We're hiring a full-stack engineer who lives in the frontend. You'll work with the core product team to implement features end-to-end: design the UX, build the interface, wire up the backend, and ship it. Frontend is where we most need strength right now, so that's where you'll spend most of your time, but the best person here is comfortable dropping into the backend to land a feature without waiting on anyone. We work remotely on a GMT+8 timezone.
What You'll Do:
— Build and polish our trading product: real-time charts, order flows, dashboards, and data-dense UI that has to feel fast and look great
— Own features end-to-end, from UX/interaction design through frontend, API, and release
— Contribute to and extend our design system (components, tokens, Storybook). Keep the product consistent and beautiful
— Reach into backend services when a feature needs it: API endpoints, queries, queues
— Work AI-first
You will thrive if you have:
— Strong sense of design & interactions & a deep obsession with pixels
— Good understanding of crypto primitives e.g (wallets, wagmi/viem, Privy)
— Appreciation for financial markets & trading
— Stack: React + TypeScript & Tailwind production experience with Next.js
— Node/TypeScript backend experience: Express, REST APIs, Postgres (we use Kysely), Redis, queues (BullMQ/RabbitMQ)

What you'll be doing:

Required:
— 5+ years of experience building and operating large-scale, Internet-facing web applications
— Strong proficiency in modern frontend development: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and the browser platform
— Solid understanding of building against RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services
— Experience with CI/CD practices and shipping to production frequently
— A track record of owning features end-to-end and delivering them to production with high quality
— An eye for UX and design detail
— Ability to work with uncertainty and the flexibility to pivot with changing priorities
— Comfort working in a team alongside backend, ML engineers, and scientists

Preferred:

Почему рассказ о себе решает больше, чем многие думают?
Большинство кандидатов уверены, что собеседование начинается с технических вопросов. На самом деле во многих случаях все решается гораздо раньше. Первые 10–15 минут руководитель пытается ответить всего на один вопрос: хочет ли он вообще дальше разговаривать с этим человеком
Если кандидат долго вспоминает проекты, перескакивает с мысли на мысль, запинается, уходит в детали или не может понятно объяснить, чем занимался, слушать его становится тяжело. И проблема здесь не в знаниях. Руководитель начинает сомневаться, что такой же хаос будет и в рабочем общении с командой, заказчиками и бизнесом.
Именно поэтому мы всегда рекомендуем заранее готовить и буквально заучивать рассказ о себе, описание проектов и ответы на самые частые вопросы. Многие боятся, что это будет звучать неестественно и руководитель сразу поймет, что текст выучен.
На практике происходит ровно наоборот.
После десятков неподготовленных кандидатов руководители хотят услышать понятный, структурный и уверенный рассказ, из которого за несколько минут становится ясно, кто перед ними, какой у человека опыт и почему именно его стоит рассматривать дальше. Это экономит время всем участникам собеседования.
Заученный рассказ не делает вас роботом. Он избавляет от лишнего волнения и позволяет показать свой реальный опыт, а не пытаться вспоминать его на ходу. И очень часто именно эти первые 10 минут определяют, получите вы оффер или закончите собеседование фразой «Мы свяжемся с вами позже».

Responsibilities:
— Build the web tracking foundation for the product. Set up GA4 and GTM, both client-side and server-side, from scratch: UTM conventions, dataLayer schema, event deduplication, and attribution windows.
— Implement server-side conversions for paid channels, including Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, and TikTok Events API.
— Build and maintain a web attribution model that connects marketing spend to actual revenue, and deliver channel-level LTV and CAC analysis.
— Design and own Tableau dashboards for acquisition metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and channel mix; funnel metrics, including registration → first purchase → repeat purchase; retention metrics, including cohorts and LTV curves; and financial overview.
— Support the performance marketing team with ad-hoc SQL analysis and Python scripts for automation.
— Design and analyze A/B tests across the funnel, document results, and help drive action based on findings.
— Document tracking conventions and data definitions in the knowledge base.
What we look for:
— 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, or Marketing Analyst working with web subscription or e-commerce products
— Strong web analytics expertise, including funnels, attribution, tracking logic, and marketing performance measurement
— Experience working with performance marketing data. Experience working with raw and semi-processed data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms, including data validation and cleanup
— Strong understanding of subscription business metrics, including LTV, cohorts, retention, recurring revenue, CAC, and payback period
— Experience setting up web tracking from scratch at least once, for example for a new product, new funnel, or new market

