Responsibilities:
— Own end-to-end quality assurance across a multi-component ecosystem, including Web, iOS/Android mobile applications, and Backend services
— Lead validation of high-risk integrations, including third-party SDKs, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability
— Design and maintain test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria for complex product features
— Perform early-stage (shift-left) analysis of requirements, specifications, and architecture to identify risks and inconsistencies
— Manage the full defect lifecycle: identify, document, prioritize, and verify fixes within release cycles
— Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using logs and monitoring tools across staging and production environments
— Collaborate with DevOps and Automation teams to improve CI/CD processes and accelerate delivery
— Provide flexible QA support across teams and projects based on business needs
Requirements:
— Over 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within product-driven or financial environments
— Strong expertise in mobile QA: deep understanding of iOS and Android architectures, experience with Xcode and Android Studio, and client-server interactions
— Hands-on experience with traffic inspection tools (e.g., Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler) for debugging integrations and analyzing API traffic
— Solid experience in backend and API testing: REST (Postman, Swagger, cURL) and familiarity with gRPC (Protobuf)
— Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
— Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Kibana) for troubleshooting and RCA
— Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and experience working in complex, enterprise environments
— English B2
Nice-to-have:
— Basic knowledge of test automation, CI/CD (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and SQL for data validation

— 8+ years of experience.
— Solid JavaScript and TypeScript foundation.
— Deep knowledge of React and proven experience building complex applications.
— Problem-solving skills.
— An eye for detail, the ability to bring design mockups to life as user-friendly interfaces.
— Good communication and collaboration skills.
— Self-motivated, with remote/async work experience.

— Работал с нативной Android/iOS-разработкой и понимаешь, как устроен Flutter “под капотом” - от рендеринга до оптимизации.
— Умеешь подбирать архитектуру и подход к состоянию под конкретную задачу.

— Запускал приложение с нуля или вёл миграцию с нативного кода на Flutter.

— Own and develop internal Customer Support tools, agent workflows, and customer-facing support experience.

— Manage backlog, discovery, delivery, and product launches.

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
— Experience in Customer Support, support tooling, service operations, or customer experience optimization.
— Strong product discovery and prioritization skills, data-driven mindset.
— Proven impact in optimizing operational processes, with measurable results in efficiency, cost reduction, automation, speed, or quality.
— Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
— Experience with automation, AI tools, self-service products, or agent-assist solutions.
— Solid understanding of end-to-end support operations, including ticket lifecycle, routing, escalation, SLA management, quality control, and workforce/process constraints.
— Basic understanding of crypto / blockchain (hands-on experience is a plus).

— Проектировать, разрабатывать, тестировать, отлаживать и поддерживать back end и front end приложения на Python

Constructor is the only search and product discovery platform tailor-made for enterprise e-commerce where conversions matter.
Responsibilities:
— Build/deploy/support services using Python and FastAPI.
— Write AWS CloudFormation scripts, Jenkins Jobs, GitHub Actions following best industry standards.
— Set up service observability, monitoring metrics, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, AWS CloudWatch).
— Implement CI/CD pipelines and separate stability testing.
— Collaborate with technical and non-technical business partners to develop/update functionalities.
— Communicate with stakeholders within and outside the team.
Requirements:
— Strong computer science background & familiarity with networking principles.
— Experience in designing, developing & maintaining highload real-time services.
— Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform for managing cloud resources.
— Hands-on experience with setting up and improving CI/CD pipelines.
— Proficiency in Python.
— Experience in server-side coding for web services, and a good understanding of API design principles.
— Skilled in setting up and managing observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and integrating alert systems like PagerDuty.
— Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture, knowledge of communication protocols like protobuf.
— Experience with NoSQL and relational databases, distributed systems, and caching solutions (MySQL/PostgreSQL, ClickHouse/Athena).
— Experience with any of the major public cloud service providers: AWS, Azure, GCP.
— Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
— Excellent English communication skills.
— Ideal candidate has previous experience building ad tech solutions.

— Разработка и оптимизация сервисов на Node.js/TypeScript (NestJS) и Go
— Развитие rule-based скоринга: новые правила, низкая латентность, эффективные запросы
— Проектирование долгоживущих воркфлоу на Temporal(мердж профилей, каскадные проверки)
— Глубокая работа с Kafka/RabbitMQ: гарантированная доставка, дедупликация, out-of-order обработка
— Оптимизация схем и запросов для PostgreSQL и ClickHouse(MergeTree и др.)
— Интеграция ML/AI-компонентов в бэкенд: контракты, фолбэки, нагрузочное тестирование
— Участие в развитии agentic-инфраструктуры команды
Требования:
— 5+ лет коммерческой backend-разработки
— Сильный опыт в Node.js/TS или Go + готовность работать со вторым языком
— Практика проектирования высоконагруженных распределённых систем с нуля
— Уверенное владение ClickHouse, Redis (не только как кэш), Kubernetes
— Понимание идемпотентности, саг, event-driven архитектуры
— Agentic-мышление: активное использование AI (OpenAI, Anthropic и др.) в работе
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт с Temporal или аналогами
— Работа в антифроде, риск-движках или платёжных системах
— Интеграция ML-моделей в продакшн
Условия:
— Полностью удалённая работа (вне РФ)
— График: 9–18 CET

— Jira as an issue tracker.

Responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain Servers.com backend services.
— Participate in architecture design, perform refactoring and code reviews.
— Analyze and discuss technical solutions with the team to reach a consensus.
— Examine requirements for clarity and feasibility, decompose complex tasks.
— Work with testers to find, identify, and resolve issues.
Requirements:
— Experience with Ruby and related backend technologies.
— Proficiency in SQL databases and database architecture.
— Understanding of scalable backend systems and API development.
— Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab preferred).
— Comfortable communicating in English.
