Key Responsibilities:
— Define and evolve the UX/UI strategy for the mobile app, prioritizing simplicity, speed, and intuitive navigation that aligns with the needs of Near Prime customers
— Architect and optimize end-to-end customer journeys within the app — from onboarding and first use to regular product interaction, limit management, and repeat transactions. Own the CJM across all touchpoints
— Analyze in-app user behavior (funnels, screen flows, usage scenarios). Track and improve conversion rates for key actions (activation, product application, repeat visits) and identify interface bottlenecks through data
— Partner closely with UX/UI designers. Set clear tasks, ensure high quality of mockups and prototypes, facilitate user testing, and maintain design consistency across all app features
— Design seamless interaction scenarios between the mobile app and other company products and services, ensuring a unified and effortless customer experience within the broader ecosystem
— Work in tight alignment with product teams, engineering, analytics, legal, and marketing to deliver a consistent and compliant user experience
— Build and maintain a backlog of UX/UI enhancements based on data insights, customer feedback, market benchmarking, and company strategic goals
Key Requirements:
— Significant experience in product management for mobile applications (fintech, e-commerce, or consumer services) at an Upper Senior level, with direct ownership of UX/UI outcomes
— Deep understanding of customer-centric design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business goals, risk constraints, and technical feasibility
— Upper-intermediate English or higher (both spoken and written) — required for communication with international teams and headquarters
— Strong analytical skills: ability to work with mobile analytics, funnels, heatmaps, and user session data to drive decisions
— Excellent taste in product design, attention to visual and interaction detail, and the ability to recognize what makes an interface truly user-friendly
— Out-of-the-box thinking, flexibility, and capacity to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment
— Advanced soft skills: clear communication, empathy, and the ability to inspire designers and engineers around a shared product vision

Senior Software Engineer — App Modernization (Java)

What You Will Do
— Assess legacy applications end-to-end: architecture, dependencies, infrastructure, risk — using AI-assisted analysis tools
— Decide migration strategy for each app based on its characteristics, constraints, and business value
— Execute the full modernization: framework upgrades, dependency migration, containerization, CI/CD pipeline setup
— Deploy to target platforms — cloud services, or optimized on-prem — whatever makes sense for the app
— Shape the modernization practice itself: contribute patterns, templates, and lessons learned that make the next migration faster
— Collaborate with application teams who own the legacy systems
Required:
— Strong Java/Spring expertise— the majority of the target portfolio is Java (10+years)
— Participation in modernization / tech transformation / legacy shift / migration to cloud / migration from legacy / tech upgrade / lift and shift / dockerization is a must
— Hands-on modernization experience— you've migrated enterprise applications from older frameworks, runtimes, or platforms to modern ones. Java is the most common target, but the next app could be anything
— Broad infrastructure knowledge
— Working knowledge of enterprise middleware and data infrastructure
— Open to AI-assisted workflows— we use Agentic AI and LLM tools daily as primary instruments

— Write high-quality, performant code primarily in Go
— Implement new microservices while helping us responsibly manage and migrate away from legacy services
— Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to turn abstract requirements into concrete technical designs

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience (5+ years for seniors) building and maintaining scalable backend services
— We use Go. If you know it, great. If not, we’ll interview you in your strongest language (Python, C++, Java, Ruby, etc.). We hire for engineering fundamentals, not syntax
— In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka
— At least 1 year of hands-on experience with mapping-related work such as processing noisy geospatial data, map-matching techniques, or road network graphs and routing algorithms
— Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher. You should be comfortable debating technical trade-offs with your peers
Nice To Have:
— Driver-side intuition for navigation systems (rerouting behavior, GPS drift, missed turns, real-world edge cases)
— Experience with routing engines like OSRM
— Proficiency in C++
— Familiarity with open geospatial datasets such as OpenStreetMap

We're hiring a full-stack engineer who lives in the frontend. You'll work with the core product team to implement features end-to-end: design the UX, build the interface, wire up the backend, and ship it. — Contribute to and extend our design system (components, tokens, Storybook). Keep the product consistent and beautiful
— Reach into backend services when a feature needs it: API endpoints, queries, queues
— Work AI-first

Required:
— 5+ years of experience building and operating large-scale, Internet-facing web applications
— Strong proficiency in modern frontend development: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and the browser platform
— Solid understanding of building against RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services
— Experience with CI/CD practices and shipping to production frequently
— A track record of owning features end-to-end and delivering them to production with high quality
— An eye for UX and design detail
— Ability to work with uncertainty and the flexibility to pivot with changing priorities
— Comfort working in a team alongside backend, ML engineers, and scientists
— Strong collaboration skills and a genuine desire to help the team succeed
Preferred:

