Обязанности:
— Эффективно управлять командой разработки и её временем, обеспечивая выполнение целей проекта в срок.
— Проводить командное планирование и добиваться достижения поставленных целей разработки.
— Выявлять риски и потенциальные проблемы ещё на этапе постановки задач и своевременно принимать меры по их устранению.
— Участвовать в плейтестах, приёмке выполненных задач и релиз-менеджменте.
Требования:
— Опыт работы Project Manager в GameDev от 3 лет
— Опыт сопровождения игрового проекта от разработки до релиза
— Умение эффективно управлять командой, сроками и приоритетами, добиваясь выполнения поставленных целей
— Понимание ценности и опыт проведения процессов планирования, дейликов, грумингов и ретроспектив
— Умение выявлять риски, принимать решения в условиях неопределённости и доводить задачи до результата
— Будет плюсом опыт работы над RTS-проектами

What You’ll Do:
— Build and maintain a comprehensive internal component library covering 95%+ of the UI surface. Components are built from scratch without third-party libraries (no MUI, Chakra, Ant Design, etc.), with clean APIs and clear documentation. Collaborate with designers to deliver functional, brand-aligned implementations.
— Architect and develop multi-step marketing funnels, including landing pages, lead capture flows, upsell sequences, and thank-you pages. Implement dynamic content rendering, conditional logic, and form validation. Integrate with marketing platforms via REST APIs and manage funnel state across steps using appropriate storage strategies.
— Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or similar) into funnel flows, including secure form handling, webhook processing, and error recovery.
— Own Core Web Vitals across all funnel pages targeting Lighthouse scores of 95+. Apply code splitting, lazy loading, tree shaking, and critical CSS. Use React DevTools Profiler and Chrome Performance panel to identify and eliminate redundant re-renders through memo, useMemo, useCallback, and smart component splitting.
What We’re Looking For:
— 5+ years of professional React development experience
— Proven track record building 90%+ custom UI without component libraries
— Understanding of the Critical Rendering Path
— Deep understanding of React reconciliation, the virtual DOM, and rendering behavior
— Experience with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai) and knowing when to use global vs local state
— Solid understanding of Local Storage, Session Storage, and cookies — including security implications and appropriate use cases within funnel flows
— Hands-on experience with React DevTools Profiler and techniques to prevent redundant re-renders
— Experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or similar) in production
— Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern TypeScript
Nice to have:
— Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering
— Familiarity with feature flagging tools
— Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics event tracking

Solana Rust Engineer

Работа над проектами внутри экосистемы Solana Foundation. Большая часть работы связана с Solana Security Token Standard (SSTS): развитием основной программы стандарта на Rust/Anchor, работа с модулями верификации (KYC/AML), безопасностью смарт-контрактов и подготовкой к внешним аудитам.
Также будут и другие проекты в рамках Solana
Hoodies помогает запускать продукты, развивать существующие сервисы и решать сложные задачи в AI, Web3 и fintech.
Требования:
— Большой опыт написания смарт-контрактов на Solana, желательно с использованием Anchor, но при необходимости можешь на чистом SDK и Pinocchio.
— Имеешь уверенный опыт с Rust: знаешь его сильные и слабые стороны, дружишь с borrow checker.
— Понимание архитектуры Solana: аккаунты, инструкции, CPI, лимиты транзакций, compute units и сериализация данных.
— Работал с Token Program, Token Extensions, ATA, multisig-подходами.
— Работал в условиях ограниченных ресурсов: знаешь, как оптимизировать код под строгие лимиты на стек, память и размер транзакции.
— Участвовал в деплое и поддержке контрактов в сети, умеешь писать тесты, проводить миграции и работать с devnet/mainnet.
— Самостоятельность и структурность: можешь от идеи дойти до pull request-а без микроменеджмента.
— Общаешься на английском, где нужно, и на русском, где можно.
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт с DeFi-протоколами, AMM, LP, Oracles, NFT, Metaplex.
— Опыт работы с другими блокчейнами.
— Понимание токеномик, DeFi.
— Проведение аудитов безопасности контрактов.

