South Korea’s Block-I laser weapon is stated to “can accurately target small unmanned aerial vehicles and multi-copters at close range.”

But future versions could be designed to hit much larger targets, including aircraft and ballistic missiles, CNN reports, citing the country's weapons agency.

The judge ruled Google’s Alphabet unit monopolized online search ads. Now, antitrust enforcers are soliciting input from outside companies — a rare bid to break up Alphabet Inc.’s Google, just one of the options being considered by the US Department of Justice (DoJ).
