You will:
— Own and grow one of JustPark's most visible product domains
— Shape the event-day experience for drivers, venues and operators
— Drive a commercially important growth bet the whole business is invested in
If you enjoy taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems and bringing structure to them, this role will give you real ownership and impact.
Requirements:
— 5+ years of product management experience
— A track record of owning a product area end to end, and of raising the standard of the teams and PMs around you, not just delivering your own area well
— Strong analytical and prioritisation skills across qualitative and quantitative methods
— Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, including those who disagree
— Experience working in Agile environments alongside Engineering and Design
— Strong e-commerce experience across both web and mobile
— Comfort operating in a fast-paced, scaling tech environment
— Nice to have: experience in a two-sided marketplace, or with live events, ticketing, venues or high-demand operational products
Benefits:

Required qualifications:
— At least 4 years in data or product analytics
— Strong SQL and Python
— A product mindset: you start from what the customer experiences, not from what’s in the tables
— Fluency with AI-assisted development — we build dashboards and analyses with agentic coding tools (Claude Code and similar) as part of the day-to-day
— Healthy skepticism about numbers: you validate before you trust
— Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
— Startup experience
— Experience building dashboards people actually use (Metabase, Looker, or similar)
— Healthcare experience: eligibility and benefits, patient billing, revenue cycle
— Comfort reading application code to see where a number comes from

— Experience consuming, contributing to and stress-testing design systems
— Daily working fluency with AI tools across exploration, prototyping, content and research synthesis
— Hands-on experience with user interviews, evaluative testing and data-driven design decisions
— Proven ability to influence Product, Engineering and commercial stakeholders at lead/director level
— Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
— Strong mobile-first portfolio with case studies demonstrating strategic thinking, process and measurable impact

Responsibilities:
— Own QA projects end-to-end and drive quality across teams
— Design and maintain scalable automated tests for frontend and backend using Playwright
— Improve TypeScript standards, architecture, tooling and code quality across the QA codebase
— Define and promote the test pyramid: unit, integration and E2E
— Perform manual and exploratory testing, defect analysis and test result monitoring
— Contribute to project kick-offs, requirements, testability and risk assessment
— Identify risks and dependencies early and drive continuous QA improvement
— Mentor teammates on TypeScript and Playwright best practices
Requirements:
— 7+ years of experience as QA Engineer / SDET
— Strong TypeScript and Playwright expertise, including advanced typing and code architecture
— Experience defining and implementing test pyramid practices with engineering teams
— Strong CI/CD knowledge, preferably GitHub Actions
— Experience with containerized test environments
— Strong communication, collaboration and mentoring skills
— Ability to influence technical and product decisions
— AI literacy and practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and quality
Nice to have:
— Ruby on Rails experience
— Grafana, Kibana, Sentry or similar observability tools
— Performance testing experience
Education:
— Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field preferred
