Компания создаёт AI-продукты в сфере потребительского финтеха в США — кредитование и управление личными финансами
В этой роли вы будете отвечать за отчётность, ad-hoc аналитику, работу с метриками и перевод аналитической функций на агенты поверх SQL/Python-логики, источников данных и проверок качества.
После перевода регулярной отчётности и ad-hoc аналитики на агентов в первые 3 месяца фокус сместится на более сложные задачи: работы с риск моделями и продвинутой продуктовой аналитикой.
Требования:
—2+ года опыта в аналитике, analytics engineering, data engineering или гибридной data-роли. Готовы рассмотреть сильных кандидатов с меньшим или большим опытом, если есть сильная аналитическая база и практический интерес к агентам.
— Сильный SQL: сложные джойны, CTE, оконные функции, оптимизация, чтение и рефакторинг чужого кода.
— Сильный Python: для аналитики и автоматизации: pandas, работа с API, scheduled jobs.
— Реальный интерес к агентам и автоматизации аналитики**:** вы пробовали строить агентов, подключать их к данным или API, и понимаете, почему нужны проверки, ограничения и human review.
— Культура работы с данными: воспроизводимость, прозрачные определения метрик, проверки качества и бизнес смысла смысла, аккуратная работа с чувствительными данными, версионирование логики, инкрементальные выгрузки, оптимизация запросов, понимание нагрузки на БД.
— Способность структурированно общаться с бизнесом: понять задачу, сформуировать план действий, уточнить метрику, приоритизировать и объяснить результат простым языком.
— Английский язык — уровень не ниже B2.
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт работы с unit-экономикой: считали CAC, LTV, retention, когорты, payback и помогали бизнесу принимать решения на основе этих метрик.
— Опыт в consumer lending/subscription-based businesses.
— Знание кредитных метрик: FICO/Vantage, DPD buckets, vintage analysis, delinquency, charge-off, repayment curves.
— Опыт с BI-инструментами: Grafana или аналоги.
— Опыт проектирования структур данных для DWH / analytical layer
— Опыт мониторинга риск моделей в продакшене.

You can have a technical conversation with an engineer without needing a translator. You think in retention, not launches. You understand why users come back — or don't — and you've moved that needle before. You work fast and clean. You don't wait to be told what to do. You raise problems early, move through ambiguity, and leave things better than you found them.
Reporting To: Chief Product Officer
The role:
— Own product areas across the learner lifecycle — define what to build, why it matters, how success is measured
— Talk to learners constantly and translate what you hear into product decisions
— Identify and ship AI-powered features that add real value, not surface-level integrations
— Instrument your products, run experiments, and use data alongside qualitative insight
— Work closely with engineering and design — create clarity, not overhead
What good looks like here:
— 5+ years in B2C product, with a track record in engagement or retention

What You'll Be Doing:
— Build and operate multiple backend services in C# / .NET — game-facing APIs, player profiles, the in-game catalogue and economy, clans, chat, server orchestration, monetisation and player support. Most features cross service boundaries.
— Own a slice of the analytics / data plane. Design schemas in an OLAP / columnar store, model ingestion pipelines that handle late-arriving updates and partial re-deliveries, build cohort / retention / ROAS / LTV aggregates, and surface them through a BI tool the LiveOps and marketing teams read every day.
— Integrate monetisation and attribution.
— Run real-time systems. A real-time pub-sub layer pushes chat, notifications and game-server events to clients; a key-value store backs sessions, last-seen indexes and leaderboards; cache invalidation across services is event-driven.
— Operate hundreds of dedicated game servers.
— Build the internal admin / LiveOps console. When LiveOps needs a new editor — for a config, an A/B test, a region setting, a chat filter, a remote popup — whoever built the backend side usually builds the UI side too.
— Run on Google Cloud.
— Pair with Unity engineers on the contract between client and server, and make sure the server stays the source of truth — most anti-cheat work is enforced on the backend.
What We Expect From You:
— 5+ years of backend experience, with at least one live, monetised product shipped end-to-end. Direct mobile-games experience is preferred but a strong ad-tech, fintech or marketplace background with the right instincts also fits.
— Strong C# / .NET
— Experience with an OLAP / columnar database used in anger — ClickHouse, BigQuery, Druid, Pinot, or similar.
— Experience with a document store and a key-value / pub-sub store in production — MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos, etc. for the document side; Redis, KeyDB, Memcached and friends for caching and pub-sub.
— A working mental model of real-time and distributed systems — backpressure, idempotency, watermarks, eventual consistency, and the difference between a cache miss and a true source-of-truth read. The specific transport (WebSocket bus, message queue, gRPC stream) matters less than that you've felt the failure modes.
— Pragmatism with messy real-world data.
— Comfort across the stack. You won't always be writing server code. Some days you'll be writing SQL for an analyst, an admin screen for LiveOps, an alert rule for incident response, or a config migration script.
— English - B1+ level, Russian - C1 level.