Почему рассказ о себе решает больше, чем многие думают?
Большинство кандидатов уверены, что собеседование начинается с технических вопросов. На самом деле во многих случаях все решается гораздо раньше. Первые 10–15 минут руководитель пытается ответить всего на один вопрос: хочет ли он вообще дальше разговаривать с этим человеком
Если кандидат долго вспоминает проекты, перескакивает с мысли на мысль, запинается, уходит в детали или не может понятно объяснить, чем занимался, слушать его становится тяжело. И проблема здесь не в знаниях. Руководитель начинает сомневаться, что такой же хаос будет и в рабочем общении с командой, заказчиками и бизнесом.
Именно поэтому мы всегда рекомендуем заранее готовить и буквально заучивать рассказ о себе, описание проектов и ответы на самые частые вопросы. Многие боятся, что это будет звучать неестественно и руководитель сразу поймет, что текст выучен.
На практике происходит ровно наоборот.
После десятков неподготовленных кандидатов руководители хотят услышать понятный, структурный и уверенный рассказ, из которого за несколько минут становится ясно, кто перед ними, какой у человека опыт и почему именно его стоит рассматривать дальше. Это экономит время всем участникам собеседования.
Заученный рассказ не делает вас роботом. Он избавляет от лишнего волнения и позволяет показать свой реальный опыт, а не пытаться вспоминать его на ходу. И очень часто именно эти первые 10 минут определяют, получите вы оффер или закончите собеседование фразой «Мы свяжемся с вами позже».

Responsibilities:
— Build the web tracking foundation for the product. Set up GA4 and GTM, both client-side and server-side, from scratch: UTM conventions, dataLayer schema, event deduplication, and attribution windows.
— Implement server-side conversions for paid channels, including Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, and TikTok Events API.
— Build and maintain a web attribution model that connects marketing spend to actual revenue, and deliver channel-level LTV and CAC analysis.
— Design and own Tableau dashboards for acquisition metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and channel mix; funnel metrics, including registration → first purchase → repeat purchase; retention metrics, including cohorts and LTV curves; and financial overview.
— Support the performance marketing team with ad-hoc SQL analysis and Python scripts for automation.
— Design and analyze A/B tests across the funnel, document results, and help drive action based on findings.
— Document tracking conventions and data definitions in the knowledge base.
What we look for:
— 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, or Marketing Analyst working with web subscription or e-commerce products
— Strong web analytics expertise, including funnels, attribution, tracking logic, and marketing performance measurement
— Experience working with performance marketing data. Experience working with raw and semi-processed data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms, including data validation and cleanup
— Strong understanding of subscription business metrics, including LTV, cohorts, retention, recurring revenue, CAC, and payback period
— Experience setting up web tracking from scratch at least once, for example for a new product, new funnel, or new market
— Advanced SQL: window functions, CTEs, query optimization, and working with complex datasets
— Proficient Python: pandas, NumPy, analysis scripts, and basic automation
— Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
— Comfortable working with ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist

— Build the web tracking foundation for the product. Set up GA4 and GTM, both client-side and server-side, from scratch: UTM conventions, dataLayer schema, event deduplication, and attribution windows.
— Implement server-side conversions for paid channels, including Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, and TikTok Events API.
— Build and maintain a web attribution model that connects marketing spend to actual revenue, and deliver channel-level LTV and CAC analysis.
— Design and own Tableau dashboards for acquisition metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and channel mix; funnel metrics, including registration → first purchase → repeat purchase; retention metrics, including cohorts and LTV curves; and financial overview.
— Support the performance marketing team with ad-hoc SQL analysis and Python scripts for automation.
— Design and analyze A/B tests across the funnel, document results, and help drive action based on findings.
— Document tracking conventions and data definitions in the knowledge base.
What we look for:
— 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, or Marketing Analyst working with web subscription or e-commerce products
— Strong web analytics expertise, including funnels, attribution, tracking logic, and marketing performance measurement
— Experience working with performance marketing data. Experience working with raw and semi-processed data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms, including data validation and cleanup
— Strong understanding of subscription business metrics, including LTV, cohorts, retention, recurring revenue, CAC, and payback period
— Experience setting up web tracking from scratch at least once, for example for a new product, new funnel, or new market
— Advanced SQL: window functions, CTEs, query optimization, and working with complex datasets
— Proficient Python: pandas, NumPy, analysis scripts, and basic automation
— Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
— Comfortable working with ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist
— Open, clear, and proactive communication style
— High level of ownership and initiative

