripts
12. Every forest had its backgrounds and lock screens and screensavers (marvel and dc backgrounds)
13. Group policies for each domain for advance users and default users (No USB and NO CD)

The Mass Effect Lab

1.This lab is for those who want to implement encryption of laptops and Desktops using bit locker provided by Microsoft on a large scale in a Domain Environment Using Group Policy.

2. Using Microsoft Bit Locker Administration and Monitoring to monitor and implement Bit locker and using reports and agents to monitor compliance and the encryption status of all PCs in a Domain and also recovery encryption keys status as well.

3. the Encryption is this lab is done on all fixed hardisks and Operating system drives and Removable Media like USB.

4. AES XTS 256 bit is used in the encryption Process

My Active Directory Full Migration Lab which is as follows:

1. Complete Migration of users and Groups and Membership and Computers and Users Profiles Using ADMT Tool
2. Complete Migration of Group Policies through Exporting then Importing them Again
3. Complete Migration Of Users Home Directory and Department Shares Using Powershell Scripts
4. Migration of DHCP Configuration and File Resource Manager Templates and Importing Them Again in New Domain Using Powershell Scripts.

The Startrek Lab Scenario

1. We are taking about Startrek Universe we will have 17 ships each has its crew , groups , Computers , Robots ,etc and the head command will be the star fleet command , so we will have 17 OU's (organizational Units) an sub OU's with a Main OU named star fleet Command.

2. There will be 17 Subnets for each ship a Subnet IPV6 and subnets for different issues (IPTV, Sound,Light, Access Points) with the Vlan Concept Involved.

3. Each OU will have an IT Member to Delegate Control to him to manage his OU.

4. There will Be DHCP to Manage IP allocation for 17 subnets and A failover DHCP for Redundancy.

5. DFS (Distributed File System) for file shares and there will be Two Servers for Redundancy and Shares files will be Classified and have Rules For easy manage with file resource Manager.

6. DAC (Dynamic Access Control) to control access to share folders with group policy and classification of files and titles active directory attribute will be used.

7. A group Policy to limit every member of an OU to only access PC's in his area or OU Computers only.

8. we will have total of 110 OU's and 1674 Groups , 1062 Computers , 936 Robots and Users 278.