What You’ll Do:
— Evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing insights into effectiveness and ROI
— Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both product monetisation and marketing performance teams
— Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
— Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize product features and marketing strategies
— Collaborate with product monetisation managers and marketing teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights
— Perform customer segmentation analysis to better understand user behavior and target marketing efforts
— Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance user experience and increase customer engagement
— Utilize statistical methods and tools to identify and predict trends in product usage and market response
— Communicate findings and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations
— Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in product and marketing analytics
What We’re Looking For:
— Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
— Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on both product and marketing analytics
— Understanding of user acquisition and monetisation strategies (w2w, w2a, app, etc.) as well as in-app purchases analytics
— Proficiency in data analysis tools (Jupyter Notebook) and languages such as Python, R, or similar
— Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
— Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design
— Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
— Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
— Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights
— Experience with segmentation and predictive modeling is a plus
Nice to Have:
— Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Google Cloud is a plus
— Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus

Запускаем новые SKU, тестируем гипотезы, улучшаем упаковку, усиливаем R&D и строим продуктовую систему, которая позволяет быстро выводить сильные продукты на рынок.
Это позиция для человека, который мыслит как product manager, но готов работать не только с digital-продуктами, а с физическими beauty-продуктами: формулами, упаковкой, образцами, фабриками, себестоимостью, качеством и сроками.
Задачи:
— Отвечать за полный цикл вывода продукта: от исследования ниши до запуска и улучшений после выхода на рынок.
Требования:
— Опыт работы Product Manager / Project Manager / Product Operations Manager / R&D Project Manager.
— Умение вести 5–10 проектов параллельно и не терять сроки, детали, статусы и критические зависимости.
— Сильная системность: этапы, SLA, контроль входа и выхода стадий, статусы, артефакты, чек-листы, фиксация решений.
— Уверенная работа с backlog, roadmap, приоритизацией, рисками, зависимостями и продуктовой документацией.
— Опыт создания или ведения артефактов: PRD, product brief, decision log, change log, чек-листы, статусы, таблицы, production-ready pack.
— Сильные аналитические навыки и уверенная работа с таблицами, данными, цифрами и большими объемами информации.
— Умение быстро разобраться в новом домене и разложить сложный процесс на понятную систему.

— Понимание экономики продукта: COGS, маржа, себестоимость, MOQ, влияние изменений на цену и прибыльность.
— Понимание упаковки, контроля качества, тестирования, сертификации и производственного цикла.
— Опыт работы с рынком США и/или Amazon.

