Международное performance digital-агентство, работающее в сфере iGaming. География проектов от Азии до Латинской Америки, а офисы компании расположены в трех странах.
Обязанности:
— Разрабатывать и поддерживать высоконагруженные микросервисные решения на Node.js с использованиемFastify и Prisma ORM
— Проектировать и внедрять систему событийной обработки данных (event sourcing) на базе Kafka
— Интегрировать сервисы с внешними системами и API, обеспечивая безопасность, стабильность и масштабируемость интеграций
— Разрабатывать и развивать GraphQL API для фронтенд- и мобильных приложений
— Закрывать фронтенд-задачи на Next.js с помощью ИИ-инструментов (Claude Code, Cursor и аналогов) — без необходимости быть фронтенд-экспертом
— Оптимизировать производительность приложений и баз данных PostgreSQL(скорость отклика, надёжность, устойчивость)
— Проводить код-ревью, поддерживать высокое качество кода и следовать best practices
— Обеспечивать высокую доступность и отказоустойчивость системы, участвовать в мониторинге и разборе инцидентов
— Взаимодействовать с командой разработки, продакт-менеджерами и другими стейкхолдерами для эффективной реализации задач
Требования:
— Опыт работы от 3 лет в роли Node.js Developer
— Уверенные знания JavaScript / TypeScript и опыт работы с фреймворками (Fastify / Express / Koa и др.)
— Опыт проектирования и разработки RESTful API
— Глубокое понимание асинхронного программирования и event-driven архитектуры
— Практический опыт работы с базами данных: PostgreSQL, MongoDB (или другими NoSQL)
— Готовность брать на себя фронтенд-задачи на Next.js и эффективно использовать ИИ-инструменты для разработки — отдельный опыт глубокой фронтенд-экспертизы не требуется, но базовое понимание React / Next.js и вёрстки будет плюсом
— Будет преимуществом опыт с Docker и Kubernetes

Responsibilities:
— Develop, improve, and deploy cutting-edge AI approaches , such as complex text summarization, timepoint extraction, retrieval/reranking systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), on clinical research datasets.
— Build and fine-tune models, and set up swarms of AI agents using both internal and external data sources. Ensure performance evaluation is rigorous, employing clean code and state-of-the-art machine learning technologies.
— Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions.
— Work closely within an international context with Computational Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and Research Scientists, particularly those in core scientific platforms focused on protein therapeutics.
— Maintain a deep understanding of the latest developments in data science, bioinformatics, and the state-of-the-art in AI/ML/DL algorithms and research results.
— Actively contribute to code repositories by developing new code, conducting peer code reviews, and debugging system issues.
— Ensure that the data used with different AI tools is maintained properly, and is never exposed to an uncompliant tool/toolset.
Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
— At least 2 years of experience in NLP, Computational Data Science, or a related field.
— Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English or Russian languages.
— Proficiency in Python programming language.
— Strong understanding of LLM and agentic AI concepts, including RAGs and BM25.
— Experience with PyTorch, langchain/langgraph. (PyTorch is a main framework used by division).
— Familiarity with text analysis techniques used in biological and medical research.
— Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application to data.
— Ability to handle large datasets and perform statistical/basic ML analysis.
— Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar.
— Experience in external model API integration.

Key Responsibilities:
— Analyze large-scale datasets related to agent performance, support interactions and QA.
— Write optimized SQL queries using tools like BigQuery and ClickHouse.
— Build dashboards in Tableau, Metabase.
— Detect behavioral and performance trends among agents and support teams.
— Partner with QA to identify root causes in agent behavior and customer issues.
— Use LLM tools with practical prompt engineering for daily analytical tasks, summarization, and insights generation.
— Ability to assess and profile LLM outputs for quality, relevance, and analytical correctness in business contexts.
— Familiarity with LLM APIs and integrating model outputs into analytical or internal tooling workflows.
— Work with Airflow and Python to automate data tasks and support workflows.
— Optimize analytics pipelines and data marts to improve performance, resource efficiency, and reliability.
— Identify and refactor inefficient DAGs, queries, and transformations to ensure scalable and cost-effective data processing.
— Suggest and co-build improvements in agent tooling, ticket routing, and SLA tracking.
— Translate business inefficiencies into trackable metrics and measurable outcomes.
— Act as an analytical partner to Operations, Support Management, QA, and Training.
— Work with Data Engineering to ensure clean, accurate, and well-modeled data pipelines.
— Communicate findings clearly through presentations, visualizations, and concise documentation

What you'll do:

