What You'll Do:
— Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python 3.11 using Django / DRF
— Lead technical initiatives across payments infrastructure and integrations
— Drive improvements in system reliability, observability, and operational excellence
— Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and external partners
— Investigate production issues and identify root causes rather than temporary fixes
Improve legacy systems and reduce technical debt
— Lead architectural discussions and technical decision-making
— Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
— Take ownership of delivery, planning, and execution of complex projects
— Help grow and develop the engineering team

What We're Looking For:
— 5+ years of backend development experience
— Strong Python and Django experience
— Experience leading projects or engineering teams
— Strong understanding of distributed systems, integrations, and system reliability
— Experience working with complex legacy systems and technical debt
— Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
— Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
— English (B2 level or higher) and fluent Russian.

Nice to Have:
— Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other highly regulated industries
— Experience with AWS, Docker, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
— Experience leading modernization or system migration initiatives.

Tasks:
— Design new interfaces for a hardcore CRPG based on a tabletop RPG system

— Ability to articulate and defend design decisions based on player experience, game design goals, and project business needs
— Experience designing complex, content-heavy interfaces

Responsibilities:
— Own the dbt project end to end, including transformations across all layers, reusable macros, and shared modeling rules

What makes you the perfect fit:
— 4 to 6 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer
— Expert-level dbt, covering modeling, reusable macros, tests, project structure and conventions, with hands-on experience across different data sources such as RDBMS and S3
— SQL as a native language, including query optimization from both the query side and the engine side, so indexes, partitions, and data layout

Responsibilities:
— Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end within a cross-functional team, from requirement refinement to production release

Requirements:

Обязанности:
— Вести одновременно 2–3 клиентских проекта от kickoff до production launch и финального acceptance
— Управлять scope, сроками, milestones и рисками проекта

Требования:

— Умение вести проект, где значительная часть критических зависимостей находится на стороне клиента

What You Will Do:
— Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for our MPC-based custody and wallet infrastructure
— Prioritise the product backlog across customer commitments, security audit findings, cryptographic research milestones, and regulatory obligations
— Translate cryptographic and security constraints into clear, testable product requirements with well-defined acceptance criteria
— Define core platform capabilities: threshold signing, HSM and Ledger integration with non-extractable key shares, recovery and policy flows, and chain and asset coverage
— Lead customer and stakeholder discovery, and produce high-quality written specifications
— Make product-level trade-offs between new features, platform hardening, and technical debt
— Serve as the primary product interface between cryptography research, engineering, security, compliance, design, and customer-facing teams
— Represent the platform externally in partner, auditor, and investor conversations

Requirements:
— Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on a technical platform — ideally in digital asset custody, fintech infrastructure, security, or cryptography-adjacent products
— Working understanding of custody and key-management concepts: MPC / threshold signatures, HSMs, hardware wallets, recovery and policy engines
— Ability to engage credibly with cryptographers, security engineers, and auditors — and to turn their constraints into product decisions
— Excellent written specification skills: unambiguous requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation
— Experience balancing regulatory and audit obligations with commercial product goals
— Strong stakeholder management and external communication skills; fluent English and Russian

Описание задач на первые 3 месяца:
— Построение и организация продуктового подхода на проекте с нуля (Крупный B2B клиент на рынке с большим GGR)
— Ожидаемый рост доходов агентов;
— Ответственность за реализацию продуктовой стратегии, приоритизации и полного цикла разработки, от гипотезы и custdev до релиза и поддержки

Требования:
— 7+ лет в цифровых продуктах; Senior Product Lead / Head of Product.
— Сильный quantitative product: retention, LTV, cohorts, funnels, monetization, experimentation.
— Опыт большой базы продавцов, мерчантов, партнёров, агентов, SMB или частых транзакционных пользователей.
— Умеете самостоятельно провести исследование и довести гипотезу до измеренного бизнес-результата.
— Уверенно работаете с аналитиками, Data Science и engineering.
— Можете показать кейсы с revenue / GMV / GGR / retention / margin.
— Английский ( B2)

What you will do:
— Work directly with the Deductions leadership team and product leadership. Join client calls when a requirement needs to be captured first-hand
— Take incoming requests from the operations team and clients and separate the problem from the proposed solution
— Write the brief: the problem, inputs and outputs, business rules and edge cases, what is out of scope, and acceptance criteria with worked examples on real data
— Be the single point of contact for developers while a feature is being built
— Accept completed work on staging against the acceptance criteria, including adjacent scenarios
— Roll releases out to the internal team
— Triage issues reported by the operations team: reproduce, check the data with SQL
— Own deduction-side requirements for cash application and remittance processing

Requirements:
— Fluent English and Russian
— 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or QA/Test Analyst on a software product, with hands-on experience writing requirements and accepting delivered work against them.
— Background in finance operations
— Working SQL
— You write clearly and briefly. You would rather send a one-page brief than schedule a meeting
— You can take a half-formed request from a busy operations person and turn it into something a developer can build without a second call
— You go to the source yourself instead of waiting for the task to arrive fully formed.
— Working hours that overlap the US business day (afternoon and evening, MSK time)

What You'll Be Doing:
— Ship features and interactions end to end in the Android app
— Close the gap with iOS and then take Android past it
— Bring your own ideas into the product, not just execute specs
— Design and analyse AB tests, and act on what the metrics say
— Own our Play Store releases, rollouts and policy compliance
— Improve our dev workflows, tooling and how the team works with AI
— Work directly with design and product in a flat, collaborative structure
— Support customers and stay close to what they're experiencing

What You Bring:
— 5+ years building Android apps, with work you can show live in the Play Store
— Deep Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Gradle, coroutines and Flow. You are comfortable across the Android toolchain
— An eye that catches the details other people ship past
— Your own workflows for working with AI, which you keep sharpening for yourself and your team
— Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup, where you owned more than your job title
— Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward resolving it yourself
— A view on what makes a feature succeed, not just what makes it work

Bonus:
— The platform surfaces productivity apps depend on: permissions, overlays, accessibility services, usage stats, foreground services, background work and notifications

Responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain automated tests in Java
— Design new test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
— Perform functional, regression, and integration testing (including upstream and downstream systems)

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
— Perform in-depth manual and automated testing of backend APIs, and database integrations
— Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for and APIs from scratch (using Python, Pytest, Playwright, and HTTPX/Requests) and actively support the existing test framework
— Review and validate requirements and technical specifications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
— Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
— Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), configure test environments (Docker, Shell), and manage test reporting (Allure TestOps)
— Review and validate requirements and technical specifications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
— Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to validate new features, verify bug fixes, and conduct regression testing
— Mentor, onboard, and develop QA Engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
— Design and enhance testing processes, optimizing routine workflows (including the use of AI tools)

What We Expect From You:
— 5+ years of overall QA experience, including solid hands-on experience in test automation (Python) and a strong background in manual backend testing for complex applications
— Python, Pytest, Locust, HTTPX/Requests, Allure/Allure TestOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kafka, Postman/Hoppscotch, Shell, Grafana, ArgoCD, PostgreSQL
— Deep understanding of microservices architecture
— Proven experience in API testing (HTTP/WS) and related tools.
— Practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and message brokers (Kafka).
— Proficiency in working with logs, monitoring systems (Grafana), and containerization (Docker).
— Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, solid understanding of software testing methodologies, and experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
— Proficiency with LLMs to accelerate test documentation creation and optimize testing processes
