Job Scope:
— Own the data platform roadmap
— Build on-chain data capabilities
— Own token and market data
— Serve downstream consumers
— Data quality and governance
— Cross-functional execution
Requirements:
— 5-8 years in product management, including 3+ years on data platforms, data infrastructure, or internal data products
— Hands-on Web3 experience (wallet, exchange, L1/L2, data provider, DeFi protocol) with real understanding of the business and user behavior
— Practical knowledge of on-chain data: blocks, transactions, event logs, internal transactions, and the differences between UTXO and account models; familiarity with the data structures and parsing challenges of major chains
— Familiarity with the token data landscape — the strengths, limitations, and appropriate use cases of CoinGecko, CMC, Chainlink oracles, DEX pool pricing, and similar sources
— Solid grasp of data warehouse layering (ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS), metrics frameworks, and event tracking design
— Able to read and write SQL; can pull and validate data independently
— Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be preferred, as we have ecosystem partners in Chinese-speaking region
Nice to Have
Built a data platform from zero to one
Experience with Dune, The Graph, Nansen, Covalent, Etherscan APIs, or similar tooling
Working knowledge of Flink, Spark, ClickHouse, or Airflow — enough to hold a technical design discussion with engineers
Experience commercializing data products or running external data services
Additional Information:
— This is a global and fully remote role. You must have the right to work for the country you are based

На собеседовании вас не оценивают в вакууме. Вас сравнивают с другими кандидатами
Можно хорошо знать свою работу, правильно ответить на технические вопросы и всё равно получить отказ. Не потому что вы слабый специалист, а потому что рядом оказался человек, который показал свой опыт чуть убедительнее и продал себя лучше
На финальных этапах компании редко выбирают между «сильным» и «слабым». Обычно там несколько сильных кандидатов с похожим уровнем. В этой ситуации уже решают детали
Технические знания не работают
Чем выше уровень, тем важнее подача опыта

Самостоятельно заметить эту разницу сложно. Вы знаете контекст своих проектов и автоматически додумываете детали, которых человек напротив вообще не услышал.

Если два кандидата примерно одинаково проходят техническую часть, дальше работодатель смотрит, кто понятнее объясняет свои решения, лучше показывает личный вклад и связывает работу с результатом для бизнеса
Фраза «разрабатывал новую функциональность вместе с командой» проигрывает человеку, который за минуту объяснил, какую проблему решали, за что отвечал лично он и что изменилось после запуска
Чем выше уровень, тем важнее подача опыта
У Junior ещё можно проверить базовые знания и потенциал. От Middle, Senior или Lead уже ждут не только умения выполнять задачи. Нужно показать самостоятельность, влияние на решения и понимание того, зачем вообще делалась работа
Именно поэтому иногда кандидат с более сильным резюме проигрывает человеку с менее впечатляющим опытом. Работодатель выбирает не ваш опыт на бумаге, а то, насколько сильным специалистом вы выглядите в процессе найма

A core role within the team: approximately 70% frontend and 30% backend
Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain the visitor’s personal account and parts of the funnel from landing pages to booked lessons

Novakid is an online English school for kids
A core role within the team: approximately 70% frontend and 30% backend
Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain the visitor’s personal account and parts of the funnel from landing pages to booked lessons
— Own attribution: end-to-end visit tracking chains, UTM parameters, and diagnosing gaps in V2L/V2B tracking
— Build server-side integrations with ad platforms (e.g., Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, and similar)
— Write and debug backend code in Python/Node: endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering
— Support A/B testing: rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code cleanup
— Investigate production incidents via Sentry and drive them through to resolution
— Monitor and optimize public page speed: Core Web Vitals
Requirements:
— 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React
— Python and Node.js: ability to work independently on the backend—endpoints, caching, SSR debugging—beyond just a thin BFF (Backend-For-Frontend) layer
— Experience with analytics and tracking: GTM, event tracking, server-side conversion delivery. Understanding how data travels from click to report, and the ability to locate data leaks/loss
— Product mindset: working with metrics and hypotheses rather than just closing tickets
— English proficiency

Обязанности:
— Перевод бизнес-целей и проблем в продуктовые требования и решения
— Приоритизация бэклога и scope направления в рамках согласованных продуктовых приоритетов (ROI, TTM)
— Ведение бэклога (декомпозиция, user stories, AC)
— Тесное взаимодействие с командой разработки: планирование, груминг, ретроспективы
— Совместная с техлидом команды Core Processing проработка технических ограничений, зависимостей и trade-offs
— Обеспечение готовности требований и продуктовой приёмки для быстрых и качественных релизов
— Работа с метриками процессинга, продуктовой аналитикой, данными и обратной связью
Требования:
— 3+ года Product Owner/Product Manager в финтехе
— Глубокое понимание финансовых продуктов
— Опыт работы с различными блокчейн-сетями (EVM, Bitcoin, Solana)
— Опыт работы с платежными системами, CFD, CEX/DEX
— Опыт быстрого вывода продуктов на рынок (короткий TTM)
— Технический бэкграунд: 80% коммуникации с командой разработки
Будет плюсом:
— Успешные кейсы масштабирования продукта или выхода на новые рынки
— Опыт работы backend- или fullstack-разработчиком над финансовым продуктом
— Опыт работы с AI/ML продуктами или интеграциями
— Запуск продуктов с нуля, стартапы, сертификации CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM

CIFRA is a digital art platform that brings together artists, galleries, collectors, and audiences.
Languages: English and Russian
What you will do:
— Develop the brand's visual language for web. Design landing pages, promo pages, and special projects
— Work closely with the Head of Design to develop the design system and visual style. Collaborate with product, marketing, copywriters, and developers
— Bring new compositional, typographic, interactive, and animation ideas to the table
— Occasionally work on product tasks: individual screens, user flows, and mobile funnels. Prepare files for handoff to development and support implementation
What we're looking for:
— 3+ years of experience as a Digital / Web Designer
— Strong Figma skills and hands-on experience with Readymag, Tilda, Webflow, or similar platforms — understanding their capabilities, strengths, and technical limitations
— Strong understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, and how to create visual emphasis
— Strong visual awareness and knowledge of current digital trends and interactive techniques in web design and branding
— Creative thinking, initiative, and the ability to propose visual solutions and new interaction patterns on your own — not just execute tasks
— Ability to work with an existing identity and evolve it in a digital environment, balancing system and expressiveness without making every page feel like the same template
— Ability to explain your decisions and discuss not just visuals, but meaning, user experience, and communication goals with the team
— Strong self-management: meeting deadlines and communicating clearly about task status, risks, and changes in plans
— English at B1 or above: comfortable working with English-language content, understanding written content, and using it independently in design work
Nice to have:
— Understanding of HTML/CSS, creative coding, motion, and non-standard web development approaches
— Understanding of animation and interaction, and the ability to create animations in After Effects
— Experience creating experimental digital projects
Work format:
— 3-month probation period

— Experience setting up guardrails/conventions for AI-assisted development in a team setting
— Exposure to evaluating multiple AI platforms (e.g. Claude, Amazon Q, Cursor) for the same use case
— Familiarity with function calling / tool use patterns in LLM APIs
— Basic understanding of RAG approaches — when it's worth connecting external data sources to a model, and when it isn't
