Responsibilities:
— Design and implement high-performance, reusable, and scalable data models for our data warehouse / BI.
— Continuously discover, transform, test, deploy, and document data sources and data models.
— Apply, help define, and champion data warehouse governance, including data quality, testing, documentation, coding best practices, and peer reviews.
— Take the initiative to improve and optimize analytics engineering workflows and platforms.
— Engage with cross-functional teams, including application developers and data analysts, to understand business requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
Requirements:
— Strong proficiency in SQL.
— Significant experience with cloud providers.
— Strong experience modeling data warehouses and building data pipelines.
— Hands-on experience with data platforms and technologies like ClickHouse, Kafka, and Airflow.
— Experience with Python for data processing will be a plus.
— Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.

— Experience designing Telegram Mini Apps, or a feel for designing within messaging-surface constraints (bots, native chat patterns).
— Understanding of how to design for trust and privacy as part of the UX, not a blocker.
— Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities:
— Own end-to-end quality assurance across a multi-component ecosystem, including Web, iOS/Android mobile applications, and Backend services
— Lead validation of high-risk integrations, including third-party SDKs, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability
— Design and maintain test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria for complex product features
— Perform early-stage (shift-left) analysis of requirements, specifications, and architecture to identify risks and inconsistencies
— Manage the full defect lifecycle: identify, document, prioritize, and verify fixes within release cycles
— Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using logs and monitoring tools across staging and production environments
— Collaborate with DevOps and Automation teams to improve CI/CD processes and accelerate delivery
— Provide flexible QA support across teams and projects based on business needs
Requirements:
— Over 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within product-driven or financial environments
— Strong expertise in mobile QA: deep understanding of iOS and Android architectures, experience with Xcode and Android Studio, and client-server interactions
— Hands-on experience with traffic inspection tools (e.g., Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler) for debugging integrations and analyzing API traffic
— Solid experience in backend and API testing: REST (Postman, Swagger, cURL) and familiarity with gRPC (Protobuf)
— Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
— Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Kibana) for troubleshooting and RCA
— Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and experience working in complex, enterprise environments
— English B2

Обязанности:
— Самостоятельное ручное (50%-60%) и автоматизированное (50%-40%) тестирование функций и возможностей платформы и/или приложений
— Понимание существующей системы автоматизации и улучшение оптимизации и устранение недостатков
— Проводить исследовательское тестирование для выявления новых дефектов
— Непосредственная работа над выявлением и решением сложных прикладных/технических проблем
— Анализ бизнес-требований для разработки и выполнения автоматизированных тестовых заданий
— Документирование проблем и дефектов ПО в программе отслеживания ошибок и контроль их решения
— Координация работы с владельцем продукта для решения открытых вопросов
— Общение с конечными пользователями и внутренними заказчиками
Требования:
— 8+ лет опыта тестирования ПО с использованием средств автоматизации
— 5+ лет опыта проектирования и разработки фреймворков автоматизации тестирования
— 5+ лет опыта функционального или объектно-ориентированного кодирования на современных языках программирования, таких как C++, Java или Python (предпочтительно Java)
— Сильные навыки разработки в двух или более из следующих технологий и инструментов: Java/Junit, Python, Cucumber, REST APIs, JBehave или другие фреймворки BDD тестирования.
— Сильный опыт в тестировании веб-сервисов (REST API)
— Опыт работы с облачными технологиями AWS как плюс

The opportunity:
— Design the Breakout website, landing pages, and conversion flows, owning the UX and information architecture from first wireframe to dev-ready handoff. This is where most of your time goes

— Document your systems for the whole org. Turn what you build into guidelines, prompt libraries, and how-tos that make self-serve design actually stick
What you bring
— 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped web and marketing design work in a fast-moving environment
— Deep command of website UX: information architecture, responsive layout, design systems, interaction and conversion design, and dev-ready handoff in Figma. You understand how design choices move conversion
— Strong, demonstrable AI design skills. You already design with AI day to day. Experience with Claude Design and other AI visual design tools is essential — for example Figma Make / Figma AI and Nano Banana Pro
— You have built design systems or tooling that let other people produce on-brand work without you
— Comfortable designing not just web, but lifecycle email, organic social, and brand assets, and making them feel like one system
— You can hold and evolve a brand while the team ships fast, keeping things consistent without slowing them down
— You can produce clickable, code-backed prototypes (HTML/CSS comfort or AI-assisted code is a plus) so ideas can be tested, not just imagined

— Analyze and execute the test cases
— Analyze and document features of the product and business requirements
— Refine testing process
— Cooperate closely with Dev and Delivery Manager to identify system requirements
— Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Your expertise to meet the requirement:
— 3–4 years of experience in manual QA, preferably in FinTech, banking, iGaming, or high-transaction systems
— Should have 3+ years of working experience in manual testing for web applications
— Should have experience in creating and maintaining of testing documentation
— Must have experience working with Git;
— Should have profound knowledge and understanding of SDLC
— Should have strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
— Should have some experience in Python, Playwright, Docker and Kubernetes (which is good to have)
— Should be proficient in Russian language and intermediate in English language

Key Responsibilities:
— Lead high-level incident resolution and service optimization, handling escalated tickets from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
— Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues, implement proactive monitoring to minimize downtime, and ensure SLA compliance across all IT services
— Collaborate with end-users, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions
— Mentor junior team members on best practices and actively contribute to service improvement initiatives
— Manage and optimize core IT infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, cloud environments, networking (switches, firewalls, VPNs), and virtualization platforms
— Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, security hardening, and disaster recovery testing
— Deploy and maintain infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform) to ensure high availability and scalability for enterprise systems
— Maintain enterprise backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity, encryption, and offsite replication
— Coordinate failover procedures and conduct periodic restore drills.
— Monitor backup success rates, retention policies, and recovery time/point objectives (RTO/RPO) to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity
