— Go as the primary language for several projects.

— Confluence as a knowledge base.

Responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain Servers.com backend services.
— Participate in architecture design, perform refactoring and code reviews.
— Analyze and discuss technical solutions with the team to reach a consensus.
— Examine requirements for clarity and feasibility, decompose complex tasks.
— Work with testers to find, identify, and resolve issues.
Requirements:
— Experience with Ruby and related backend technologies.
— Proficiency in SQL databases and database architecture.
— Understanding of scalable backend systems and API development.
— Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab preferred).
— Comfortable communicating in English.

Responsibilities:
1.Product Design
— Designing end-to-end product experiences: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
— Conducting UX reviews and identifying improvement opportunities across onboarding, purchase flows, dashboards, and retention surfaces
— Transforming product hypotheses into clear, testable design concepts
— Collaborating with Product Managers on requirements, scoping, and prioritization
— Working closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation
— Analyzing user feedback and support insights to discover usability issues and hidden user needs
— Creating clear documentation: flows, rationales, component usage, interactions
— Participating in cross-team design reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers
2.Design System
— Building and maintaining a multi-platform design system (components, patterns, tokens, interactions)
— Auditing the existing library: removing legacy assets, optimizing structure, reducing duplication
— Creating and updating components using best practices (auto-layout, variants, tokens, constraints)
— Defining foundational UI rules: grids, spacing, typography, color, iconography
— Writing and maintaining documentation and usage guidelines for designers and developers
— Collaborating closely with engineers to align DS components with front-end implementation
— Supporting other designers with system usage, ensuring consistency and quality
— Translating new brand identity elements into scalable system components
What We’re Looking For:
— 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (mobile + web)
— Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and clean visual execution
— At least 1 year of dedicated focus on building or maintaining a Design System (library structure, components, tokens, documentation)
— Deep proficiency in Figma (variants, component properties, variables/tokens, prototyping)
— Understanding of front-end implementation constraints
— Ability to justify design decisions with data, research insights, and business logic
— Fluent Russian (spoken and written)
— Strong communication skills, ownership, and attention to detail
— Intermediate or advanced command of English (B1+)
Nice-to-Haves:
— Experience with large-scale UI updates or rebranding
— Experience working with design tokens or multi-theme/multi-brand design systems
— Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG, color contrast, interaction states)

— Design and develop backend architecture for an AI-powered data curation platform
— Build and maintain APIs using Python, FastAPI
— Develop agent orchestration and execution systems for AI agents
— Integrate LLM services (Claude/OpenAI) and LangChain-based workflows
— Implement data ingestion, parsing, and validation pipelines
— Build scalable processing pipelines for structured and unstructured scientific data

Senior Backend Developer (C# / .NET)

What You'll Be Doing:
— Build and operate multiple backend services in C# / .NET — game-facing APIs, player profiles, the in-game catalogue and economy, clans, chat, server orchestration, monetisation and player support. Most features cross service boundaries.
— Own a slice of the analytics / data plane. Design schemas in an OLAP / columnar store, model ingestion pipelines that handle late-arriving updates and partial re-deliveries, build cohort / retention / ROAS / LTV aggregates, and surface them through a BI tool the LiveOps and marketing teams read every day.
— Integrate monetisation and attribution.
— Run real-time systems. A real-time pub-sub layer pushes chat, notifications and game-server events to clients; a key-value store backs sessions, last-seen indexes and leaderboards; cache invalidation across services is event-driven.
— Operate hundreds of dedicated game servers.
— Build the internal admin / LiveOps console. When LiveOps needs a new editor — for a config, an A/B test, a region setting, a chat filter, a remote popup — whoever built the backend side usually builds the UI side too.
— Run on Google Cloud.
— Pair with Unity engineers on the contract between client and server, and make sure the server stays the source of truth — most anti-cheat work is enforced on the backend.
What We Expect From You:
— 5+ years of backend experience, with at least one live, monetised product shipped end-to-end. Direct mobile-games experience is preferred but a strong ad-tech, fintech or marketplace background with the right instincts also fits.
— Strong C# / .NET
— Experience with an OLAP / columnar database used in anger — ClickHouse, BigQuery, Druid, Pinot, or similar.
— Experience with a document store and a key-value / pub-sub store in production — MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos, etc. for the document side; Redis, KeyDB, Memcached and friends for caching and pub-sub.
— A working mental model of real-time and distributed systems — backpressure, idempotency, watermarks, eventual consistency, and the difference between a cache miss and a true source-of-truth read. The specific transport (WebSocket bus, message queue, gRPC stream) matters less than that you've felt the failure modes.
— Pragmatism with messy real-world data.
— Comfort across the stack. You won't always be writing server code. Some days you'll be writing SQL for an analyst, an admin screen for LiveOps, an alert rule for incident response, or a config migration script.
— English - B1+ level, Russian - C1 level.

What You'll Be Doing:
— Build and operate multiple backend services in C# / .NET — game-facing APIs, player profiles, the in-game catalogue and economy, clans, chat, server orchestration, monetisation and player support. Most features cross service boundaries.
— Own a slice of the analytics / data plane. Design schemas in an OLAP / columnar store, model ingestion pipelines that handle late-arriving updates and partial re-deliveries, build cohort / retention / ROAS / LTV aggregates, and surface them through a BI tool the LiveOps and marketing teams read every day.
— Integrate monetisation and attribution.
— Run real-time systems. A real-time pub-sub layer pushes chat, notifications and game-server events to clients; a key-value store backs sessions, last-seen indexes and leaderboards; cache invalidation across services is event-driven.
— Operate hundreds of dedicated game servers.
— Build the internal admin / LiveOps console. When LiveOps needs a new editor — for a config, an A/B test, a region setting, a chat filter, a remote popup — whoever built the backend side usually builds the UI side too.
— Run on Google Cloud.
— Pair with Unity engineers on the contract between client and server, and make sure the server stays the source of truth — most anti-cheat work is enforced on the backend.
What We Expect From You:
— 5+ years of backend experience, with at least one live, monetised product shipped end-to-end. Direct mobile-games experience is preferred but a strong ad-tech, fintech or marketplace background with the right instincts also fits.
— Strong C# / .NET
— Experience with an OLAP / columnar database used in anger — ClickHouse, BigQuery, Druid, Pinot, or similar.
— Experience with a document store and a key-value / pub-sub store in production — MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos, etc. for the document side; Redis, KeyDB, Memcached and friends for caching and pub-sub.
— A working mental model of real-time and distributed systems — backpressure, idempotency, watermarks, eventual consistency, and the difference between a cache miss and a true source-of-truth read. The specific transport (WebSocket bus, message queue, gRPC stream) matters less than that you've felt the failure modes.
— Pragmatism with messy real-world data.
— Comfort across the stack. You won't always be writing server code. Some days you'll be writing SQL for an analyst, an admin screen for LiveOps, an alert rule for incident response, or a config migration script.
— English - B1+ level, Russian - C1 level.

— Redis (cache, pub/sub) и WebSocket (Socket.IO предпочтительно);
