Requirements
Soft Skills
• Comfortable working in uncertainty

• Fast learner
Hard Skills
• 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, relational databases
• Async & parallel programming (async/await, multiprocessing)
• Selenium or Playwright
• Experience building parsers
• Docker + basic AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
• English — Upper-Intermediate+
Nice to have:
Airflow/Prefect, basic CI/CD, logging/monitoring, basic data analysis, understanding of LLMs/AI tools.
Responsibilities
• Solve technical tasks with minimal supervision
• Develop Python-based automation for healthcare workflows
• Build and maintain parsers for medical documents (PDFs, DBs, APIs)
• Troubleshoot issues + handle basic DevOps tasks (pipeline fixes, build updates)
• Work with orchestration tools (Prefect / Airflow)

Our AI Transformation Agency is looking for an engineer who will build real AI employees for sales, support, and operations teams.
Direct work with the CEO, fast decision-making, zero bureaucracy, and 100% practical work.
What you will do:
• Build end-to-end AI agents (LLM, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Integrate them with CRM, Helpdesk, Notion, Sheets, and other systems via API
• Set up RAG and vector databases
• Ship MVPs in weeks and iterate based on metrics
• Contribute to an internal library of AI modules
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Software/ML Engineering
• Strong Python (Node.js is a plus)