Responsibilities:
— Build the web tracking foundation for the product. Set up GA4 and GTM, both client-side and server-side, from scratch: UTM conventions, dataLayer schema, event deduplication, and attribution windows.
— Implement server-side conversions for paid channels, including Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, and TikTok Events API.
— Build and maintain a web attribution model that connects marketing spend to actual revenue, and deliver channel-level LTV and CAC analysis.
— Design and own Tableau dashboards for acquisition metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and channel mix; funnel metrics, including registration → first purchase → repeat purchase; retention metrics, including cohorts and LTV curves; and financial overview.
— Support the performance marketing team with ad-hoc SQL analysis and Python scripts for automation.
— Design and analyze A/B tests across the funnel, document results, and help drive action based on findings.
— Document tracking conventions and data definitions in the knowledge base.
What we look for:
— 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, or Marketing Analyst working with web subscription or e-commerce products
— Strong web analytics expertise, including funnels, attribution, tracking logic, and marketing performance measurement
— Experience working with performance marketing data. Experience working with raw and semi-processed data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms, including data validation and cleanup
— Strong understanding of subscription business metrics, including LTV, cohorts, retention, recurring revenue, CAC, and payback period
— Experience setting up web tracking from scratch at least once, for example for a new product, new funnel, or new market

What You’ll Be Doing:

Senior QA Engineer (Data Stack)

What you’ll actually do:
— Collaborate on planning, design, development, deployment, and enhancement of data integration products and DWH
— Develop and maintain test suites for Data Integration and ETL processes
— Drive AI integration (agents, LLMs) across QA processes, including testing, monitoring, data quality, and automated code review
— Define data policies, standards, and data quality processes
— Investigate and resolve data quality issues
— Ensure data solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
— Troubleshoot issues, test new features, and participate in UAT
Who we’re looking for:
— 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
— Experience with AI tools and agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) for QA automation and process improvement
— Expert SQL skills, especially ClickHouse
— Python automation (pytest)
— Experience with data streaming tools (Kafka Connect, Flink)
— Stream processing testing experience is a plus
— Docker/Kubernetes, Grafana, PagerDuty, Terraform are a plus
— Strong understanding of data modeling, DWH, ETL, and data integration
— Ability to drive QA best practices and influence engineering teams
— Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills
— English – upper-intermediate+; Russian – upper-intermediate

Middle/Senior Analytics Engineer

Обязанности:
— Строить слой моделей dbt (staging → intermediate → marts), поддерживать инкрементальные загрузки, снапшоты, документацию и lineage
— Проектировать витрины под продуктовые сценарии и BI (Superset)
— Работать с данными clickstream/продуктовыми событиями и транзакционными источниками, помогать превращать их в надежные аналитические датасеты
— Встраивать data quality: тесты dbt, ожидания Great Expectations, алерты на провалы качества/свежести
— Оптимизировать SQL под Trino/Iceberg
— Участвовать в data governance: описания, теги, владельцы, документация в DataHub; базовые контракты и доступы
Требования:
— Сильный SQL и опыт построения аналитических витрин/моделей
— Практический опыт dbt Core
— Понимание принципов моделирования данных (star schema, wide tables, incremental подходы, SCD где уместно)
— Опыт работы с BI-инструментами (Superset/Metabase/Tableau)
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт работы с Iceberg/Delta/Hudi и понимание особенностей lakehouse
— Понимание Trino/Presto и оптимизации запросов
— Знакомство с DataHub/каталогами и data quality фреймворками
— Понимание realtime источников (Kafka/clickstream) и как их “приземлять” в аналитику
