To Migrate Computers From old Domain to New Domain Using Active Directory Migration Tool the Network connection setting on the workstation should contain DNS of the New Domain as Alternative DNS and an Account From the New domain Should be put in Local Administrators group of the Workstation



DHCP Was Configured to distribute DNS (As Secondary DNS) of the New Domain to Workstations in the Old Domain Automatically



Add A User from New Domain To the Local Administrators Group of the Workstation (Could be Done for all Workstations by group policy)



Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) Not working the problem and the Fix



Migrate Windows Profiles on the Workstations first or what is called Security Translation and Then Migrate Computers after That

Stopping the DHCP Server service on the Old domain controller and shutdown the Domain controller Completely

Install DHCP Server Role on the New Domain Controller and Import the old DHCP configuration from the old domain by powershell and modify the configuration to fit with the New domain

After Finishing the Migration Process some clean up process should be made like removing the trust between the old domain and new domain and remove old domain dns from network connection on the new domain controller and remove active directory migration account from administrators group in the new active directory in the new domain and finally remove active directory migration account from local administrator group in the all workstations that have been migrated

Limit Certain Users to Access Certain Computers in the Domain in our Scenario we will limit AI (Artificial Intelligent) Users To Access Certain Robots For each Department using Powershell Script
