Responsibilities:
— Build the web tracking foundation for the product. Set up GA4 and GTM, both client-side and server-side, from scratch: UTM conventions, dataLayer schema, event deduplication, and attribution windows.
— Implement server-side conversions for paid channels, including Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, and TikTok Events API.
— Build and maintain a web attribution model that connects marketing spend to actual revenue, and deliver channel-level LTV and CAC analysis.
— Design and own Tableau dashboards for acquisition metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and channel mix; funnel metrics, including registration → first purchase → repeat purchase; retention metrics, including cohorts and LTV curves; and financial overview.
— Support the performance marketing team with ad-hoc SQL analysis and Python scripts for automation.
— Design and analyze A/B tests across the funnel, document results, and help drive action based on findings.
— Document tracking conventions and data definitions in the knowledge base.
What we look for:
— 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, or Marketing Analyst working with web subscription or e-commerce products
— Strong web analytics expertise, including funnels, attribution, tracking logic, and marketing performance measurement
— Experience working with performance marketing data. Experience working with raw and semi-processed data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms, including data validation and cleanup
— Strong understanding of subscription business metrics, including LTV, cohorts, retention, recurring revenue, CAC, and payback period
— Experience setting up web tracking from scratch at least once, for example for a new product, new funnel, or new market
— Advanced SQL: window functions, CTEs, query optimization, and working with complex datasets
— Proficient Python: pandas, NumPy, analysis scripts, and basic automation
— Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
— Comfortable working with ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist
— Open, clear, and proactive communication style
— High level of ownership and initiative

What You Will Be Doing:

Responsibilities:
— Design UX and UI solutions for existing mobile F2P products
— Analyse navigation, onboarding, gameplay scenarios, meta systems, monetisation flows, live-ops flows and interface logic; identify friction points and improvement opportunities
— Create conceptual UX solutions, screens and interface systems for new or updated product scenarios
— Balance UX improvements with the established habits and expectations of the current player base; recommend a full redesign when incremental changes are insufficient
— Prepare clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI specifications and handoff documentation; support implementation and review the result in the game
— Partner with Game Design, Product, Art, Development, Analytics and LiveOps teams

Requirements:
— Demonstrated experience creating successful UI/UX concepts for mobile F2P games (mandatory)
— Senior-level UI/UX design skills: independence, structured thinking, sound rationale for decisions and ownership through implementation
— Hands-on experience with mobile game interfaces, preferably in casual, hybrid-casual, puzzle, merge, match, solitaire-like, sorting, hidden-object, jigsaw, word, logic or related genres
— Strong understanding of mobile F2P systems: FTUE/onboarding, core and meta loops, progression, events, offers, rewarded ads, IAP, bundles, store, pop-ups, player segmentation and live-ops
— Experience redesigning existing interfaces and player journeys, while preserving product recognisability for current players
— Professional proficiency with Figma or comparable tools; ability to produce implementation-ready deliverables
— Understanding of how UI/UX affects retention, engagement, conversion, monetisation, funnel completion, clarity, accessibility and player frustration
— English sufficient for day-to-day communication, documentation and design discussions
Preferred qualifications:
— Experience with live products, full interface redesigns, design systems, multi-product UI/UX consistency, Unity UI, adaptive layouts, safe areas, localisation, device fragmentation, A/B testing and analytics collaboration

What you’ll actually do:
— Collaborate on planning, design, development, deployment, and enhancement of data integration products and DWH
— Develop and maintain test suites for Data Integration and ETL processes

Responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain a high-quality iOS application with a focus on performance, UI, and UX
— Take ownership of development processes, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code
— Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features
— Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices
— Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
— Profile and optimize app performance (memory, launch time, rendering, battery)
— Stay up to date with the latest iOS development trends and integrate relevant advancements
Requirements:
— 5+ years of professional iOS development experience
— Experience with B2C mobile apps built on subscription business models
— Expert proficiency in Swift
— Strong command of StoreKit 2 and subscription lifecycle: purchase flows, receipt/transaction validation, entitlement management, offer codes, and server-to-server notifications (with RevenueCat or a custom equivalent)
— Deep understanding of UIKit and SwiftUI, including interoperability, when to use each, and SwiftUI state management (@State, @Observable, @Environment)
— Solid grasp of architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Composable Architecture) and modularization for large codebases (SPM modules, feature isolation)

What You’ll Be Doing:
— Move predicted revenue per install and per web-funnel visitor. That's the number you own. Everything else is a means to it
— Run monetization experiments end to end. Paywall placement and design, pricing, packaging, offers, trial mechanics, subscription flows — hypothesize, ship an A/B test, read it straight, and scale the winners
— Start from a playbook. You've run enough of these to know what usually works and what usually doesn't, so you begin from patterns, not from zero
— Reach into activation or retention when the numbers say so. If a change there is the fastest path to more revenue, make the case and ship it — but monetization is the center of gravity
— Keep a steady cadence of tests live. Size each opportunity, prioritize by expected revenue impact, and don't let the pipeline go quiet
— Write clear specs. Turn a monetization idea into something engineering can build without a dozen follow-up questions
— Partner with GTM. Revenue per install is shared with UA and web — feed monetization signal back into how we acquire and price
— Work directly with product, engineering, and the CEO. You'll be in the room when ideas form, not waiting for a brief
What We’re Looking For:
— A product career spent mostly on monetization. Not a generalist who ran a pricing test once — someone whose main body of work is making consumer products earn more per user
— A real track record moving revenue. You've owned monetization metrics — ARPU, LTV, conversion, trial-to-paid — and you can show what you moved and how
— At least one original monetization idea you can point to. Something you came up with from first principles, not lifted from a competitor's playbook. This is the bar that separates you from 99% of the field
— You run experiments as a matter of habit. You've designed and read A/B tests and made ship-or-kill calls off the results, not off opinion
— Strong analytical instincts. Comfortable in an analytics tool, you can separate signal from noise, and you don't confuse a pretty chart with a real result
— You ship. Idea to spec to live to measured, fast
— You use AI tools in your work already — for research, specs, analysis, and moving faster day to day
— Fluent English. You can write a spec that doesn't need rewriting
