Responsibilities:
— Own QA projects end-to-end and drive quality across teams
— Design and maintain scalable automated tests for frontend and backend using Playwright
— Improve TypeScript standards, architecture, tooling and code quality across the QA codebase
— Define and promote the test pyramid: unit, integration and E2E
— Perform manual and exploratory testing, defect analysis and test result monitoring
— Contribute to project kick-offs, requirements, testability and risk assessment
— Identify risks and dependencies early and drive continuous QA improvement
— Mentor teammates on TypeScript and Playwright best practices

Requirements:
— 7+ years of experience as QA Engineer / SDET
— Strong TypeScript and Playwright expertise, including advanced typing and code architecture
— Experience defining and implementing test pyramid practices with engineering teams
— Strong CI/CD knowledge, preferably GitHub Actions
— Experience with containerized test environments
— Strong communication, collaboration and mentoring skills
— Ability to influence technical and product decisions
— AI literacy and practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and quality

Nice to have:
— Ruby on Rails experience
— Grafana, Kibana, Sentry or similar observability tools
— Performance testing experience

Education:
— Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field preferred

What You Will Do:

— Proven background in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B testing
— Strong ability to translate data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences

Обязанности:
— Выстраивать и развивать процессы автоматизированного тестирования мобильного приложения
— Разрабатывать стратегии и методики автоматизированного тестирования
— Анализировать и тестировать документацию, создавать чек-листы и тест-кейсы
— Автоматизировать E2E-сценарии — от взаимодействия с UI до проверки данных в БД
— Разрабатывать и подготавливать тестовые данные
— Интегрировать автотесты в CI/CD-пайплайны
— Настраивать интеграцию с Firebase Test Lab, BrowserStack и другими фермами устройств
— Анализировать результаты тестирования
— Оценивать сроки выполнения задач, участвовать в подготовке планов тестирования и планировании спринтов
— Взаимодействовать с командой мобильной разработки, аналитиками и продактами в рамках своих задач

Требования:
— Опыт работы от 3 лет
— Опыт ручного и автоматизированного тестирования мобильных приложений
— Знание и опыт работы с Flutter/Dart
— Практический опыт создания автотестов на Flutter/Patrol
— Опыт работы с Patrol (patrol_cli, patrol_finders и др.)
— Понимание подхода Page/Screen Object
— Опыт работы с Firebase Test Lab
— Опыт тестирования API
— Опыт работы с базами данных
— Опыт настройки CI и интеграции автотестов в GitLab CI/CD
— Умение работать с системами отслеживания ошибок и грамотно составлять баг-репорты

Будет плюсом:
— Опыт создания/поддержки фреймворка для тестирования мобильного приложения

Роль:

What you'll do:
— Own the product end-to-end. Plan features, review user feedback and stats, make prioritization calls, and talk directly to learners

— Improve back-office onboarding workflows by reducing manual review volumes, rework, and handling times through better tooling, queue management, exception paths, and clear SLAs

About you:
— 2–3 years’ product management experience, with demonstrable outcomes improving onboarding/activation funnels (signup → verification → approval → first deposit/trade)
— Experience in regulated financial services (broker, fintech, payments, crypto) with a strong grasp of compliance-by-design and operating in risk-managed environments
— Strong analytical capability: funnel analysis, cohorting, experimentation mindset (A/B testing where appropriate), and ability to translate insights into prioritised product work
— Hands-on knowledge of identity verification and KYC/eKYC ecosystems (document verification, liveness, risk signals, retry/exception flows, provider tuning and coverage optimisation)
— Understanding of back-office onboarding operations: manual review queues, SLAs, exception handling, rework reduction, and designing for STP

— Отвечать за архитектуру редактора и развивать её по мере роста продукта
— Делать фичи на всей поверхности редактора: canvas и слои, инспектор элементов, группы и состояния элементов, навигация, действия, переменные и условная логика
— Отвечать за слой, который превращает конфигурацию редактора в формат, исполняемый SDK на устройстве. Это контракт с пятью рантаймами, и определять его вы будете вместе с мобильной командой

