Discuss the Concept of Files Classification to be done by the File server Role and what is its Benefits and how to be Used with conjunction with DAC Rules (Dynamic Access Control) Rules To Limit Access To certain files Based on Classification of the File (Will be Done next Video We will Classify some files as confidential and limit certain users to access them)



Discuss in Details How Classification of files is done on File Server by Graph and then Practically



Add and Configure DHCP Role and Configure Scope for IPv4 Subnets and IPv6 subnets



Add File Server Role and DFS Namespace and DFS Replication (will be used Later DFS is Distributed File system)



Create Department Folders that will be Shared Later and Mapped as Network Drive For each Department Using Powershell Scripts



A Problem Raised when Configuring IPv6 Subnets and Scopes something related to the prefix and subnet mask for the IPv6 Subnets.

It will be mapped to all users in the domain and although it contain all the Departments and ships folders but we have used an option called Access Based Enumeration This will Enable each Department to see its folder and hide the other Folders.

Prepare the Windows 10 Local Profile for the User Krao1 to be the Master Windows 10 User Profile with all necessary changes to desktop and taskbar and shortcuts and User Folders Related to the Profile (My Music , My Pictures , My Downloads ,etc.) All Moved To Partition D My Documents Folder



Log off from user krao1 and log on with user krao2 and use the Defprof Program to make user krao1 the Master Windows 10 user profile to be the Default Windows 10 User Profile Account



Log off from user krao2 an then login with test user to see if the Master User Profile krao1 setting will be applied to him



Log off user test and login again with krao1 and delete Test user and then make sysprep to the Machine



After Shutting Down the Machine After Sysprep Process Export the Hyper V Machine (This Will be the Template Virtual Machine).

Create a Group Policy to Restrict Every Users in Every Spaceship to Access only their Computers in the Ship

To continue from where we stopped in the previous video we have joined a pc to the domain and put it in the Columbia NX02 organizational Unit (ColumbiaNX02 Ship)



Add the Network Card MAC Address of the Virtual Machine to the Allow Filter in the DHCP so it can take IP address from the DHCP and also then we can join it the Domain



Test the GPO that Will Put the ColumbiaNX02 IT Group in the Local Administrators group in the PC Using a User Called ColumbiaNX02 AI IT Admin which is a member of Columbia IT Active Directory Group



Test the Group Policy That Will Restrict Columbia_Allspecies Group To Logon Locally to the PC's in ColumbiaNX02 Organizational Unit Using a user Called James Kirk Which is a Member of Columbia_Allspecies Group This Group Contains all of the Users in the ColumbiaNX02 Organizational Unit



Log on with a User Called Rom from the Deep Space 9 Ship or Organizational Unit and see if he can log on to the PC in the Columbia Ship or Organizational Unit



James Kirk can see the DFS one (All Ships Share ) and Two (Columbia Ships Share )as Mapped Drives M and N and he can see his Active Directory Home Folder as L
