Обязанности:
— сбор, анализ и формализация требований от заинтересованных сторон (бизнес, заказчики, технические команды).;
— разработка и согласование технической документации, включая функциональные и нефункциональные требования, спецификации, схемы взаимодействия;
— описание и оптимизация бизнес-процессов, пользовательские и клиентские сценарии;
— анализ текущих информационных систем: выявление узких мест, дублирования функций, технических и бизнес-рисков;
— поддержка команды разработки на всех этапах SDLC, включая анализ изменений, уточнение требований и приоритетов
Требования:
— умение собирать и формализовывать требования;
— навыки описания бизнес-процессов с использованием BPMN/UML, составление Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria;
— умение структурировать информацию и логически мыслить
— способность задавать уточняющие вопросы и выявлять скрытые требования;
— коммуникабельность и умение работать с разными ролями (разработчики, тестировщики, владельцы продуктов);
— ответственность, самоорганизация, готовность к командной работе и взаимодействию в Agile-среде.
— опыт участия в Agile/Scrum/Kanban процессах
— опыт работы с базами данных SQL

Обязанности:
— Развивать продукт как часть единой экосистемы (mobile, desktop, extensions, web)
— Участвовать в формировании продуктового видения и развитии стратегии

— Разрабатывать, дорабатывать и оптимизировать рекламные форматы для партнерских размещений;
— Создавать новые форматы и инструменты для их настройки;
— Участвовать в технической реализации A/B-тестов и настройке аналитических событий;
— Анализировать и решать технические вопросы, возникающие при интеграции форматов на стороне партнеров;

Требования:
— Уверенное знание нативного JavaScript, HTML и CSS;

Обязанности:
— Разрабатывать, дорабатывать и оптимизировать рекламные форматы для партнерских размещений;
— Создавать новые форматы и инструменты для их настройки;
— Участвовать в технической реализации A/B-тестов и настройке аналитических событий;
— Анализировать и решать технические вопросы, возникающие при интеграции форматов на стороне партнеров;
— Взаимодействовать с внутренними командами разработки, аналитики и affiliate-направления;
— Поддерживать техническую документацию по форматам и интеграциям.
Требования:
— Уверенное знание нативного JavaScript, HTML и CSS;
— Понимание особенностей работы браузера, iframe, postMessage и клиент-серверного взаимодействия;
— Опыт работы с API, AJAX, JSON и HTTP;
— Умение пользоваться DevTools для анализа, отладки и диагностики проблем на стороне клиента;
— Опыт адаптивной и кроссбраузерной верстки;
— Понимание принципов frontend-производительности и базовых метрик качества web-страниц;
— Умение разбираться в чужом коде и внешних интеграциях;
— Готовность вести техническую документацию.
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт работы с display advertising, adtech или affiliate-направлением;
— Опыт работы с VAST, video-рекламой или HTML5 video;
— Опыт настройки событий в Google Analytics, Amplitude или похожих аналитических системах;
— Опыт участия в A/B-тестах;
— Английский язык уровня B2.

— Поддержка и развитие интернет-магазинов на Shopify (frontend + backend).

Senior QA Engineer (Core Team)

Responsibilities:
— Analyze requirements and assess the risk and business impact of changes.
— Design and execute test scenarios based on system behavior and edge cases.
— Perform manual testing of complex backend and system-level components.
— Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and track defects.
— Work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities.
Requirements:
— Ability to read and understand code written in multiple languages (C++, Go, Python).
— Experience with scripting (Python, Bash) for testing, automation, and debugging tasks.
— Basic knowledge of SQL-like databases and ability to work with data queries.
— Strong experience in manual testing of complex systems (backend, infrastructure, or distributed systems).
— Solid understanding of risk management: evaluating change criticality and potential business impact.
— Proven ability to work under pressure in a startup-like environment.
— Confident Linux user (command line, logs, processes, basic troubleshooting).
Nice to have:
— Experience testing distributed or high-load systems.
— Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
— Basic understanding of networking and system architecture.

What you will do:
— Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for business intelligence and insights that positions Constructor as indispensable product discovery platform for driving e-commerce business across multiple customer personas.
— Own the cross-product revenue breakdown: surface how product discovery drives e-commerce business as the shared mental model that unifies merchandisers, product managers, marketers, analysts, and executives.
— Build and launch reporting for senior leadership — including executive reports and merchandising ROI — that communicates Constructor's impact on business metrics and is designed to be consumed and shared through multiple channels (dashboard, email, exports, conversational AI).
— Drive proactive, actionable insights at each step of the discovery funnel — not just data on what's happening, but why it's happening and what to do next — enabling customers to self-serve rather than relying on Customer Success for ad-hoc reports.
— Expand Constructor's reach to non-merchandising personas — especially product managers, executives, and analysts — by delivering intelligence tailored to their specific jobs-to-be-done.
— Lead and scale a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, while owning the full product cycle from discovery to prototyping, implementation, launching, enabling fellow teams and customers, and iterating on results.
— Conduct customer interviews across multiple personas and industries to understand how different stakeholders consume analytics, make decisions, and prove value internally.
— Collaborate closely with adjacent product teams to ensure insights are grounded in trustworthy data and support merchandising, explainability, and AI agent workflows.
— Communicate effectively at all levels to ensure wonderful experience for customers, prospects, GTM teams, and internal stakeholders, by setting the right expectations and providing regular updates on product strategy, roadmaps, and progress against key metrics.