— Развивать модель документа, на которой стоит весь продукт
— Достраивать продукт вокруг AI Editor, чтобы сгенерированный экран можно было так же легко разобрать и откатить, как собранный руками

Требования:
— 5+ лет опыта разработки production web-приложений на React и TypeScript
— Делали сложные интерфейсы уровня редакторов: canvas, drag-and-drop, редакторы нод или графов, WYSIWYG, дизайн-инструменты, конструкторы страниц
— Мыслите с точки зрения продукта
— Отвечали за архитектуру продукта
— Уверенно работаете со сложным клиентским состоянием
Отвечаете за рендеринг и производительность end-to-end
— Разбираетесь в требованиях и контрактах и прямо говорите, когда видите проблему

TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries

Responsibilities:
— Own the dbt project end to end, including transformations across all layers, reusable macros, and shared modeling rules
— Consolidate scattered and legacy transformations into unified, standardized pipelines
— Enable and expand dbt tests, and implement data quality checks across the Silver and Gold layers
— Design and implement golden-record determination and conflict resolution strategies for master and reference data
— Build and own the canonical data model, the semantic (Gold) layer, and the data catalog
— Define and enforce transformation standards and conventions for everyone consuming Gold, so that analysts, ops, and domain teams can self-serve
— Deliver data from Gold to end consumers, including integration to the frontend through internal systems

What makes you the perfect fit:
— 4 to 6 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer
— Expert-level dbt, covering modeling, reusable macros, tests, project structure and conventions, with hands-on experience across different data sources such as RDBMS and S3
— SQL as a native language, including query optimization from both the query side and the engine side, so indexes, partitions, and data layout
— Deep hands-on experience with data quality tooling such as dbt tests, great expectations, or soda
— Experience designing canonical and semantic layers, and dimensional modeling
— Deep knowledge of database modeling patterns
— Experience with master and reference data management and golden-record logic
— Ability to translate logic from Go, Python, or any other language into SQL

Will be a plus:
— Experience owning a key component of a mature data platform
— Exposure to market data or fintech

Senior Frontend Developer

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform setting a new standard for safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States

Responsibilities:
— Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end within a cross-functional team, from requirement refinement to production release
— Take ownership of existing Angular codebase areas after the departing engineer: understand, stabilize, and improve them without slowing down the roadmap
— Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code: code reviews, unit tests (Vitest), and lightweight design documentation as part of the daily routine
— Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and platform health: performance, framework upgrades, NX monorepo structure, CI/CD improvements
— Drive AI adoption on both fronts: building frontend for AI-powered product features, and integrating AI tooling into the development workflow itself
— Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and tooling across the community

Requirements:
— 3+ years of commercial experience with Angular
— Fluency in modern Angular
— Advanced RxJS and TypeScript in real production scenarios
— Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale, module and component boundaries, decisions that hold up as the codebase grows
— Hands-on experience with unit testing (Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable) as a regular part of the daily routine, not an afterthought
— Hands-on experience with agentic AI development
— Comfort working across the backend boundary: writing or fixing a SQL query, adjusting endpoint validation, or tracing an issue through the API layer. You don't need to be a backend engineer, but stopping at the frontend border isn't an option
— Intermediate English (B1+) and fluent Russian
— Full overlap with CET working hours

Would be a plus:
— Experience building UI for AI/LLM-powered features
— Deep understanding of responsive design
— Proficiency in optimizing web application performance across different surfaces

Delivery Project Manager / Project Manager (Client Implementations)

Обязанности:
— Вести одновременно 2–3 клиентских проекта от kickoff до production launch и финального acceptance
— Управлять scope, сроками, milestones и рисками проекта
— Быть основной точкой контакта для клиента
— Координировать кросс-функциональную команду: Business Analysts, Backend Developers, ML Engineers, QA
— Контролировать процессы discovery и requirements и превращать их в понятный и приоритизированный backlog
— Следить за выполнением задач, своевременно устранять блокеры
— Управлять зависимостями со стороны клиента
— Координировать CRM, WhatsApp, telephony и другие интеграции
— Организовывать процесс тестирования и acceptance продукта со стороны клиента
— При необходимости самостоятельно подключаться к проекту: анализ, проверять оценки, настраивать funnel или communication channel, запускать тестовые диалоги
— Готовить регулярные status updates для клиентов и founders
— Своевременно эскалировать риски и приходить не только с проблемой, но и с вариантами решения
— Участвовать в обсуждении change requests, scope changes и milestone acceptance

