Responsibilities:
— Partner with the PM from the earliest scoping stage — help break large initiatives into deliverable iterations with clear scope and expected outcome
— Collect and detail requirements from the PM and stakeholders; own full PRDs with use cases, user stories, business rules, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
— Keep requirements consistent across iOS and Android within the stream
— Translate product requirements into technical specifications and align with engineering leads before a sprint starts
— Run 3-Amigos sessions and own requirement clarity throughout the development cycle
— Proactively surface gaps, conflicts, and open questions — across teams and streams, before they become blockers
— Keep documentation current and trustworthy
What makes you the perfect fit:
— 3+ years as a BA or SA on a product team, with experience on mobile products
— Strong requirements gathering, structuring, and documentation skills — functional and non-functional, edge cases included
— Ability to structure complex business logic and keep it consistent under parallel workstreams
— Experience writing technical specs and working directly with engineers, not just handing off documents
— Understanding of client–server architecture and REST
— Understanding of mobile UX, navigation patterns, and UI constraints
— Comfort with ambiguity — able to build a complete picture from incomplete inputs and know when to ask and when to decide
Will be a plus:
— Understanding of mobile monetization, engagement, and retention mechanics
— Fintech, trading, or market-data background

— Hands-on experience with localization testing across multiple languages and regions
— Experience in blockchain and dApp testing.
— Collaboration with customer support teams to triage and resolve user-reported issues
— Testing against design mockups and close collaboration with design teams to ensure UI/UX consistency.
— Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive results.
— Experienced blockchain user, with practical understanding of wallets, transactions, and dApps.
— Continuous production monitoring experience (e.g., Sentry, OpenSearch) to detect and analyze live issues.
— Proactivity and strong product orientation.

About this role:
— TaxDome is entering a new chapter and you'll be part of the team shaping how design works at scale.
— As a Staff Product Designer, you'll own the design foundation for your area — the design system, UX patterns, and the tools and workflows that let product teams design and prototype with AI. Product teams rely on this foundation every day: standard UX gets shipped without waiting for a designer, and complex UX gets your direct partnership.
If you think great products are built on great systems, you'll be at home here.
Must-have:
— 5+ years in Product Design, with a portfolio that includes at least one case where you built or significantly evolved a design system, pattern library, or framework. Feature work is fine alongside it — we want to see how you think across both.
— Hands-on experience prototyping with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or equivalent). If you've been at it for 6+ months and can walk us through real prototypes you've shipped, you're in range.
— Experience on complex multi-tenant or multi-user products — B2B SaaS, fintech, developer tools, vertical SaaS, or platforms where decisions ripple across many surfaces.
— You've worked with design systems that lived in Figma vs design systems that lived in code, and you can articulate when each makes sense.
— Strong product and systems thinking: you ask "why are we building this and how does it fit the platform?" before "what should it look like?"
— Comfort with code: you can read JSX/TSX and make changes with AI assistance, work in a Git repo, and open a PR. You don't need to write production code from scratch.

What you’ll do:
— Validate middleware and backend workflows across APIs, services, databases, and downstream systems

— Strong experience testing API-driven workflows, including request/response validation, payload structure, error handling, retries, status codes, and failure scenarios
— Practical experience working with JSON payloads, data mapping, transformation logic, middleware rules, and downstream system behavior
— Ability to validate end-to-end backend workflows across middleware, backend services, APIs, databases, and external/internal systems
— Strong understanding of data integrity risks, including incorrect mappings, missing data, duplicate identifiers, malformed payloads, sync failures, and downstream processing issues
— Experience validating permissions, role-based access, tenant boundaries, account-level enablement, user-level access controls, and API enforcement
— Ability to analyze complex requirements, identify edge cases, define validation scenarios, and communicate technical quality risks independently

Responsibilities:
— Develop, improve, and deploy cutting-edge AI approaches , such as complex text summarization, timepoint extraction, retrieval/reranking systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), on clinical research datasets.
— Build and fine-tune models, and set up swarms of AI agents using both internal and external data sources. Ensure performance evaluation is rigorous, employing clean code and state-of-the-art machine learning technologies.
— Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions.
— Work closely within an international context with Computational Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and Research Scientists, particularly those in core scientific platforms focused on protein therapeutics.
— Maintain a deep understanding of the latest developments in data science, bioinformatics, and the state-of-the-art in AI/ML/DL algorithms and research results.
— Actively contribute to code repositories by developing new code, conducting peer code reviews, and debugging system issues.
— Ensure that the data used with different AI tools is maintained properly, and is never exposed to an uncompliant tool/toolset.
Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
— At least 2 years of experience in NLP, Computational Data Science, or a related field.
— Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English or Russian languages.
— Proficiency in Python programming language.
— Strong understanding of LLM and agentic AI concepts, including RAGs and BM25.
— Experience with PyTorch, langchain/langgraph. (PyTorch is a main framework used by division).
— Familiarity with text analysis techniques used in biological and medical research.
— Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application to data.
— Ability to handle large datasets and perform statistical/basic ML analysis.
— Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
— Analyze large-scale datasets related to agent performance, support interactions and QA.

— Identify and refactor inefficient DAGs, queries, and transformations to ensure scalable and cost-effective data processing.
— Suggest and co-build improvements in agent tooling, ticket routing, and SLA tracking.
— Translate business inefficiencies into trackable metrics and measurable outcomes.
— Act as an analytical partner to Operations, Support Management, QA, and Training.
— Work with Data Engineering to ensure clean, accurate, and well-modeled data pipelines.
— Communicate findings clearly through presentations, visualizations, and concise documentation

What you will do:
— Design and test how to capture a student's attention from the very first lessons, so they don't drop off early
— Improve engagement and how many students make it to the end of the program
— Test new learning formats and launch the ones that work
— Strengthen the projects in students' portfolios so they actually help them get hired
— Find ways to make support and teaching stronger
— Study how the best schools in the world run learning, and bring the ideas that work back to us
Requirements:
— Product management experience in online education
— You don't just come up with ideas — you ship changes and prove the impact with numbers
— You've worked with student retention and completion
— You run experiments and take them through to clear conclusions
— Self-driven: you lead a direction yourself instead of waiting for tasks
— You understand how AI is changing education and hiring
— You understand what actually helps a student get a job
— You know different learning formats, not just classic courses
