Обязанности:
— Собирать и анализировать данные о работе продукта и поведении пользователей.
— Находить закономерности, тренды и точки роста с помощью статистических методов.
— Оценивать эффективность существующих продуктов и функционала.
— Работать с продуктовыми и маркетинговыми командами над улучшением продукта и запуском новых решений.
— Проводить исследования рынка, анализировать конкурентов и потребности пользователей.
— Формировать рекомендации для принятия продуктовых и бизнес-решений.
— Готовить отчёты и дашборды по ключевым метрикам.
— Взаимодействовать с командами поддержки и пользовательского опыта для решения проблем клиентов.
Требования:
— Опыт анализа данных и работы с веб-продуктами.
— Уверенное владение инструментами анализа данных.
— Хорошие аналитические навыки и системное мышление.
— Опыт работы с базами данных, SQL и инструментами визуализации данных.
— Опыт работы с платформами продуктовой аналитики.
— Умение понятно доносить результаты анализа до коллег и бизнеса.
— Понимание жизненного цикла продукта и процессов разработки.
— Внимательность к деталям и высокая точность в работе с данными.
— Умение эффективно взаимодействовать с командами разных функций.
— Высшее образование в области бизнеса, статистики, математики, компьютерных наук или смежных направлениях будет преимуществом.
— Владение русским и английским языками.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Project & Business Management
— Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery.

— Act as the primary business contact for external partners throughout implementation and launch phases.
— Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of integration projects.
— Drive successful go-lives while maintaining a positive partner experience.
— Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
3.Stakeholder & Relationship Management
— Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
— Gather and translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
— Manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
— Support commercial and operational discussions related to integrations and partnerships.
4.Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives
— Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, workflows, and project delivery processes.
— Contribute to the development of scalable integration and onboarding frameworks.
— Support business transformation and growth initiatives across the organization.
— Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
— 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Partner Management, or similar roles.
— Strong experience within the iGaming industry, preferably with online casino platforms, aggregators, or B2B gaming providers.
— Proven experience managing cross-functional business projects and stakeholder relationships.
— Experience coordinating integrations involving game providers, PSPs, aggregators, or third-party platforms.
— Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how projects impact business performance.
— Fluent English; additional languages such as Russian are considered a big advantage.
Nice to Have:
— Experience working for a B2B casino platform, aggregator, or gaming supplier.
— Understanding of API-based integrations and technical delivery processes.
— Experience managing strategic partnerships and external vendors.
— Exposure to regulated gaming markets and compliance requirements.

We are looking for a Frontend Support Engineer to be their technical anchor: someone who can write and debug custom JS/React snippets, guide PMs on using Claude Code, and test the sites to ensure flawless design and performance.
Tech Stack:
React 19, Astro 5, TypeScript, Tailwind, GitHub, Claude Code, AWS, PostgreSQL
Responsibilities:
— Build client websites with Claude Code and TS/React.
— Act as the internal helpdesk for PMs building sites with Claude Code.
— Write, refactor, and troubleshoot TS/React snippets, CSS, and API integrations.
— Use Claude Code to generate assets and speed up site creation.
— Review builds before launch for visual quality and mobile responsiveness.
Requirements:
— Working knowledge of JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3 to debug issues and write custom scripts.
— Fluency with Claude and Claude Code to write, refactor, and debug fast.
— An eye for design: spacing, typography, color, responsiveness.

What You'll Own:
— Attribution engine evolution Lead the technical side of rebuilding the attribution algorithm and related logic while keeping client-facing flexibility — schema, batch logic, performance, and safe rollout.
— SQL Server as a product Own T-SQL, schema, and indexing for analytical and transactional workloads; read query plans, find regressions, and tune with measurable before/after.
— Performance and safe change Lead performance tuning (indexes, statistics, partitioning where it fits), capacity thinking, and careful rollout of DB changes in live systems — using SQL Profiler, actual execution plans (including dynamic SQL), and columnstore where they apply.
— ETL and data paths Improve ETL and data pipelines that feed downstream analytics — including data consumed by AI-driven reporting and agent workflows — without making this an “AI product engineer” job title.
— Collaboration with engineering Partner on data model and service boundaries: migrations, backward compatibility, clear contracts between app and database.
— C# at mid level Ship and review C# in ASP.NET Core (or similar) — async paths, data access through any ORM you have used in production, tests — where the work sits between API and database. Deep staff-level C# architecture is not the primary expectation.
— Quality and operations Participate in code review, incident analysis, and technical discussion; use Git and CI/CD the way the team does. AI-assisted coding is part of how we work — we actively use various AI tools (Cursor, Copilot-class tools, and more) and provide team access to premium services; use them where they improve quality and speed, not as a substitute for judgment.
Requirements:
— A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in MS SQL is required.
— A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in C# development is required.
— Solid knowledge and application of SQL Profiler, reading dynamic query plans, and columnstore.
— Experience and interest in AI-assisted coding (we actively use various AI tools and provide team access to premium services).
— Experience working with any ORM in C#.
— Proficiency in using version control systems, particularly Git.
It'd Be a Plus If:
— Advanced experience with MS SQL performance tuning, NoSQL databases, or building dbt pipelines.
— Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts — helpful context; algorithm and SQL skills come first.
— Experience with distributed / clustered SQL Server, Always On, HA patterns, or scale-out / operations beyond a single instance.
— Extended Events, RabbitMQ, Docker, observability (Grafana, Prometheus), or Azure DevOps in production.
— Public SQL or C# samples on GitHub/GitLab we can read.