Требования:
— 3+ года опыта в управлении client-facing delivery / implementation проектами
— Опыт в одном или нескольких направлениях: SaaS implementation, system integration, CRM implementation, digital consulting
— Опыт запуска проектов с интеграциями и реальными дедлайнами
— Умение вести проект, где значительная часть критических зависимостей находится на стороне клиента
— Опыт управления кросс-функциональной командой без прямого административного подчинения
— Понимание принципов работы CRM, API и messaging platforms
— Сильные навыки project management
— Умение готовить понятные project plans, meeting notes, status reports и acceptance criteria
— Английский C1 и выше, свободный русский
— Высокая самостоятельность и ориентация на результат

What you’ll drive:
— Own high-level mobile system architecture, defining patterns that keep our mobile apps stable, modular, and fast
— Translate business goals into robust technical blueprints, making clear decisions on system trade-offs
— Establish engineering benchmarks for app startup times, memory footprint, and frame rates
— Evaluate new mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools to solve complex scale problems before they impact production
— Design and execute migration strategies (including native add-to-app integrations) to modernize legacy codebases seamlessly
— Define and enforce security baselines, including certificate pinning, obfuscation, and anti-tampering logic

— Align architectural patterns across cross-functional streams to prevent technical fragmentation
— Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, running code reviews that raise the overall quality bar
— Support Team Leads in crafting technical Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for mobile engineers

— Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang, working closely with PostgreSQL

Requirements:
— Have 4+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showing work on complex, multi-state mobile flows (ideally in fintech, consumer apps, or high-usage transactional products)
— Think in systems: you don't just design screens, you design the logic that connects them
— Can move fluidly between strategy and craft, as comfortable in a whiteboard session defining the problem as you are in Figma pushing pixels
— Write clearly and think analytically: you can articulate design decisions in a way that holds up against hard questions from engineering and leadership
— Treat research as a design tool, not a separate phase: you synthesize signals quickly and move
— Have a working relationship with AI tools: you use them to compress execution time, stress-test ideas, and stay focused on the hard thinking rather than the repetitive making. You're not precious about how work gets done, only about the quality of the outcome
— Are obsessive about the details that users notice but can't name: timing, affordance, feedback, trust signals in a payments context
— Demonstrate high integrity and a team-first mindset: you make everyone around you better

Senior Product Owner (Digital Asset Custody / MPC)

The Vault is institutional digital asset infrastructure built on proprietary technology and regulated expertise.

What You Will Do:
— Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for our MPC-based custody and wallet infrastructure
— Prioritise the product backlog across customer commitments, security audit findings, cryptographic research milestones, and regulatory obligations
— Translate cryptographic and security constraints into clear, testable product requirements with well-defined acceptance criteria
— Define core platform capabilities: threshold signing, HSM and Ledger integration with non-extractable key shares, recovery and policy flows, and chain and asset coverage
— Lead customer and stakeholder discovery, and produce high-quality written specifications
— Make product-level trade-offs between new features, platform hardening, and technical debt
— Serve as the primary product interface between cryptography research, engineering, security, compliance, design, and customer-facing teams
— Represent the platform externally in partner, auditor, and investor conversations

Requirements:
— Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on a technical platform — ideally in digital asset custody, fintech infrastructure, security, or cryptography-adjacent products
— Working understanding of custody and key-management concepts: MPC / threshold signatures, HSMs, hardware wallets, recovery and policy engines
— Ability to engage credibly with cryptographers, security engineers, and auditors — and to turn their constraints into product decisions
— Excellent written specification skills: unambiguous requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation
— Experience balancing regulatory and audit obligations with commercial product goals
— Strong stakeholder management and external communication skills; fluent English and Russian