Международные проекты в разных сферах: iGaming, FinTech, AdTech и Affiliate Marketing
Обязанности:
— Поиск, привлечение и активация новых аффилиат-партнёров в вертикалях iGaming (онлайн-казино и букмекерские продукты)
— Управление и развитие отношений с существующими аффилиатами с целью увеличения объёма трафика, количества первых депозитов (FTD) и доходности
— Ведение переговоров и согласование моделей сотрудничества (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid) с учётом эффективности каждого партнёра
— Ежедневный мониторинг KPI: регистраций, FTD, NGR, удержания игроков (Retention), ROI для выявления критических точек и возможностей для оптимизации
— Анализ основных метрик в Power BI для оценки качества трафика
— Взаимодействие с внутренними командами (маркетинг, CRM, дизайн, платежные решения) для повышения конверсии и увеличения ценности игроков
— Анализ качества трафика, выявление мошеннической активности и низкокачественного трафика
— Тесное сотрудничество с Head of Affiliates для поиска, переговоров и заключения новых партнёрских соглашений
— Подготовка регулярных отчётов по результатам работы и разработка предложений по улучшению показателей
— Представление компании на конференциях и выставках
Требования:
— Более 3 лет опыта работы в affiliate-маркетинге в сфере iGaming (онлайн-казино и/или букмекерские продукты), желательно с рынками Tier 1
— Глубокое понимание каналов привлечения трафика: SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, ASO, UAC
— Уверенное владение Ahrefs, Similarweb, Humbl или их аналогами

Обязанности:
— Поиск, привлечение и активация новых аффилиат-партнёров в вертикалях iGaming (онлайн-казино и букмекерские продукты)
— Управление и развитие отношений с существующими аффилиатами с целью увеличения объёма трафика, количества первых депозитов (FTD) и доходности
— Ведение переговоров и согласование моделей сотрудничества (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid) с учётом эффективности каждого партнёра
— Ежедневный мониторинг KPI: регистраций, FTD, NGR, удержания игроков (Retention), ROI для выявления критических точек и возможностей для оптимизации
— Анализ основных метрик в Power BI для оценки качества трафика
— Взаимодействие с внутренними командами (маркетинг, CRM, дизайн, платежные решения) для повышения конверсии и увеличения ценности игроков
— Анализ качества трафика, выявление мошеннической активности и низкокачественного трафика
— Тесное сотрудничество с Head of Affiliates для поиска, переговоров и заключения новых партнёрских соглашений
— Подготовка регулярных отчётов по результатам работы и разработка предложений по улучшению показателей
— Представление компании на конференциях и выставках
Требования:
— Более 3 лет опыта работы в affiliate-маркетинге в сфере iGaming (онлайн-казино и/или букмекерские продукты), желательно с рынками Tier 1
— Глубокое понимание каналов привлечения трафика: SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, ASO, UAC
— Уверенное владение Ahrefs, Similarweb, Humbl или их аналогами
— Уверенный пользователь Microsoft Office

Middle QA Engineer

— Own end-to-end quality assurance across a multi-component ecosystem, including Web, iOS/Android mobile applications, and Backend services
— Lead validation of high-risk integrations, including third-party SDKs, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability

— Manage the full defect lifecycle: identify, document, prioritize, and verify fixes within release cycles

— Provide flexible QA support across teams and projects based on business needs
Requirements:
— Over 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within product-driven or financial environments
— Strong expertise in mobile QA: deep understanding of iOS and Android architectures, experience with Xcode and Android Studio, and client-server interactions
— Hands-on experience with traffic inspection tools (e.g., Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler) for debugging integrations and analyzing API traffic
— Solid experience in backend and API testing: REST (Postman, Swagger, cURL) and familiarity with gRPC (Protobuf)

— Manage the full defect lifecycle: identify, document, prioritize, and verify fixes within release cycles
— Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using logs and monitoring tools across staging and production environments
— Collaborate with DevOps and Automation teams to improve CI/CD processes and accelerate delivery
— Provide flexible QA support across teams and projects based on business needs
Requirements:
— Over 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within product-driven or financial environments
— Strong expertise in mobile QA: deep understanding of iOS and Android architectures, experience with Xcode and Android Studio, and client-server interactions
— Hands-on experience with traffic inspection tools (e.g., Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler) for debugging integrations and analyzing API traffic
— Solid experience in backend and API testing: REST (Postman, Swagger, cURL) and familiarity with gRPC (Protobuf)
— Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
— Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Kibana) for troubleshooting and RCA
— Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and experience working in complex, enterprise environments
— English B2

— Basic knowledge of test automation, CI/CD (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and SQL for data validation
