Product Manager / Business Analyst

О нас
Welldone - новый AI-native проект, который развивается как отдельное направление бизнеса и специализируется на разработке цифровых продуктов для внешних клиентов.
Работа с клиентами
— Проводить Discovery-сессии и Clarity Sprint'ы.
— Погружаться в бизнес клиентов, выявлять потребности, проблемы и возможности для роста.
— Превращать идеи и бизнес-цели в требования и планы реализации.
— Формировать roadmap и приоритеты совместно с Delivery Manager.
— Подготавливать и поддерживать проектную документацию.
— Управлять и приоритизировать backlog.
— Обеспечивать команды разработки четкими, структурированными и качественно подготовленными задачами.
— Помогать формировать и развивать сервисные направления Welldone.
— Работать с командой маркетинга
— Анализировать обратную связь
— Участвовать в поиске Product-Market Fit для агентства и проверке новых бизнес и продуктовых гипотез.
— Находить и внедрять AI-инструменты и автоматизации
Требования:
— Опыт работы Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst или в схожей роли от 3х лет.
— Опыт работы с IT-продуктами и командами разработки.
— Опыт прямого взаимодействия с международными клиентами.
— Понимание AI-продуктов
— Опыт проведения Discovery-сессий,
— Опыт работы с roadmap, backlog и требованиями.
— Сильные коммуникативные и аналитические навыки.
— Английский язык на уровне свободного общения.
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт работы в агентстве, аутсорсинговой или консалтинговой компании.
— Предпринимательское мышление и желание влиять на развитие бизнеса.
Условия:
— 42 дня оплачиваемого отпуска в год

Senior MS SQL Engineer

What You'll Own:
— Attribution engine evolution Lead the technical side of rebuilding the attribution algorithm and related logic while keeping client-facing flexibility — schema, batch logic, performance, and safe rollout.
— SQL Server as a product Own T-SQL, schema, and indexing for analytical and transactional workloads; read query plans, find regressions, and tune with measurable before/after.
— Performance and safe change Lead performance tuning (indexes, statistics, partitioning where it fits), capacity thinking, and careful rollout of DB changes in live systems — using SQL Profiler, actual execution plans (including dynamic SQL), and columnstore where they apply.
— ETL and data paths Improve ETL and data pipelines that feed downstream analytics — including data consumed by AI-driven reporting and agent workflows — without making this an “AI product engineer” job title.
— Collaboration with engineering Partner on data model and service boundaries: migrations, backward compatibility, clear contracts between app and database.
— C# at mid level Ship and review C# in ASP.NET Core (or similar) — async paths, data access through any ORM you have used in production, tests — where the work sits between API and database. Deep staff-level C# architecture is not the primary expectation.
— Quality and operations Participate in code review, incident analysis, and technical discussion; use Git and CI/CD the way the team does. AI-assisted coding is part of how we work — we actively use various AI tools (Cursor, Copilot-class tools, and more) and provide team access to premium services; use them where they improve quality and speed, not as a substitute for judgment.
Requirements:
— A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in MS SQL is required.
— A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in C# development is required.
— Solid knowledge and application of SQL Profiler, reading dynamic query plans, and columnstore.
— Experience and interest in AI-assisted coding (we actively use various AI tools and provide team access to premium services).
— Experience working with any ORM in C#.
— Proficiency in using version control systems, particularly Git.
It'd Be a Plus If:
— Advanced experience with MS SQL performance tuning, NoSQL databases, or building dbt pipelines.
— Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts — helpful context; algorithm and SQL skills come first.
— Experience with distributed / clustered SQL Server, Always On, HA patterns, or scale-out / operations beyond a single instance.
— Extended Events, RabbitMQ, Docker, observability (Grafana, Prometheus), or Azure DevOps in production.
— Public SQL or C# samples on GitHub/GitLab we can read.

— 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
— Experience testing cross-platform applications and mini-apps.
— Hands-on experience with localization testing across multiple languages and regions
— Experience in blockchain and dApp testing.
— Collaboration with customer support teams to triage and resolve user-reported issues
— Testing against design mockups and close collaboration with design teams to ensure UI/UX consistency.
— Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive results.

