doUp - международный стартап, разрабатывающий интеллектуальное мобильное приложение-ассистент для управления задачами, привычками и личной эффективностью. Это не просто to-do - мы проектируем структуру действий, состояний и реакций, создавая продукт с сильной внутренней архитектурой.
Обязанности:
— Разрабатывать и поддерживать iOS‑приложение на Swift (UIKit, SwiftUI)
— Интегрировать модули с backend (REST API, WebSocket), обеспечивая стабильность и масштабируемость
— Строить модульную архитектуру на базе MVVM или VIPER, обеспечивая изоляцию логики
— Настраивать хранение данных, локальные кеши, использовать SQLite / CoreData при необходимости
— Участвовать в проектировании пользовательских сценариев вместе с аналитиком и UX
— Проверять корректность состояний, переходов и взаимодействий внутри приложения
— Писать unit и UI‑тесты, проводить code-review
Требования:
— 2-4 года опыта разработки iOS‑приложений
— Отличное знание Swift, уверенная работа с UIKit
— Опыт реализации архитектурных паттернов (MVVM, VIPER)
— Понимание жизненного цикла приложения, обработки ошибок, оптимизации UI
— Готовность брать ответственность за код и результат
— Умение думать в категориях: «что должно происходить, когда», а не только «что отобразить»
Плюсом будет:
— Опыт публикации в App Store, поддержки CI/CD
— Участие в проектах, где важно было качество архитектуры, не только фичи
— Английский на уровне чтения документации и технического общения

Responsibilities:
Product Design & UX Ownership
— Design user flows and interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Text & Content in Design
— Create and own texts and microcopy inside the product (app and web).
— Design and write texts for: onboarding, tooltips, errors, empty states, confirmations.
— Ensure clarity, consistency, and tone of voice in all product interfaces.
UX Artefacts & Prototyping
— Create and maintain:
- Customer Journey Maps (CJM)
- User Maps / User Flows
— Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and flows.
— Support product discovery and decision-making with UX artefacts.
Launch & Communication Support
— Support landing pages for product releases together with product and marketing teams.
— Create designs and texts for internal presentations to demonstrate concepts, progress, and results.
— Ensure consistency between product design and release communication materials.
Collaboration & Senior Contribution
— Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
— Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other designers.
— Influence product decisions through UX reasoning and user-centered thinking
Requirements
— 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products.
— Strong experience designing web and mobile applications.
— Proven ability to independently own design from concept to release.
— Strong skills in UX, UI, interaction design, and prototyping.
— Experience creating CJM, User Maps, and user flows.
— Ability to work with text as part of design, not as a separate role.
— Experience supporting launches and working with landing pages.
— Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional teams.
— English B2/C1.
Nice to Have
— Experience in fintech, Web3, or other complex products.
— Experience with data-heavy or transactional interfaces.
— Experience contributing to or building design systems.

We are launching a new strategic direction: fully online booking. Today, our funnel works through a concierge model — leads come in, a sales manager consults, and the booking happens manually. We are looking for a Product Designer who can own the full design cycle: from research and discovery to wireframes and high-fidelity UI. You will be the first dedicated design hire for this product line, working directly with the Head of Marketing (product owner) and the dev team (frontend, backend, QA).
This is not a “make it pretty” role. Your job is to figure out how to replace a human sales manager with an interface that converts. You need to understand why users drop off, design solutions, test them, and iterate.
What You Will Do
— Conduct a UX audit of the current booking flow and competitor analysis (Click&Boat, Zizoo, GetMyBoat, Tubber)
— Map current and target Customer Journey Maps for the booking funnel
— Run short interviews with clients and/or sales managers to uncover pain points
— Design wireframes and prototypes for key screens: search, yacht card, comparison, checkout, payment
— Create high-fidelity UI, design system components, and responsive (mobile-first) layouts
— Work with analytics (PostHog) to form hypotheses and design A/B test variants
— Prepare specs and assets for handoff to frontend development
Must-Have
— 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in e-commerce, marketplace, or travel/booking
— Proven ability to do both UX research (audits, CJMs, user interviews) AND UI design (hi-fi, design systems)
— Strong portfolio showing conversion-focused design (not just visual concepts)
— Figma proficiency (prototyping, components, auto-layout, dev handoff)
— Ability to work autonomously — you will get goals and context, not pixel-level specs
— Fluent English (working language), and Russian
Nice-to-Have
— Experience with analytics tools (PostHog, Hotjar, Google Analytics) and data-informed design
— A/B testing experience

Суть работы:
Основная работа с данными: доставать их оттуда, откуда сложно, проектировать хранение и отдавать быстро. Делать так, чтобы с ними было удобно работать людям и AI.

Requirements:

— Proven experience with international SEO projects (US, LATAM, ES/PT markets).
— Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.

— Advanced knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush.
— Strong analytical mindset and ownership attitude.

Now we’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who wants to build organic growth, not just optimize pages. Someone who thinks strategically, moves fast, and sees SEO as a product lever. A hands-on expert who can own the full SEO function end-to-end, generate bold hypotheses, and turn them into measurable traffic growth across international markets.
Responsibilities:

— Experience using MLOps tools and practices to manage the ML model lifecycle
— Familiarity with technologies like Golang for backend system and infrastructure integration
— Ability to conduct thorough data analysis and preparation
— Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on engineering principles and data-driven reasoning
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to seek and validate information from various sources
— A solid understanding of business value and how it connects to delivering features
— A proactive approach to self-development and learning new skills and best practices
