What you will do:
— Gather and analyze business requirements and transform them into clear system specifications
— Design system solutions together with the development team
— Analyze complex systems, integrations and data flows

What we expect
— 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a product team
— Previous experience in fintech, banking or payments
— Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and data flows
— Experience writing detailed technical specifications
— Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman)
— Experience working with PostgreSQL, SQL, UML, and BPMN
— Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
— Experience working with crypto products or blockchain integrations
— Understanding of payment systems and financial infrastructure
— Experience in startup or fast-growing product companies
— STEM degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
— Seamlessly balance product design needs within two platforms; Web and App
— Create and manage ongoing research for each product you’re owning

— You’re able to spot and help encourage new design trends in the web and app space.
— Able to solve complex User Experience problems, smoothly and efficiently.
— Able to wireframe and prototype an experience and speak to each customer decision, every piece of potential engagement and see the story end-to-end.
— The ability to think through high-level Information Architecture to realize the scope of a project and know it’s emphasis on the entire Scentbird experience as a whole.
— Ability to give and take creative direction.
— Detail-oriented and a precision to your style of work.
— Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in order to meet tight deadlines.

— In-depth knowledge of Figma and mastering all its ins and outs, especially components

Обязанности:
— Поддержка и развитие интернет-магазинов на Shopify (frontend + backend).
— Кастомизация тем на Liquid с использованием JSON-шаблонов, секций, блоков; правки без потери обновляемости темы.
— Работа с Metafields и Metaobjects под кастомные сценарии.
— Разработка и поддержка кастомных приложений и интеграций через Shopify API (REST / GraphQL).
— Администрирование магазина: установка, настройка, стилизация и удаление приложений, управление настройками.
— Интеграции с внешними системами: Fishbowl (ERP / inventory), Sellware (или аналогичные middleware / OMS), а также прочие ERP / WMS / CRM.
— Участие в проектировании архитектуры интеграций и автоматизаций.
— Оптимизация производительности и Core Web Vitals.
— Настройка аналитики и трекинга: dataLayer, e-commerce events, пиксели (Facebook, Google), устранение искажений каналов (Direct / Unassigned), микроразметка для SEO.
— Безопасность и антифрод: защита от фейковых checkout, спам-заказов и ботов; rate limiting, bot filtering, работа с Cloudflare, CAPTCHA, Shopify Flow; аудит сторонних скриптов и кастомного кода; безопасная обработка редиректов и query parameters.
— Релизный процесс через staging / theme preview / Git, документирование изменений.
— Диагностика инцидентов с локализацией источника (тема / приложение / трекинг / Merchant / инфраструктура / поведение браузера).
Требования:
— Опыт разработки под Shopify от 3 лет.
— Уверенное знание Liquid, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.
— Опыт backend-разработки (Node.js / Python / PHP — любой стек) с пониманием API и серверной логики.
— Опыт работы с Shopify API (REST и/или GraphQL).
— Понимание Webhooks, OAuth и авторизации приложений.
— Опыт интеграций с внешними системами (ERP, WMS, CRM).
— Понимание eCommerce-процессов: заказы, возвраты, инвентаризация, fulfillment.
— Опыт работы с приложениями Shopify
— Умение читать и разбираться в чужом коде

Вы будете работать над этим проектом в составе команды выдающихся разработчиков. Создавать платформу с нуля. Вы напишете основной движок, который будет поддерживать персонализированные информационные панели. Вы будете писать запросы и алгоритмы, обрабатывающие терабайты данных.
Требуется разработчик бэкенда, в задачи которого входит разработка API. API должны интегрироваться с AWS Lambda, AWS Bedrock и RDS. Также необходимо создавать стеки CloudFormation и осуществлять развертывание в AWS.
Требования:
— 5+ лет опыта коммерческой разработки на Java: Microservices, Springboot;
— Опыт разработки API (Restful, микросервисы)
— Обширный опыт работы с AWS — API Gateways, CloudFormation (CFN), S3, Dynamo и т. д.;
— Опыт работы с Azure DevOps — CI/CD, конвейеры сборки и выпуска, фиксации в Git, развёртывание;
— Опыт разработки отчётов по запросу (автоматизированных);
— Опыт в области QA (желательно);
— Уверенное знание основ компьютерных наук, структур данных и алгоритмов;

Key Qualifications:
— 4+ years of overall commercial software development experience, including 3+ years of recent experience as a Go backend developer

— Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including large-scale databases (several TB), and understanding of SQL query optimization
— Understanding and hands-on experience with queues and message brokers, including building producers and consumers
— Experience designing efficient APIs and building integrations with external systems
— English level B1 or higher (spoken)
Preferred Skills:
— Experience with modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex CLI, Codex App)
— Experience with Swagger and OpenAPI
— Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, understanding how services are deployed
— Experience building observability systems

The Authentication team is responsible for how users securely access and interact with the bank.

What You’ll Do:
— Build and maintain a comprehensive internal component library covering 95%+ of the UI surface. Components are built from scratch without third-party libraries (no MUI, Chakra, Ant Design, etc.), with clean APIs and clear documentation. Collaborate with designers to deliver functional, brand-aligned implementations.
— Architect and develop multi-step marketing funnels, including landing pages, lead capture flows, upsell sequences, and thank-you pages. Implement dynamic content rendering, conditional logic, and form validation. Integrate with marketing platforms via REST APIs and manage funnel state across steps using appropriate storage strategies.
— Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or similar) into funnel flows, including secure form handling, webhook processing, and error recovery.
— Own Core Web Vitals across all funnel pages targeting Lighthouse scores of 95+. Apply code splitting, lazy loading, tree shaking, and critical CSS. Use React DevTools Profiler and Chrome Performance panel to identify and eliminate redundant re-renders through memo, useMemo, useCallback, and smart component splitting.

— Proven track record building 90%+ custom UI without component libraries

— Build the analytical infrastructure: event tracking, metrics, dashboards, and reporting
— Analyze and forecast KYC-related costs (verification volumes, budgets, year-ahead planning)
— Evaluate and test external vendors and models used for customer verification
— Monitor model performance (accuracy, speed, cost) and recommend improvements
— Support product analytics: launch new features, measure their impact, and provide insights
— Work across multiple countries to localize and scale verification processes
— Collaborate with fraud, risk, and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
What makes you a great fit:
— 3+ years of experience as a data or product analyst, preferably in fintech or big tech
— Strong skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker)
— Experience building analytics and metrics from scratch, including front- and back-end event tracking
— Ability to forecast and calculate costs and build financial models
— Experience working with vendors and testing their solutions is a plus
— Mentorship experience and readiness to grow a team
— Strong academic background (top universities are a big advantage)
— Willingness to relocate to Mexico

Solana Rust Engineer

Работа над проектами внутри экосистемы Solana Foundation. Большая часть работы связана с Solana Security Token Standard (SSTS): развитием основной программы стандарта на Rust/Anchor, работа с модулями верификации (KYC/AML), безопасностью смарт-контрактов и подготовкой к внешним аудитам.
Также будут и другие проекты в рамках Solana
Hoodies помогает запускать продукты, развивать существующие сервисы и решать сложные задачи в AI, Web3 и fintech.
Требования:
— Большой опыт написания смарт-контрактов на Solana, желательно с использованием Anchor, но при необходимости можешь на чистом SDK и Pinocchio.
— Имеешь уверенный опыт с Rust: знаешь его сильные и слабые стороны, дружишь с borrow checker.
— Понимание архитектуры Solana: аккаунты, инструкции, CPI, лимиты транзакций, compute units и сериализация данных.
— Работал с Token Program, Token Extensions, ATA, multisig-подходами.
— Работал в условиях ограниченных ресурсов: знаешь, как оптимизировать код под строгие лимиты на стек, память и размер транзакции.
— Участвовал в деплое и поддержке контрактов в сети, умеешь писать тесты, проводить миграции и работать с devnet/mainnet.
— Самостоятельность и структурность: можешь от идеи дойти до pull request-а без микроменеджмента.
— Общаешься на английском, где нужно, и на русском, где можно.
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт с DeFi-протоколами, AMM, LP, Oracles, NFT, Metaplex.
— Опыт работы с другими блокчейнами.
— Понимание токеномик, DeFi.
— Проведение аудитов безопасности контрактов.
