fix: properly scale portrait videos and restore download button in player

Telegram doesn't says the ban reason details, but there are 4 major red flags that leads to ban a bot:

1- Bot was scrapping Telegram
2- Bot did things listed here
3- Bot was selling digital goods/services without using Telegram Stars, as the ToS says, it is mandatory