— Experience redesigning existing interfaces and player journeys, while preserving product recognisability for current players

Обязанности:
— Лидировать продуктовый discovery: искать точки роста, формировать и проверять гипотезы, готовить и защищать PRD
— Формировать стратегию развития направления и управлять продуктовым бэклогом команды
— Развивать операционные продукты для приемки, размещения, возвратов, контроля качества товаров и др
— Принимать продуктовые решения на основе данных, метрик и экономического эффекта
— Работать с командами разработки, аналитики, дизайна
— Запускать и масштабировать изменения, направленные на повышение эффективности складских процессов, качества операций и снижение потерь
Требования:
— Опыт работы в роли Product Manager от 5 лет
— Опыт работы в логистических командах в компаниях с развитой операционной инфраструктурой

Обязанности:
— улучшать и переизобретать ключевые пользовательские сценарии и искать точки роста Retention, MAU и LTV
— разбираться, где пользователь получает ценность, а где теряет, и превращать эти зоны в понятные продуктовые улучшения
— развивать продукт так, чтобы он не просто решал JTBDs, но и сам процесс их решения был великолепным
— отвечать за пользовательский опыт целиком
— опираться на аналитику, исследования и обратную связь от пользователей, принимать качественные решения с опорой на фактах
— формулировать и приоритезировать гипотезы, доводить их до результата вместе с дизайнером, аналитиком и разработкой
Требования:
— от 5 лет опыта в product management
— опыт работы с B2C mobile продуктом
— опыт управления продуктом через метрики, гипотезы, исследования и эксперименты
— великолепные насмотренность, стандарты UX и понимание сути пользовательских сценариев
— умение вести направление с глубокой ответственностью: держать приоритеты, доводить все инициативы до результата и мониторить состояние своего направления
— опыт работы с retention / engagement будет большим плюсом
Условия :
— удаленка из любой точки мира или гибрид в Белграде
— days off и sick days без сложного оформления

— Build a scalable crawler engine with Node.js/TypeScript
— Develop and maintain crawlers with Playwright/Puppeteer, Crawlee/Cheerio and raw HTTP
— Migrate existing JVM crawlers to Node.js without losing data quality or coverage
— Troubleshoot changing websites, selectors, navigation, pagination and anti-bot protection
— Work with Cloudflare, Imperva, CAPTCHA, proxies and browser fingerprinting within legal/ToS boundaries
— Build LLM-based extraction with schema validation and quality controls
— Work with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD and AWS
Must have:
— 3+ years of commercial software engineering
— 1.5+ years of production crawler/scraper development in Node.js — shipped and maintained real crawlers, not one-off scripts
— Strong Node.js + TypeScript and Playwright/Puppeteer
— Hands-on anti-bot & web reverse-engineering experience
— Strong focus on data quality, reliability and testing
— Ability to read and accurately port JVM code
— Working English

What You’ll Be Doing:
— Design complete UI/UX solutions for new game features
— Work on interfaces for core and meta systems, ensuring a consistent player experience across the game
— Design monetization features such as battle passes, gacha mechanics, limited-time offers, reward flows, and other live-ops systems
— Build and maintain a scalable design system, reusable components, templates, and UI guidelines
— Implement and assemble interfaces directly in Unity, including layouts, states, transitions, animations, effects, and responsive behaviour
— Connect UI elements to existing events, calls, and game data with the support and review of developers
— Use AI-assisted development and vibe-coding tools to prototype and implement UI functionality independently
— Translate game design documentation into clear, intuitive, and visually polished interfaces
— Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, Unity developers, and other team members throughout implementation
— Review interfaces in the game, identify inconsistencies, and continuously improve usability and visual quality
What We Expect From You:
— 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in game development
— A strong portfolio
— Experience with mid-core or hardcore mobile games, or relevant PC/console projects will be a plus
— Strong hands-on experience with Unity and its UI systems
— Experience using AI coding tools to prototype or implement UI functionality
— Advanced proficiency in Figma
— Strong understanding of game UX, information hierarchy, player behaviour, and interface flows
— Experience designing core, meta, and monetization systems
