What you will do:
— Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing and reporting
— Build and maintain data models and data marts
— Monitor data quality, consistency and integrity across systems
— Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams to define analytics requirements
— Automate recurring reporting and data workflows

What we expect:
— 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer
— Strong SQL skills and experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
— Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
— Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
— Understanding of data modeling principles and data warehouse concepts
— Experience working with large datasets and optimizing query performance
— Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
— Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:
— Experience in fintech, banking, payments or crypto products
— Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
— Experience with Apache Airflow, dbt or similar orchestration tools

Playrix Games is a developer of free-to-play mobile games behind titles such as Township, Fishdom, Homescapes, and Gardenscapes.

Tasks:
— Automation around company-wide tools. Asana, Slack, Jira, Git and others come with a large layer of in-house extensions and integrations that make everyday work better. You'll develop and maintain these, and help consolidate them into one coherent system rather than a pile of scripts
— Our own in-house products. Internal systems such as the employee portal and payroll/compensation tooling, plus newer products like our candidate hiring portal — for example, video transcription pipelines and candidate scoring. You'll evolve and support these end to end

Split is roughly 70% backend / 30% frontend — many of the tools have no UI at all, and most of the heavy logic lives on the backend.

Our stack:
Python 3+, React, AWS, FastAPI, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker.

Requirements:
— 3+ years hands-on Python development experience and understanding of the modern backend stack
— Hands-on React development experience and understanding of the modern frontend stack
— Experience developing for Kubernetes and working with cloud vendors (AWS preferred)
— Active use of AI tools in development and understanding of AI SDLC approaches

Responsibilities:
— Gather and analyze business requirements for product development
— Prepare technical documentation and task descriptions for the development team
— Participate in solving analytical tasks
— Research the market, competitors, and review regulatory documentation
— Collaborate with development, QA, product, design, and compliance teams

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
— 1+ year of experience in fintech or digital finance projects, including e-wallets, transaction platforms, and integrations with external financial services
— Solid understanding of digital financial technologies, transaction processing, and the specifics of issuing and managing digital wallets
— Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies and tools, ability to clearly communicate ideas through diagrams
— Experience in describing system integrations
— Knowledge of UML notations
— Ability to write SQL queries
— Ability to independently collect information for tasks/research
— Understanding of client-server architecture principles
— Experience working with Jira / Confluence / Notion
— English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation
 
Would be a plus:
— Experience with microservices architecture
— Understanding of UX/UI basics
— Knowledge of BPMN notation

The role sits on SmartyMe, our mobile educational app

— Own problems rather than tasks. Work usually arrives as a problem, not a detailed spec from a product manager. You'd be responsible for understanding why, deciding what to do, and carrying it through discovery, design, prototype, launch, and measurement.
— Product thinking. Getting to a precise statement of what the user is actually struggling with, using user conversations, data, and the product itself. Then being specific about which part of your solution addresses that problem and why you expect it to work, rather than presenting a design and reasoning backwards from it. Knowing what you're solving is the part that decides whether the rest of the work matters.
— Build working prototypes yourself. We prototype with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Replit or whatever you work fastest in. The aim is something users can actually use within days, without waiting for engineering capacity. This is a core part of the job rather than an occasional extra
— Hypotheses and metrics, not only design. You'd own specific product branches together with the hypotheses behind them, and work with the PM as a peer rather than as a service function. In practice that means naming the metric you expect to move before you start, and being the person who knows afterwards whether it moved. Branch activation and branch cancel rate are what we're currently judged on
— Neat and clean design solutions. We care about solutions that are simple and consistent: sensible structure, careful spacing and typography, states and edge cases handled, and nothing on the screen that doesn't need to be there. Speed of building doesn't excuse a sloppy interface
Technical skills:
— 3+ years of product design including mobile apps. EdTech, wellness, or habit-building products are a plus
— Prototyping with AI tools: you build working prototypes yourself in Claude Code, Codex, Replit, or similar. This is a requirement
— Product and metrics literacy: you can express work as a hypothesis, covering what should change, roughly how much, and what would indicate you were wrong
— AI features: comfortable designing around AI-powered functionality and hypotheses that keep shifting
— Figma: components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, versioning

Nice to have:
— activation and retention work, games or content-heavy products, design systems, something you've shipped independently

Job Responsibilities:
— Frontend and Backend testing of new functionality, bug fixes and technical tasks
— Selenium and API coverage with autotests immediately on the principle of "not covered - not release"
— Participation in the process of delivery to production. Ensuring smooth deployment of updates and enhancements to the production environment
— Manual testing

Job requirements:
— 4+ years of experience in full stack testing
— Proficiency in Python for test automation: experience writing and maintaining UI/API tests
— Expertise in auto testing web applications using Selenium WebDriver
— Deep understanding of QA automation patterns
— Proficiency in Git
— English proficiency, minimum B1 level
— Experience in setting up and using Gitlab CI
— Capability to initiate and configure projects in Docker
— Familiarity with Bash scripting

Challenges that await you:
— Design core flows: from card ordering and limit settings to transaction history and account analytics. You'll work across a range of banking products: credit, debit accounts, savings, loans and many more
— Ship real features: partner closely with product managers, data analysts, and mobile engineers
— Maintain the design system: keep our iOS & Android interfaces tight, scalable, and consistent

— 2+ years of relevant product design experience

Решения для мониторинга и управления качеством воздуха в зданиях, на промышленных объектах и в городах

Обязанности:
— Формировать продуктовую стратегию, vision и roadmap
— Участвовать в формировании pricing, go-to-market стратегии и поиске product-market fit
— Проводить product discovery и определять наиболее важные задачи клиентов
— Приоритизировать инициативы с учетом ценности для клиента и бизнеса
— Переводить бизнес, клиентские и технические задачи в понятные продуктовые решения
— Участвовать в развитии продуктов на базе AI, IoT, hardware и software
— Определять продуктовые метрики и анализировать результаты
— Выстраивать и развивать продуктовые процессы внутри компании

Требования:
— Сильный опыт в Product Management, желательно в B2B, SaaS, IoT, AI или hardware
— Стратегическое мышление и высокий уровень ответственности
— Умение уверенно работать одновременно с техническими и бизнес-командами
— Способность самостоятельно принимать решения в условиях неопределенности
— Умение структурировать сложные задачи и выстраивать процессы
— Сильные навыки коммуникации и управления заинтересованными сторонами
