Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Lead
— Hands-on product ownership — you make things happen, not just talk about them
— Comfortable working at the intersection of hardware and software
— Able to see the product as a whole: device, app, integrations, states, constraints, dependencies
— Skilled at turning scattered inputs into a clear structure and priorities
— Writes product requirements clearly and without fluff
— Experienced collaborating with engineers and designers in a shared context
— Confident with technical topics: APIs, integrations, device behavior, cross-platform logic
— Protects the product focus — doesn’t try to fit everything into the roadmap
— Makes decisions grounded in common sense, user signals, and data, not just intuition
Responsibilities:
— Own the BUSY product as a unified system, not just a collection of features
— Define and prioritize the roadmap for BUSY Bar and BUSY App
— Specify how key scenarios should work: focus mode, timers, distraction blocking, statuses, integrations, and automations
— Keep hardware, app, and integrations aligned so the product stays cohesive
— Work with user feedback, community signals, and internal team context
— Collaborate with design and development to decide which features should be built and which should not
— Turn ideas and discussions into clear product requirements, user flows, and actionable tasks
— Monitor onboarding, activation, retention, and repeat usage
— Participate in launching new features and improving existing ones
— Align product decisions across design, development, marketing, support, and operations

— Прототипирование и реализация ключевых игровых механик "под ключ"

— Богатый опыт интеграции сторонних SDK и внешних API
— Умение грамотно декомпозировать задачи, давать реалистичные оценки по срокам и нести ответственность за результат
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт коммерческой работы с ECS архитектурой и фреймворками
— Опыт использования современных AI-инструментов для ускорения написания рутинного кода и рефакторинга
— Навыки настройки и поддержки CI/CD пайплайнов для автоматизации сборок Unity-проектов
Условия:

Key Responsibilities:
— Analyze large-scale datasets related to agent performance, support interactions and QA.

— Suggest and co-build improvements in agent tooling, ticket routing, and SLA tracking.
— Translate business inefficiencies into trackable metrics and measurable outcomes.
— Act as an analytical partner to Operations, Support Management, QA, and Training.
— Work with Data Engineering to ensure clean, accurate, and well-modeled data pipelines.
— Communicate findings clearly through presentations, visualizations, and concise documentation

Who we're looking for:
An experienced Project Manager with 3+ years in IT, fluent German and English (C1), and (this is important!) real-world AI tooling proficiency in your daily work. We use Claude every day ourselves, and expect the same from you.
What you'll do:
— Lead presales: gather requirements, prepare MVP concepts and proposals for DACH clients
— Manage the full development cycle: Jira, task decomposition, resource planning
— Grow clients through upsales
— Use AI to automate communication, generate specifications, translations, and summaries

What You Will Do:
— Create visually attractive and intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web, mobile and VR applications and platforms

Обязанности:
— Поиск, привлечение и активация новых аффилиат-партнёров в вертикалях iGaming (онлайн-казино и букмекерские продукты)
— Управление и развитие отношений с существующими аффилиатами с целью увеличения объёма трафика, количества первых депозитов (FTD) и доходности
— Ведение переговоров и согласование моделей сотрудничества (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid) с учётом эффективности каждого партнёра
— Ежедневный мониторинг KPI: регистраций, FTD, NGR, удержания игроков (Retention), ROI для выявления критических точек и возможностей для оптимизации
— Анализ основных метрик в Power BI для оценки качества трафика
— Взаимодействие с внутренними командами (маркетинг, CRM, дизайн, платежные решения) для повышения конверсии и увеличения ценности игроков
— Анализ качества трафика, выявление мошеннической активности и низкокачественного трафика
— Тесное сотрудничество с Head of Affiliates для поиска, переговоров и заключения новых партнёрских соглашений
— Подготовка регулярных отчётов по результатам работы и разработка предложений по улучшению показателей
— Представление компании на конференциях и выставках
Требования:
— Более 3 лет опыта работы в affiliate-маркетинге в сфере iGaming (онлайн-казино и/или букмекерские продукты), желательно с рынками Tier 1
— Глубокое понимание каналов привлечения трафика: SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, ASO, UAC
— Уверенное владение Ahrefs, Similarweb, Humbl или их аналогами
— Уверенный пользователь Microsoft Office
— Наличие собственной базы долгосрочных партнёрских контактов (особенно по Tier 1 рынкам будет большим преимуществом)
— Отличные навыки ведения переговоров и построения долгосрочных деловых отношений

— 5+ лет опыта проектирования и разработки фреймворков автоматизации тестирования
— 5+ лет опыта функционального или объектно-ориентированного кодирования на современных языках программирования, таких как C++, Java или Python (предпочтительно Java)
— Сильные навыки разработки в двух или более из следующих технологий и инструментов: Java/Junit, Python, Cucumber, REST APIs, JBehave или другие фреймворки BDD тестирования.
— Сильный опыт в тестировании веб-сервисов (REST API)
— Опыт работы с облачными технологиями AWS как плюс
— Желателен опыт работы с TDD, непрерывной интеграцией, практикой ревью кода

Key responsibilities
— Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
— Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
— Collaborating with UI and UX Designers to ensure that each apps is presentable and in perfect working order
— Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
— Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements and expectations:
— 5+ years in iOS development — confident in building and evolving apps throughout their lifecycle
— Strong proficiency in Swift — using the language effectively to write clear, reliable, and modern code
— Deep expertise with SwiftUI — building modern interfaces and pushing the framework to its limits
— Hands-on with Swift Concurrency (async/await, actors) — writing async code that stays clean and safe
Nice to have:
— Familiarity with modular architectures — designing code that scales and stays maintainable
— Experience with Xcode Instruments & profiling — spotting and fixing bottlenecks before users ever notice
