Tasks:
— Develop and evolve the UI of the AI IDE

Requirements:

Почему сильный опыт на собеседовании может звучать как обычный?
Можно пять лет работать над сложными продуктами, запускать проекты и влиять на бизнес, а на собеседовании прозвучать как человек, который просто выполнял задачи. Обычно проблема не в опыте, а в том, как кандидат о нём рассказывает
🟢 Пересказывать обязанности
Всё это может быть правдой, но такие же обязанности есть ещё у сотен кандидатов. После ответа рекрутер понимает, чем вы занимались, но не понимает, почему нужно выбрать именно вас
🟢 Уходить слишком глубоко в детали
Кандидат начинает подробно объяснять архитектуру, процессы, состав команды и историю проекта. Через пять минут интервьюер уже забыл, с чего вообще начался рассказ
Большое количество деталей не делает ответ сильнее. Оно просто прячет самое важное
🟢 Сильный ответ строится вокруг результата
Работодателю важно понять три вещи: какую проблему вы решали, что сделали именно вы и что изменилось после вашей работы
Не «занимался улучшением воронки», а «нашёл этап с максимальным отвалом, изменил сценарий и увеличил конверсию на 18%»
Один и тот же опыт можно рассказать так, что вы будете выглядеть обычным исполнителем или сильным специалистом. И на собеседовании эта разница напрямую влияет на решение
Проблема в том, что самому её почти невозможно заметить. Вы знаете весь контекст своей работы и автоматически додумываете то, чего интервьюер в вашем ответе вообще не услышал

— Тестировать Backend: Rest, GraphQL, миграции и откаты
— Тестировать Web и мобильные приложения: поведение фичей, SSR, аналитику, обновления, удобство, кроссбраузерность/платформенность
— Взаимодействовать с Kafka, Redis, Kibana, DB и трейсингом
— Участвовать в грумминге задач: обсуждать требования, тест-дизайн, архитектуру
— Писать автотесты для одной из платформ: Backend, Mobile, Web
— Системно улучшать качество продукта: развивать процессы, внедрять shift-left и помогать командам предотвращать и решать проблемы качества
Требования:
— Опыт тестирования в продуктовой команде от 3 лет
— Опыт написания автотестов на Java
— Опыт улучшения существующих и внедрения новых процессов в команде, работа с метриками качества/тестирования
— Экспертиза в тестировании одной из платформ: Backend/Web/Mobile. Готовность тестировать новую для себя платформу
— Опыт работы с Kafka, PostgreSQL, Postman/Proxyman, DevTools
— Опыт работы с Firebase, Charles, Android Stuido, XCode
— Навыки расследования багов/инцидентов. Умение находить root-cause
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт работы в продуктовых компаниях
— Бэкграунд в финтехе, екоме или быстрорастущих стартапах
— Навыки наставничества и менторства
— Опыт внедрения CI/CD решений для автотестов

— Take over and continue development of an existing application built with Wisej,NET and C#

What You’ll Do:
— Design, build, and maintain scalable distributed backend systems powering platform and product capabilities
— Own backend services end-to-end: from architecture and implementation to monitoring and long-term reliability

Requirements:
— 5+ years of product management experience
— A track record of owning a product area end to end, and of raising the standard of the teams and PMs around you, not just delivering your own area well
— Strong analytical and prioritisation skills across qualitative and quantitative methods
— Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, including those who disagree
— Experience working in Agile environments alongside Engineering and Design
— Strong e-commerce experience across both web and mobile
— Comfort operating in a fast-paced, scaling tech environment
— Nice to have: experience in a two-sided marketplace, or with live events, ticketing, venues or high-demand operational products

— Fluency with AI-assisted development — we build dashboards and analyses with agentic coding tools (Claude Code and similar) as part of the day-to-day