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling our new data platform from the ground up. You’ll work with a clearly defined modern stack — ClickHouse, dbt, Airflow, Superset, and Keycloak — in a self-hosted, on-prem environment, alongside a senior team with direct access to business stakeholders and AI tooling support. The platform direction and priorities are already set, while you still have the authority and ownership to shape the analytics foundation and push production-ready dashboards with confidence.
Reporting to: Head of Data
Candidate profile:
— Strong SQL — including complex queries (window functions, CTEs, performance-aware joins, aggregation patterns). You can write a 200-line query and explain every part of it
— dbt — production experience building and maintaining models, tests, documentation, semantic layer
— Superset — or comparable hands-on production experience with Metabase, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau. You understand RLS, RBAC, semantic models, dashboard performance tuning
— Python — read and modify — you can read other people's Python code, understand existing pipelines, make targeted modifications. You don't need to architect Python systems, but you cannot be blocked by Python code in front of you
— ClickHouse — comfortable working directly against ClickHouse, or willing to ramp up fast from PostgreSQL / Snowflake / BigQuery experience (SQL is similar, operational quirks differ)
— AI-first workflow — daily use of advanced AI tools across all stages of work. Not just chat: agentic flows, code generation, validation, documentation. Mandatory
— Clear written communication — process descriptions, ticket specifications, dashboard documentation, stakeholder updates. Bad writing wastes everyone's time.
— End-to-end ownership — you don't hand off and forget. The numbers are yours until the stakeholder signs off.
— Comfort with ambiguity — sources are undocumented, business processes are unclear, requirements arrive in voice messages. You navigate it, you don't complain about it.
— Direct stakeholder interaction — you talk to Finance, Risk, Ops directly. No project manager will translate for you.
— Long-term thinking — this is a permanent role. What you build matters in two years, not just two weeks
Nice to have:
— Fintech domain knowledge — trading platforms, CRM, payments, regulatory reporting, KYC, AML.
— Airflow — read and modify existing DAGs. Building new ones is the Data Engineer's responsibility.
— Power BI — for porting / understanding existing reports being migrated.
— DAX — for the same reason.
— Knowledge of CySEC / MiFID II / GDPR / DORA — in the data context.
— Open-source data stack experience — Airflow, MinIO, Soda, Vector, Grafana — at user level

Требования:
— умение собирать и формализовывать требования;
— навыки описания бизнес-процессов с использованием BPMN/UML, составление Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria;
— умение структурировать информацию и логически мыслить
— способность задавать уточняющие вопросы и выявлять скрытые требования;
— коммуникабельность и умение работать с разными ролями (разработчики, тестировщики, владельцы продуктов);
— ответственность, самоорганизация, готовность к командной работе и взаимодействию в Agile-среде.

Линейка продуктов для защиты от интернет-рекламы, трекинга, фишинга и других веб-угроз. Экосистема продуктов состоит из множества браузерных расширений, десктопных и мобильных приложений.
Обязанности:
— Развивать продукт как часть единой экосистемы (mobile, desktop, extensions, web)
— Участвовать в формировании продуктового видения и развитии стратегии
— Работать с входящими задачами по продукту (продуктовые улучшения и новые фичи, стабильность и качество пользовательского опыта, учет внешних ограничений и требований)
— Приоритизировать задачи с учётом бизнес-целей и влияния на метрики
— Работать с продуктовыми метриками и принимать решения на основе данных
— Генерировать и валидировать гипотезы (CustDev, MVP, A/B тесты)
— Вести фичи end-to-end — от идеи до релиза
— Управлять roadmap и бэклогом совместно с командой
— Ставить задачи и сопровождать их до продакшена (Jira)
— Взаимодействовать с дизайнером в Figma, следить за UX/UI;
— Взаимодействовать с командами разработки, дизайна и аналитики
— Подключаться к запуску маркетинговых кампаний, участвовать в выработке позиционирования и промо-материалов
Требования:
— Опыт работы Product Manager от 4+ лет;
— Сильный технический бэкграунд и опыт работы с технически сложными продуктами;
— Понимание клиент-серверной архитектуры и принципов работы сложных систем;
— Опыт владения значимой частью продукта или направления;
— Владение английским не ниже B2 — читаем документацию, общаемся с международной командой;
— Опыт сопровождения фичей от идеи до релиза, самостоятельная постановка и декомпозиция задач;
— Опыт влияния на ключевые продуктовые метрики (DAU/WAU/MAU, Retention, Conversion, CAC, LTV и др.);
— Базовые знания UX/UI-дизайна;
— Умение работать с пользовательской аналитикой и принимать решения на её основе.
Будет плюсом:
— Навыки работы с SQL;
— Понимание сетевых технологий;
