English Tip:
Never trust “funny” without context.
Funny is a trickster word. It means different things depending on tone, context, and possibly moon phase.
Examples:
😄 “That movie was funny.” → You laughed. Possibly involuntarily.
😐 “That’s funny…” → Something is suspicious. You are alone at night and there’s noise in the kitchen.
🤢“I feel funny.” → You might be ill.
🤨 “He’s funny.” → Are they amusing? Strange? Suspicious? Romantic? Yes. (Use with caution.)
When in doubt, add a helper word:
👉 “Funny ha-ha” (humorous)
👉 “Funny weird” (strange)
👉 “Funny how?” (proceed only if you’re in a gangster movie)

English tip #2
🕳 Over vs Above
🌕 “The moon is above the house.” → It floats politely. Dignified. Distant.
🛸“The UFO hovered over the house.” → Close. Threatening. Possibly judging your curtains.
Both mean higher, but over suggests position relative to something else.
Above is more abstract, more respectful of your personal space.
