Virtual Reality Software. A cross-platform VR video streaming platform.

What You Will Do:
— Develop visually appealing digital marketing materials, including e-mail compaignes, banners, social media graphics, promotional assets
— Design and produce motion graphics to support digital campaigns, new product features, and storytelling efforts
— Sometimes produce designs for events: print materials, merch, stage/booth design etc
— Understand target audience needs and behaviours, translating insights into compelling and user-friendly design solutions
— Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate design into marketing campaigns and initiatives
— Create designs that adapt to different platforms and ensure optimal user experiences across diverse marketing channels
— Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials, adhering to established design guidelines
— Stay updated on design trends and bring innovative ideas into marketing materials to enhance overall visual appeal

What We Are Looking For:
— 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience
— Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, or similar
— Skilled in AI tools: Midjourney / Stable diffusion, etc
— Experience creating motion graphics
— Strong portfolio showcasing projects
— Flexible and able to handle changing project needs and deadlines.
— Fluency in English (B2 and above)

Bonus Points:
— Multilingual, especially in Russian.
— Experience in VR projects.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
— 3+ years experience as a System Analyst
— Expertise in analyzing and documenting requirements for backend services
— Experienced in creating detailed system specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and flowcharts
— Proficient in creating comprehensive technical documentation
— Proficient in system architecture
— Experience with various API types and their specifics third-party API integration
— Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
— Excellent verbal and written communication
— Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
— Analytical thinking skills
— Adaptability to changing business needs
— Fluent in English (B2+)

Nice to have:
— Background in fintech, with an emphasis on CFD trading

What you will do:
— Work directly with the Deductions leadership team and product leadership. Join client calls when a requirement needs to be captured first-hand
— Take incoming requests from the operations team and clients and separate the problem from the proposed solution
— Write the brief: the problem, inputs and outputs, business rules and edge cases, what is out of scope, and acceptance criteria with worked examples on real data
— Be the single point of contact for developers while a feature is being built
— Accept completed work on staging against the acceptance criteria, including adjacent scenarios
— Roll releases out to the internal team
— Triage issues reported by the operations team: reproduce, check the data with SQL
— Own deduction-side requirements for cash application and remittance processing

Requirements:
— Fluent English and Russian
— 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or QA/Test Analyst on a software product, with hands-on experience writing requirements and accepting delivered work against them.
— Background in finance operations
— Working SQL
— You write clearly and briefly. You would rather send a one-page brief than schedule a meeting
— You can take a half-formed request from a busy operations person and turn it into something a developer can build without a second call
— You go to the source yourself instead of waiting for the task to arrive fully formed.
— Working hours that overlap the US business day (afternoon and evening, MSK time)

Onlyapps builds and scales web products for global markets, combining product development, performance marketing, and monetization expertise to grow digital products from launch to scale.

Обязанности:
— Тестировать веб-продукты и новые функции: функциональное, интеграционное, исследовательское и регрессионное тестирование
— Отвечать за revenue-critical сценарии
— Проверять работу с платёжными провайдерами
— Анализировать задачи до начала разработки, находить пробелы, противоречия и неучтённые сценарии
— Проверять корректность событий аналитики и этапов воронок (PostHog), поддерживать валидность A/B-тестов
— Тестировать AI-функциональность
— Локализовывать причины багов и помогать разработчикам быстрее находить проблему
— Выстраивать и улучшать QA-процессы и стандарты в команде

Требования:
— Опыт в QA от 3 лет с фокусом на веб-продукты
— Обязательный опыт тестирования платежей и подписок
— Умение работать с требованиями: разбирать задачу до деталей, выявлять неоднозначности и риски до релиза
— Понимание HTTP, REST API и клиент-серверного взаимодействия, умение работать с DevTools и логами
— Умение самостоятельно организовать процесс тестирования
— Качественные баг-репорты и рабочая тестовая документация
— Самостоятельность и ответственность

Будет плюсом:
— Использование AI-инструментов
— Опыт тестирования продуктов с A/B-тестами и продуктовой аналитикой

What You'll Do:
— Build product analytics for the core platform together with the Product Manager: define key metrics, events, funnels, and approaches to evaluating user experience
— Design and maintain the event tracking framework - ensuring data is complete, consistent, and trusted across product and technical teams
— Identify insights across user journeys, segments, and platform usage scenarios - and automate their regular discovery
— Create and evolve dashboards, alerts, and analytics infrastructure used by product and engineering teams for day-to-day decisions
— Support product hypotheses with data: validate ideas, evaluate feature impact, and help prioritize the roadmap with evidence
— Translate user behavior into clear, actionable recommendations and help teams across the company make data-driven decisions

We're Looking For:
— 6-8 years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst in a product IT company (B2C platforms, SaaS, or marketplaces are a plus)
— Strong SQL skills and confident work with large datasets
— Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
— Solid understanding of product metrics: activation, retention, conversion, funnels, cohorts, and unit-level user behavior
— Experience designing event taxonomies and setting up tracking from scratch or significantly evolving an existing setup
— Experience with A/B testing and a working knowledge of statistics for experiment evaluation
— Ability to turn ambiguous product questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations

— Проектировать UX/UI для веб- и мобильных продуктов

What you'll do:
— Own the entire web stack: marketing site, onboarding funnels, customer portals, web app, and internal tools
— Lead architecture, development, experimentation, and operations across all web applications
— Drive product decisions: contribute to the vision, design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly
— Build adaptive, animated, mobile-first experiences that convert and delight users
— Integrate with backend services (via Swagger docs), authentication providers (Google/Apple SSO), and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, RevenueCat)
— Set up and optimize analytics, tracking, and conversion funnels in collaboration with Growth and Marketing
— Ship production-ready code end-to-end; from idea through deployment to monitoring

Required:
— Product-first mindset: you think in user problems and business outcomes, not just code
— Extensive experience with TypeScript, React (hooks, context, state management), and Node.js
— Proficiency across modern full-stack tooling: Next.js (or equivalent), CSS-in-JS or Tailwind
— Hands-on experience integrating auth providers (Firebase, Auth0), payment systems (Stripe, RevenueCat, PayPal), feature-flag platforms (LaunchDarkly, Flagsmith), and analytics tools (Amplitude, PostHog)
— Strong UI/UX sensibility; you care about animation, micro-interactions, and conversion details
— Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams
— Data-driven approach with proven experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and analytics
