Key responsibilities:
— Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for various company departments
— Collaboration with other teams to identify analytical needs and provide actionable insights
— User behavior analysis to generate insights

Required Experience:
— At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role
— English proficiency at B2+ level (Upper Intermediate or higher)
— Russian - native-level proficiency
— Willingness to actively collaborate with an international team
Technical Skills:
— Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for working with large datasets
— Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, seaborn, plotly, stats)
— Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or similar platforms
— Understanding of basic statistics and probability theory
— Experience with Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management
Soft Skills:
— Strong communication skills, ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels
— Ability to dive deep into subject areas to understand business processes
— Proactivity and a desire to grow
Nice to have:
— Experience with ClickHouse

— Участвовать в тестировании новых решений, создании тестовых стендов, поиске оптимальных подходов к нетривиальным задачам. Инициировать и вести стратегические проекты в инфраструктуре. В стартапе R&D — это основной двигатель

— Строить гибридную облачную инфраструктуру: bare metal (market data) + AWS (web-приложение).

— Работать с базами данных (ScyllaDB, Redis, PostgreSQL), event-stores, стеком HashiCorp (Nomad, Consul, Vault). Дополнительно приветствуется опыт с Docker, Envoy, Traefik. Мы планируем переход с Nomad на Kubernetes — будем пробовать вместе.
— Создавать CI/CD-пайплайны в GitLab.

— Data proficiency: Strong SQL skillsfor data verification and backend state validation.

Требования:

Головной офис компании находится в Irvine, California, USA. Команда разработки распределена по разным странам и часовым поясам.
Обязанности:
— Руководство и развитие 8 QA-инженеров в трех командах
— Построение, развитие и оптимизация QA-процессов
— Внедрение AI-инструментов в повседневную работу: генерация тест-кейсов, анализ логов, авторевью требований, сокращение рутины и ручной работы
— Взаимодействие с dev-командами, PM и стейкхолдерами по вопросам качества
— Активное участие в формировании QA-стандартов на уровне департамента
— Участие в найме, адаптации и развитии QA-инженеров
— Контроль покрытия тестами и состояние тест-документации по всем проектам
— Взаимодействие с AQA-инженером: определять приоритеты автоматизации, ревьюить покрытие
— Передача знаний и развитие экспертизы команды в области автоматизации
— Анализ и формирование метрик качества процессов тестирования
Требования:
— Опыт в QA от 5 лет
— Опыт в роли QA Lead от 1,5 - 2 лет (включая опыт развития и обучения QA-инженеров)
— Опыт построения или улучшения QA-процессов в команде
— Понимание SDLC и Agile/Scrum
— Умение принимать решения в условиях неопределённости и брать за них ответственность
— Опыт работы с Atlassian-продуктами и TMS (Allure TestOps или аналоги)
— Опыт внедрения AI-инструментов в работу QA-команды
— Опыт тестирования и автоматизации API (Postman, Swagger)
— Опыт использования SQL для работы с тестовыми данными
— Опыт автоматизации тестирования (Python, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Slack)
— Опыт по нагрузочному тестированию (Locust, Jmeter)
— Уровень английского от B2: деловая переписка, командные встречи
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт в fintech / banking
— Опыт с мобильным тестированием (iOS, Android)
— Опыт работы с инструментами логирования: Sentry, Datadog, OpenSearch
— Опыт оценки эффективности и компетенций сотрудника

Компания создаёт AI-продукты в сфере потребительского финтеха в США — кредитование и управление личными финансами
В этой роли вы будете отвечать за отчётность, ad-hoc аналитику, работу с метриками и перевод аналитической функций на агенты поверх SQL/Python-логики, источников данных и проверок качества.
После перевода регулярной отчётности и ad-hoc аналитики на агентов в первые 3 месяца фокус сместится на более сложные задачи: работы с риск моделями и продвинутой продуктовой аналитикой.
Требования:
—2+ года опыта в аналитике, analytics engineering, data engineering или гибридной data-роли. Готовы рассмотреть сильных кандидатов с меньшим или большим опытом, если есть сильная аналитическая база и практический интерес к агентам.
— Сильный SQL: сложные джойны, CTE, оконные функции, оптимизация, чтение и рефакторинг чужого кода.
— Сильный Python: для аналитики и автоматизации: pandas, работа с API, scheduled jobs.
— Реальный интерес к агентам и автоматизации аналитики**:** вы пробовали строить агентов, подключать их к данным или API, и понимаете, почему нужны проверки, ограничения и human review.
— Культура работы с данными: воспроизводимость, прозрачные определения метрик, проверки качества и бизнес смысла смысла, аккуратная работа с чувствительными данными, версионирование логики, инкрементальные выгрузки, оптимизация запросов, понимание нагрузки на БД.

— Опыт с BI-инструментами: Grafana или аналоги.