— Experience in blockchain and dApp testing.

About this role:
— TaxDome is entering a new chapter and you'll be part of the team shaping how design works at scale.
— As a Staff Product Designer, you'll own the design foundation for your area — the design system, UX patterns, and the tools and workflows that let product teams design and prototype with AI. Product teams rely on this foundation every day: standard UX gets shipped without waiting for a designer, and complex UX gets your direct partnership.
If you think great products are built on great systems, you'll be at home here.
Must-have:
— 5+ years in Product Design, with a portfolio that includes at least one case where you built or significantly evolved a design system, pattern library, or framework. Feature work is fine alongside it — we want to see how you think across both.
— Hands-on experience prototyping with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or equivalent). If you've been at it for 6+ months and can walk us through real prototypes you've shipped, you're in range.

About this role:
— TaxDome is entering a new chapter and you'll be part of the team shaping how design works at scale.
— As a Staff Product Designer, you'll own the design foundation for your area — the design system, UX patterns, and the tools and workflows that let product teams design and prototype with AI. Product teams rely on this foundation every day: standard UX gets shipped without waiting for a designer, and complex UX gets your direct partnership.
If you think great products are built on great systems, you'll be at home here.
Must-have:
— 5+ years in Product Design, with a portfolio that includes at least one case where you built or significantly evolved a design system, pattern library, or framework. Feature work is fine alongside it — we want to see how you think across both.
— Hands-on experience prototyping with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or equivalent). If you've been at it for 6+ months and can walk us through real prototypes you've shipped, you're in range.

What you’ll do:
— Validate middleware and backend workflows across APIs, services, databases, and downstream systems
— Test JSON payloads, data mappings, transformation rules, sync behavior, and error handling

Responsibilities:
— Develop, improve, and deploy cutting-edge AI approaches , such as complex text summarization, timepoint extraction, retrieval/reranking systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), on clinical research datasets.
— Build and fine-tune models, and set up swarms of AI agents using both internal and external data sources. Ensure performance evaluation is rigorous, employing clean code and state-of-the-art machine learning technologies.
— Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions.
— Work closely within an international context with Computational Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and Research Scientists, particularly those in core scientific platforms focused on protein therapeutics.
— Maintain a deep understanding of the latest developments in data science, bioinformatics, and the state-of-the-art in AI/ML/DL algorithms and research results.
— Actively contribute to code repositories by developing new code, conducting peer code reviews, and debugging system issues.
— Ensure that the data used with different AI tools is maintained properly, and is never exposed to an uncompliant tool/toolset.
Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
— At least 2 years of experience in NLP, Computational Data Science, or a related field.
— Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English or Russian languages.
— Proficiency in Python programming language.
— Strong understanding of LLM and agentic AI concepts, including RAGs and BM25.
— Experience with PyTorch, langchain/langgraph. (PyTorch is a main framework used by division).
— Familiarity with text analysis techniques used in biological and medical research.
— Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application to data.
— Ability to handle large datasets and perform statistical/basic ML analysis.
— Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar.
— Experience in external model API integration.

— Work closely within an international context with Computational Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and Research Scientists, particularly those in core scientific platforms focused on protein therapeutics.
— Maintain a deep understanding of the latest developments in data science, bioinformatics, and the state-of-the-art in AI/ML/DL algorithms and research results.
— Actively contribute to code repositories by developing new code, conducting peer code reviews, and debugging system issues.
— Ensure that the data used with different AI tools is maintained properly, and is never exposed to an uncompliant tool/toolset.
Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
— At least 2 years of experience in NLP, Computational Data Science, or a related field.
— Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English or Russian languages.
— Proficiency in Python programming language.
— Strong understanding of LLM and agentic AI concepts, including RAGs and BM25.
— Experience with PyTorch, langchain/langgraph. (PyTorch is a main framework used by division).
— Familiarity with text analysis techniques used in biological and medical research.
— Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application to data.
— Ability to handle large datasets and perform statistical/basic ML analysis.
— Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar.
— Experience in external model API integration.

— Solid understanding of general programming concepts, including design patterns, OOP, modularity, and pure architecture
