Educational apps that illuminate minds across the universe

The role sits on SmartyMe, our mobile educational app

— Own problems rather than tasks. Work usually arrives as a problem, not a detailed spec from a product manager. You'd be responsible for understanding why, deciding what to do, and carrying it through discovery, design, prototype, launch, and measurement.
— Product thinking. Getting to a precise statement of what the user is actually struggling with, using user conversations, data, and the product itself. Then being specific about which part of your solution addresses that problem and why you expect it to work, rather than presenting a design and reasoning backwards from it. Knowing what you're solving is the part that decides whether the rest of the work matters.
— Build working prototypes yourself. We prototype with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Replit or whatever you work fastest in. The aim is something users can actually use within days, without waiting for engineering capacity. This is a core part of the job rather than an occasional extra
— Hypotheses and metrics, not only design. You'd own specific product branches together with the hypotheses behind them, and work with the PM as a peer rather than as a service function. In practice that means naming the metric you expect to move before you start, and being the person who knows afterwards whether it moved. Branch activation and branch cancel rate are what we're currently judged on
— Neat and clean design solutions. We care about solutions that are simple and consistent: sensible structure, careful spacing and typography, states and edge cases handled, and nothing on the screen that doesn't need to be there. Speed of building doesn't excuse a sloppy interface
Technical skills:
— 3+ years of product design including mobile apps. EdTech, wellness, or habit-building products are a plus
— Prototyping with AI tools: you build working prototypes yourself in Claude Code, Codex, Replit, or similar. This is a requirement
— Product and metrics literacy: you can express work as a hypothesis, covering what should change, roughly how much, and what would indicate you were wrong
— AI features: comfortable designing around AI-powered functionality and hypotheses that keep shifting
— Figma: components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, versioning

Nice to have:
— activation and retention work, games or content-heavy products, design systems, something you've shipped independently

Tasks:

Requirements:

— Proven experience as a Data Analyst (Fraud), or a similar role (4+ years, can be made up for with accomplishments)
— Strong problem solving skills
— Advanced proficiency with SQL. you're comfortable writing complex queries to investigate and slice data across large datasets
— Experience in fraud, risk, or financial services; you understand how fraud attacks work and how to think about mitigation trade-offs
— A proactive mindset — you don't wait to be asked; you spot something unusual and you dig in
— Some exposure to Python or scripting for data manipulation and analysis
— Proficiency with a BI tool (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, Superset, Redash, or any other alternative)
— Strong stakeholder management skills; you can communicate findings clearly to fraud operations, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership — and you know how to influence decisions with data across all of them
— Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams where priorities shift quickly

It's a leading creative app for photo and video editing for Instagram, TikTok

Responsibilities:
— Design 0→1 consumer products: from concepts and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, UI and MVP
— Quickly explore multiple product directions, prototype ideas and validate what is worth building
— Create working prototypes with AI tools and use AI as part of your everyday design and product workflow
— Work closely with developers and vibe-coders during implementation — not just prepare Figma files and wait for handoff
— Conduct lightweight research: competitor analysis, user testing and hypothesis validation
— Iterate based on user feedback, product data and early results
— Build and evolve UI kits and design systems that enable fast product development
— Contribute to design processes and cross-product initiatives

Requirements:
— 4–5+ years in Product / UX Design — proven autonomy matters more than the exact number of years
— Strong 0→1 experience: you’ve taken a product from an idea to MVP and/or launch
— Using AI not only for copy or research, but for prototyping, design exploration, coding and experimentation
— Experience with consumer / B2C products
— Strong UX and UI skills with high visual taste
— Expert-level Figma
— Experience building design systems / UI kits and thinking in reusable components and patterns
— Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, Figma Make, Cursor, Codex, v0, Lovable or similar
— Basic understanding of frontend: HTML/CSS, responsive layouts, components, states, and basic React/JS concepts
— Comfortable working directly with developers and AI-assisted / vibe-coding teams
— Comfortable with ambiguity, incomplete briefs and rapidly changing priorities
— High speed, strong ownership and a bias toward action