— Design and implementation of a fault-tolerant auto-scalable service infrastructure capable of receiving and processing more than 2 million images per minute using modern GPUs;
— Automation and support of the existing distributed infrastructure of the service, located in more than ten regional data centres;

— Knowledge of Python / Go;
— Confident knowledge: Linux, Docker;
— Expert knowledge of HTTP, DNS, Scaling Strategies, and Load Balancing;
— Experience in building production systems using IaaS: GCP / AWS / Azure …;
— Knowledge of modern methods of trouble-free operation of highly loaded network applications.
Desirable (will be a plus):
— Experience with Terraform, Ansible, ElasticSearch (ELK), operation Clickhouse cluster, Concourse CI/CD.

Обязанности:
— Устанавливать и настраивать ПО, рабочие станции (Windows, MacOS)
— Оказывать своевременную и качественную поддержку пользователей (прием/регистрация/выполнение заявок)
— Поддерживать функционирование существующей ЛВС и сетевого оборудования
— Обслуживать оргтехнику (замена картриджей, мелкий ремонт)
— Вести учет ТМЦ, проводить инвентаризацию
Требования:
— Опыт работы системным администратором/инженером поддержки от 2 лет
— Опыт работы с Windows, MacOS
— Опыт эксплуатации рабочих станций пользователей от 50 шт
— Опыт работы с Active Directory, служб DNS, DHCP Понимание: модели OSI, TCP/IP, Proxy, VPN, firewall, почтовых систем
— Китайский язык — уровень не ниже Upper-Intermediate
— Английский язык — уровень не ниже Upper-Intermediate (желательно)

Our Project Managers build and set up marketing landing pages for wellness brands, leveraging AI and basic frontend code to deliver quickly. We are looking for a Frontend Support Engineer to be their technical anchor: someone who can write and debug custom JS/React snippets, guide PMs on using Claude Code, and test the sites to ensure flawless design and performance.
Tech Stack:
React 19, Astro 5, TypeScript, Tailwind, GitHub, Claude Code, AWS, PostgreSQL
Responsibilities:
— Build client websites with Claude Code and TS/React.
— Act as the internal helpdesk for PMs building sites with Claude Code.
— Write, refactor, and troubleshoot TS/React snippets, CSS, and API integrations.
— Use Claude Code to generate assets and speed up site creation.
— Review builds before launch for visual quality and mobile responsiveness.
Requirements:
— Working knowledge of JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3 to debug issues and write custom scripts.
— Fluency with Claude and Claude Code to write, refactor, and debug fast.
— An eye for design: spacing, typography, color, responsiveness.
— Clear communication that turns technical concepts into plain language for non-developers.
— Excellent spoken and written English to communicate with native speakers.
Nice to have:

What You'll Own:
— Attribution engine evolution Lead the technical side of rebuilding the attribution algorithm and related logic while keeping client-facing flexibility — schema, batch logic, performance, and safe rollout.
— SQL Server as a product Own T-SQL, schema, and indexing for analytical and transactional workloads; read query plans, find regressions, and tune with measurable before/after.
— Performance and safe change Lead performance tuning (indexes, statistics, partitioning where it fits), capacity thinking, and careful rollout of DB changes in live systems — using SQL Profiler, actual execution plans (including dynamic SQL), and columnstore where they apply.
— ETL and data paths Improve ETL and data pipelines that feed downstream analytics — including data consumed by AI-driven reporting and agent workflows — without making this an “AI product engineer” job title.
— Collaboration with engineering Partner on data model and service boundaries: migrations, backward compatibility, clear contracts between app and database.
— C# at mid level Ship and review C# in ASP.NET Core (or similar) — async paths, data access through any ORM you have used in production, tests — where the work sits between API and database. Deep staff-level C# architecture is not the primary expectation.

Responsibilities:
— Build one of the world’s most heavily used crypto wallets. We care about delivering a best-in-market product with near-native UX for users within the Telegram ecosystem.
— Collaborate with Product Managers, teammates, and other teams to clarify requirements and contribute ideas and improvements.
— Design and implement cost-efficient solutions. While you will work on backend tasks, our backend experts will provide guidance and support.
— Improve backend performance to meet the company’s latency and performance standards.
Requirements:
— Make well-reasoned engineering decisions with a focus on product delivery and fast iterations.
— Demonstrate product thinking and a genuine interest in what you build.
— Senior-level Python backend experience (any stack).
— Some frontend experience (any framework) or a strong willingness to learn and contribute to frontend development (our frontend is built on React).
— Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.
— Self-awareness and a desire for continuous improvement.
— Ability to realistically evaluate task complexity.
— Openness to discussion and consideration of opposing viewpoints.
— English level B1+.
