Key Responsibilities:
— Support Product Owners and Product Managers with product initiatives, requirements and roadmap execution
— Analyse product metrics, user behaviour and business data to identify optimization opportunities
— Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
— Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications
— Support backlog refinement, prioritization and product validation
— Map and analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
— Monitor product performance after releases and provide data-driven recommendations
— Collaborate closely with product, development, project and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar Product Development role (preferred)
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
— Excellent communication and presentation skills
— Good understanding of requirements gathering and business analysis
— Knowledge of Agile software development
— Excellent written and spoken English
— Experience in product management and complex projects is a plus
— Willingness to learn and grow in Product Management & Business Analysis

What You Will Do:
— Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and monitor critical KPIs
— Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and detailed reports to monitor and analyze performance across key product areas
— Design, execute, and evaluate product experiments
— Translate complex analytical insights into actionable strategies and recommendations for key stakeholders

What We Are Looking For:
— 3+ years of experience in data analytics in a high-growth environment

— Proven background in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B testing

What You Will Do:
— Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and monitor critical KPIs
— Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and detailed reports to monitor and analyze performance across key product areas
— Design, execute, and evaluate product experiments
— Translate complex analytical insights into actionable strategies and recommendations for key stakeholders
— Identify, diagnose, and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics processes
— Develop predictive models to anticipate user behavior and proactively identify areas for product improvement
What We Are Looking For:
— 3+ years of experience in data analytics in a high-growth environment
— Proficient in SQL and Python, with proven ability to manipulate large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and develop actionable conclusions
— Demonstrated experience creating advanced dashboards preferably using Tableau
— Proven background in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B testing
— Strong ability to translate data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute the product strategy for client onboarding and account/profile management, aligned to commercial growth, regulatory obligations, and risk appetite
— Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation funnel, monitoring performance, diagnosing drop-offs, and delivering measurable uplift through iterative optimisation

— Define, implement, and continuously optimise Alloy EV provider configurations and cascades to maximise verification coverage and approval rates while reducing customer friction
— Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure KYC/AML, disclosures, suitability and record-keeping requirements are met across licences and jurisdictions
— Improve back-office onboarding workflows by reducing manual review volumes, rework, and handling times through better tooling, queue management, exception paths, and clear SLAs
About you:
— 2–3 years’ product management experience, with demonstrable outcomes improving onboarding/activation funnels (signup → verification → approval → first deposit/trade)
— Experience in regulated financial services (broker, fintech, payments, crypto) with a strong grasp of compliance-by-design and operating in risk-managed environments
— Strong analytical capability: funnel analysis, cohorting, experimentation mindset (A/B testing where appropriate), and ability to translate insights into prioritised product work
— Hands-on knowledge of identity verification and KYC/eKYC ecosystems (document verification, liveness, risk signals, retry/exception flows, provider tuning and coverage optimisation)

Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute the product strategy for client onboarding and account/profile management, aligned to commercial growth, regulatory obligations, and risk appetite
— Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation funnel, monitoring performance, diagnosing drop-offs, and delivering measurable uplift through iterative optimisation
— Lead discovery → design → delivery for enhancements across onboarding, verification, and post-onboarding account settings (security, profile, recovery flows)
— Define, implement, and continuously optimise Alloy EV provider configurations and cascades to maximise verification coverage and approval rates while reducing customer friction
— Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure KYC/AML, disclosures, suitability and record-keeping requirements are met across licences and jurisdictions
— Improve back-office onboarding workflows by reducing manual review volumes, rework, and handling times through better tooling, queue management, exception paths, and clear SLAs
About you:
— 2–3 years’ product management experience, with demonstrable outcomes improving onboarding/activation funnels (signup → verification → approval → first deposit/trade)
— Experience in regulated financial services (broker, fintech, payments, crypto) with a strong grasp of compliance-by-design and operating in risk-managed environments
— Strong analytical capability: funnel analysis, cohorting, experimentation mindset (A/B testing where appropriate), and ability to translate insights into prioritised product work
— Hands-on knowledge of identity verification and KYC/eKYC ecosystems (document verification, liveness, risk signals, retry/exception flows, provider tuning and coverage optimisation)
— Understanding of back-office onboarding operations: manual review queues, SLAs, exception handling, rework reduction, and designing for STP
— Product judgement for onboarding UX: clear guidance, error states, recovery flows, and balancing conversion with trust, security, and regulatory obligations

Как отвечать на вопрос «Почему хотите именно к нам?»
Главное не начать льстить компании. «Мне нравится ваш бренд», «давно слежу за продуктом», «у вас сильная команда» звучит красиво, но так говорят все, да и компании от вашего желания не становится понятнее, почему вы им нужны
Работодателю важнее понять, почему эта работа логично продолжает вашу карьеру
🟢 Говорите про следующий шаг
Если переходите из небольшой компании в крупную, то логично сказать, что хотите работать с большим масштабом и более сложными задачами
Если раньше отвечали за узкий участок, а теперь хотите больше влияния — тоже нормально
Например:
🟢 Не придумывайте любовь к компании
Не обязательно знать историю бренда и пересказывать ценности с сайта. Нормальная мотивация в том, что на новом месте есть масштаб, сильная команда, сложный продукт, больше пользователей, новые технологии или больше влияния на бизнес
Работодатель хочет услышать не восхищение. Он хочет понять, почему эта работа вам действительно нужна

Проблема в том, что понять принцип намного проще, чем быстро собрать хороший ответ под собственную карьеру. Нужно связать прошлый опыт, текущую точку и следующий шаг так, чтобы это звучало логично, а не как заученный шаблон
И вопрос «Почему хотите к нам?» далеко не единственный такой. На собеседовании десятки вопросов, где одна неудачная формулировка может полностью изменить впечатление о сильном специалисте

— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

— English (B2 level or higher) and fluent Russian.
Nice to Have:
— Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other highly regulated industries

— Experience with master and reference data management and golden-record logic
— Ability to translate logic from Go, Python, or any other language into SQL