Senior Fullstack QA Engineer

Обязанности:
— Тестировать Backend: Rest, GraphQL, миграции и откаты
— Тестировать Web и мобильные приложения: поведение фичей, SSR, аналитику, обновления, удобство, кроссбраузерность/платформенность
— Взаимодействовать с Kafka, Redis, Kibana, DB и трейсингом
— Участвовать в грумминге задач: обсуждать требования, тест-дизайн, архитектуру
— Писать автотесты для одной из платформ: Backend, Mobile, Web
— Системно улучшать качество продукта: развивать процессы, внедрять shift-left и помогать командам предотвращать и решать проблемы качества

Требования:
— Опыт тестирования в продуктовой команде от 3 лет
— Опыт написания автотестов на Java
— Опыт улучшения существующих и внедрения новых процессов в команде, работа с метриками качества/тестирования
— Экспертиза в тестировании одной из платформ: Backend/Web/Mobile. Готовность тестировать новую для себя платформу
— Опыт работы с Kafka, PostgreSQL, Postman/Proxyman, DevTools
— Опыт работы с Firebase, Charles, Android Stuido, XCode
— Навыки расследования багов/инцидентов. Умение находить root-cause

Будет плюсом:
— Опыт работы в продуктовых компаниях
— Бэкграунд в финтехе, екоме или быстрорастущих стартапах
— Навыки наставничества и менторства
— Опыт внедрения CI/CD решений для автотестов

Responsibilities:
— Take over and continue development of an existing application built with Wisej,NET and C#
— Analyze and understand the current architecture and implementation
— Implement new features and enhancements according to business requirements
— Maintain and improve existing functionality
— Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects
— Collaborate with project stakeholders and distributed development team members
— Participate in knowledge transfer and ensure smooth project continuity
— Contribute to code quality, performance optimization, and technical documentation

Requirements:
— 5+ years of commercial experience with C# and .NET
— Commercial experience with Wisej,NET (non-negotiable)
— Experience with ASP NET, WinForms, or similar Microsoft technologies
— Experience developing and maintaining web-based business applications
— Strong object-oriented design and software engineering fundamentals
— Ability to quickly learn existing frameworks and codebases
— Experience with Git or similar source-control systems
— Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
— Good communication skills in an international environment
— English B2 or higher

Nice-to-Have:
— German language proficiency (preferred but not mandatory)
— Experience taking over or maintaining legacy applications
— Experience in customer-facing projects or long-term product development environments

Senior Backend Engineer

What You’ll Do:
— Design, build, and maintain scalable distributed backend systems powering platform and product capabilities
— Own backend services end-to-end: from architecture and implementation to monitoring and long-term reliability
— Work closely with product and engineering peers to actively shape product decisions — not just execute specs
— Scope solutions with the clients building on our API: turn a vague request into a concrete proposal, and the proposal into a plan the team can build
— Build and evolve Web3 platform backend components, including protocol integrations, support for newly emerging blockchain networks, and reliable interactions with smart contracts
— Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and observability
— Operate comfortably in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed and correctness
— Use AI as a core part of your engineering workflow — designing, reviewing, debugging and shipping with it. This is how the team works day to day, not an experiment we're running
— Contribute to technical discussions, reviews, and mentorship within the engineering team

What We’re Looking For:
— 5+ years of experience designing and building distributed backend systems
— Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns
— Excellent knowledge of Golang is a plus, not a blocker
— Experience with containerized systems: Docker & Kubernetes
— Experience with databases: SQL: Postgres; NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra
— Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana
— Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
— Experience with Python 3
— Comfort experimenting with and integrating AI-assisted workflows into daily engineering work

You will:
— Own and grow one of JustPark's most visible product domains
— Shape the event-day experience for drivers, venues and operators
— Drive a commercially important growth bet the whole business is invested in

If you enjoy taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems and bringing structure to them, this role will give you real ownership and impact.

Requirements:
— 5+ years of product management experience
— A track record of owning a product area end to end, and of raising the standard of the teams and PMs around you, not just delivering your own area well
— Strong analytical and prioritisation skills across qualitative and quantitative methods
— Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, including those who disagree
— Experience working in Agile environments alongside Engineering and Design
— Strong e-commerce experience across both web and mobile
— Comfort operating in a fast-paced, scaling tech environment
— Nice to have: experience in a two-sided marketplace, or with live events, ticketing, venues or high-demand operational products