About this role:
— TaxDome is entering a new chapter and you'll be part of the team shaping how design works at scale.
— As a Staff Product Designer, you'll own the design foundation for your area — the design system, UX patterns, and the tools and workflows that let product teams design and prototype with AI. Product teams rely on this foundation every day: standard UX gets shipped without waiting for a designer, and complex UX gets your direct partnership.
If you think great products are built on great systems, you'll be at home here.
Must-have:
— 5+ years in Product Design, with a portfolio that includes at least one case where you built or significantly evolved a design system, pattern library, or framework. Feature work is fine alongside it — we want to see how you think across both.
— Hands-on experience prototyping with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or equivalent). If you've been at it for 6+ months and can walk us through real prototypes you've shipped, you're in range.
— Experience on complex multi-tenant or multi-user products — B2B SaaS, fintech, developer tools, vertical SaaS, or platforms where decisions ripple across many surfaces.
— You've worked with design systems that lived in Figma vs design systems that lived in code, and you can articulate when each makes sense.
— Strong product and systems thinking: you ask "why are we building this and how does it fit the platform?" before "what should it look like?"
— Comfort with code: you can read JSX/TSX and make changes with AI assistance, work in a Git repo, and open a PR. You don't need to write production code from scratch.

What you’ll do:
— Validate middleware and backend workflows across APIs, services, databases, and downstream systems
— Test JSON payloads, data mappings, transformation rules, sync behavior, and error handling
— Verify permissions, account-level enablement, user-level access, tenant boundaries, and API enforcement
— Create test scenarios for complex edge cases, failure modes, and high-risk data flows
— Use tools such as Claude Code, logs, dashboards, API clients, and database queries to investigate issues
— Support backend/API test automation and regression coverage

— Participate in refinement, planning, and release readiness discussions

What we’re looking for:
— 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, with strong hands-on work validating backend services, middleware, APIs, integrations, and data flows
— Strong experience testing API-driven workflows, including request/response validation, payload structure, error handling, retries, status codes, and failure scenarios
— Practical experience working with JSON payloads, data mapping, transformation logic, middleware rules, and downstream system behavior
— Ability to validate end-to-end backend workflows across middleware, backend services, APIs, databases, and external/internal systems

Responsibilities:
— Develop, improve, and deploy cutting-edge AI approaches , such as complex text summarization, timepoint extraction, retrieval/reranking systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), on clinical research datasets.
— Build and fine-tune models, and set up swarms of AI agents using both internal and external data sources. Ensure performance evaluation is rigorous, employing clean code and state-of-the-art machine learning technologies.
— Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions.
— Work closely within an international context with Computational Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and Research Scientists, particularly those in core scientific platforms focused on protein therapeutics.
— Maintain a deep understanding of the latest developments in data science, bioinformatics, and the state-of-the-art in AI/ML/DL algorithms and research results.
— Actively contribute to code repositories by developing new code, conducting peer code reviews, and debugging system issues.
— Ensure that the data used with different AI tools is maintained properly, and is never exposed to an uncompliant tool/toolset.
Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
— At least 2 years of experience in NLP, Computational Data Science, or a related field.
— Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English or Russian languages.
— Proficiency in Python programming language.
— Strong understanding of LLM and agentic AI concepts, including RAGs and BM25.
— Experience with PyTorch, langchain/langgraph. (PyTorch is a main framework used by division).
— Familiarity with text analysis techniques used in biological and medical research.
— Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application to data.
— Ability to handle large datasets and perform statistical/basic ML analysis.
— Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar.
— Experience in external model API integration.

— Manage, monitoring and improvement of Credit Card’s risk strategy, limit policy within adopting ML & AI models to maximise product profitability
— Develop and manage NPV model of the product
— Interaction with business department about product and origination process, product conditions, tariffs, acquisition channels profitability
— Designing, testing, and validating hypotheses to enrich knowledge about dependencies, impact of additional features, impact of changes in process
— Developing analytical frameworks and tools for fast, scalable, and comprehensive reporting
What makes you a great fit:
— 1+ year of professional experience in risk or product analytics
— Education: Mathematics, physics, engineering, economics, computer science
— Experience with databases, strong knowledge of SQL
— Experience with one of the analytical scripting languages (Python / R)
— Strong analytical skills, understanding of basic machine learning concepts
— Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and understanding of probabilities
— B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Nice to have:
— Understanding of retail risk management principles
— Knowledge of unit economics of credit cards
— Understanding of advanced machine learning concepts and approaches
— Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

We are international agency Xmethod. We build digital products on low-code/no-code platforms, and as we continue to grow, we're opening a key position on our team.
Who we're looking for:
An experienced Project Manager with 3+ years in IT, fluent German and English (C1), and (this is important!) real-world AI tooling proficiency in your daily work. We use Claude every day ourselves, and expect the same from you.
What you'll do:
— Lead presales: gather requirements, prepare MVP concepts and proposals for DACH clients
— Manage the full development cycle: Jira, task decomposition, resource planning
— Grow clients through upsales
— Use AI to automate communication, generate specifications, translations, and summaries
What we offer:
€48,000-€72,000 per year + bonuses for upsales and great projects. Fully remote, European time zone, employment contract.
