What You Will Do
— Assess legacy applications end-to-end: architecture, dependencies, infrastructure, risk — using AI-assisted analysis tools
— Decide migration strategy for each app based on its characteristics, constraints, and business value
— Execute the full modernization: framework upgrades, dependency migration, containerization, CI/CD pipeline setup
— Deploy to target platforms — cloud services, or optimized on-prem — whatever makes sense for the app
— Shape the modernization practice itself: contribute patterns, templates, and lessons learned that make the next migration faster
— Collaborate with application teams who own the legacy systems

Required:
— Strong Java/Spring expertise— the majority of the target portfolio is Java (10+years)
— Participation in modernization / tech transformation / legacy shift / migration to cloud / migration from legacy / tech upgrade / lift and shift / dockerization is a must
— Hands-on modernization experience— you've migrated enterprise applications from older frameworks, runtimes, or platforms to modern ones. Java is the most common target, but the next app could be anything
— Broad infrastructure knowledge
— Working knowledge of enterprise middleware and data infrastructure
— Open to AI-assisted workflows— we use Agentic AI and LLM tools daily as primary instruments
— Enterprise comfort— you've worked in large organizations with large-scale existing systems, change management, and compliance requirements; none of this is new to you
— Excellent written and spoken English
— Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

Big Plus:
— Experience with additional JVM or non-JVM backend stacks (.NET, Python, C++)
— Experience with AI/LLM tools specifically for code analysis, migration, or large-scale refactoring
— Financial services, capital markets, or fintech background — our clients operate in regulated environments with algo trading, post-trade processing, and real-time risk systems
— Kubernetes deployment experience (EKS, Helm, ArgoCD)
— Cloud migration patterns (lift-and-shift, strangler fig, blue-green, database migration strategies)

Responsibilities:
— Write high-quality, performant code primarily in Go
— Implement new microservices while helping us responsibly manage and migrate away from legacy services
— Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to turn abstract requirements into concrete technical designs
— Ensure our systems stay responsive under heavy load, optimising for both latency and reliability

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience (5+ years for seniors) building and maintaining scalable backend services
— We use Go. If you know it, great. If not, we’ll interview you in your strongest language (Python, C++, Java, Ruby, etc.). We hire for engineering fundamentals, not syntax
— In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka
— At least 1 year of hands-on experience with mapping-related work such as processing noisy geospatial data, map-matching techniques, or road network graphs and routing algorithms
— Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher. You should be comfortable debating technical trade-offs with your peers

Nice To Have:
— Driver-side intuition for navigation systems (rerouting behavior, GPS drift, missed turns, real-world edge cases)
— Experience with routing engines like OSRM
— Proficiency in C++
— Familiarity with open geospatial datasets such as OpenStreetMap

We're hiring a full-stack engineer who lives in the frontend. — Contribute to and extend our design system (components, tokens, Storybook). Keep the product consistent and beautiful
— Reach into backend services when a feature needs it: API endpoints, queries, queues
— Work AI-first

What we look for:
— 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, or Marketing Analyst working with web subscription or e-commerce products
— Strong web analytics expertise, including funnels, attribution, tracking logic, and marketing performance measurement
— Experience working with performance marketing data. Experience working with raw and semi-processed data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms, including data validation and cleanup

— Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
— Hands-on experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
— Understanding of management accounting, financial reporting, and Unit Economics
— Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into business recommendations
— Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
— Russian language proficiency at C1 level
— Willingness to work from our office in Limassol or Belgrade

What you’ll do:
— Develop and maintain the company’s financial planning system (Annual Budget, Quarterly Budget, Rolling Forecast, scenario modeling)
— Prepare management reporting (Plan / Actual / Variance) and ensure transparency of financial metrics for management
— Analyze the financial performance of products, user cohorts, marketing investments, and Unit Economics (LTV, CAC, ROAS, Contribution Margin, Payback)
— Develop financial models and evaluate investment initiatives, prepare recommendations for capital allocation and project scaling
— Support short-term cash flow forecasting (Cash Flow Forecast) and analyze liquidity
— Build and develop BI dashboards and analytical reporting in Power BI / Tableau, automate reporting processes using SQL and data from ERP systems
— Work with data from various sources (DWH, ERP, CRM, payment systems, gaming platforms, web shop)
— Analyze financial risks and the business’s dependence on products, platforms, and user acquisition channels
— Develop methodologies for calculating financial KPIs and ensure a unified approach to financial analytics across the company

Обязанности:
— Разработка платформы: получение, обработка и нормализация больших объемов данных из внешних источников и систем заказчика
— Проектирование модели данных и расчетного ядра платформы
— Разработка веб-интерфейса платформы и API между фронтом и бэком
— Подготовка продукта к развертыванию on-premise в контуре банка
— Аналитический контур на том же массиве данных
— Прямое общение с заказчиком

Требования:
— Активное и результативное использование ИИ-агентов в разработке
— Высокий уровень внимания к деталям
— Техническое образование и опыт промышленной разработки от 6 лет, значительная часть которого набрана до появления LLM-инструментов: вы умеете проектировать системы и писать код сами
— Full-stack практика в прошлом
— Уверенная работа с данными: SQL, обработка больших выгрузок, скрипты трансформации на Python или аналоге
— Опыт разработки корпоративного ПО и понимание его специфики
— Способность работать автономно
— Английский, достаточный для переписки и созвонов с заказчиком

Будет плюсом:
— Понимание как устроены платежные сети, интерчейндж и схемные комиссии, эквайринговый прайсинг
— Практический опыт с Power BI

— великолепные насмотренность, стандарты UX и понимание сути пользовательских сценариев
— умение вести направление с глубокой ответственностью: держать приоритеты, доводить все инициативы до результата и мониторить состояние своего направления
— опыт работы с retention / engagement будет большим плюсом

What You’ll Be Doing:
— Design complete UI/UX solutions for new game features
— Work on interfaces for core and meta systems, ensuring a consistent player experience across the game
— Design monetization features such as battle passes, gacha mechanics, limited-time offers, reward flows, and other live-ops systems
— Build and maintain a scalable design system, reusable components, templates, and UI guidelines
— Implement and assemble interfaces directly in Unity, including layouts, states, transitions, animations, effects, and responsive behaviour
— Connect UI elements to existing events, calls, and game data with the support and review of developers
— Use AI-assisted development and vibe-coding tools to prototype and implement UI functionality independently
— Translate game design documentation into clear, intuitive, and visually polished interfaces
— Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, Unity developers, and other team members throughout implementation
— Review interfaces in the game, identify inconsistencies, and continuously improve usability and visual quality

What We Expect From You:
— 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in game development
— A strong portfolio
— Experience with mid-core or hardcore mobile games, or relevant PC/console projects will be a plus
— Strong hands-on experience with Unity and its UI systems
— Experience using AI coding tools to prototype or implement UI functionality
— Advanced proficiency in Figma
— Strong understanding of game UX, information hierarchy, player behaviour, and interface flows
— Experience designing core, meta, and monetization systems

Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on production systems
