Ruby Labs is a tech company with a portfolio of consumer products in health, education, and entertainment. We’re looking for a Senior or Lead Data Analyst with deep experience in subscription billing analytics and strong technical skills in ClickHouse (and ideally Tinybird). You will own analytics for billing and payments: build and optimize datasets and queries, define billing metrics, and deliver dashboards that product, finance, and operations teams rely on daily.
Responsibilities:
— Build and maintain data pipelines in Tinybird and ClickHouse to power dashboards and self-serve analytics.
— Optimize ClickHouse queries for performance, correctness.
— Design and maintain core billing metrics: gross/net revenue, refunds, chargeback rate, dispute rate, approval rate, churn, LTV, MRR/ARR, and cohort retention.
— Create and iterate on dashboards/visualizations for internal stakeholders (Billing/Finance/Product/Support/Risk).
— Investigate anomalies and data-quality issues (e.g., spikes in refunds, rising dispute rates, drops in approval rates), perform root-cause analysis, and propose actions.
— Partner with engineering on data instrumentation and event tracking to ensure high-quality billing data.
— Document logic (metric definitions, tables, pipeline behavior) and establish quality checks (tests/monitoring).
Qualifications:
— Strong subscription billing experience is mandatory (payments + renewals + refunds + disputes/chargebacks).
— Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, incremental logic, performance-aware query writing).
— Production experience with ClickHouse: query tuning and data modeling for analytics workloads.
— Experience building basic ETL/ELT pipelines (scheduling, incremental loads, validation, monitoring).
— Git workflow (PRs, code review, versioning of SQL/data logic).
— Strong experience building dashboards and visualizations (BI tools or internal dashboards) with a focus on business clarity and metric correctness.
— Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
— Fluent English.
Nice to Have:
— Tinybird experience (pipes, endpoints, materializations, performance tuning).
— JavaScript (dashboard integrations, or data apps).
— Python (for analysis/automation), dbt, Airflow(or other orchestration).
— Experience in risk/fraud analytics.
— Experience with experimentation A/B tests.

Responsibilities:
— Own end-to-end quality assurance across a multi-component ecosystem, including Web, iOS/Android mobile applications, and Backend services
— Lead validation of high-risk integrations, including third-party SDKs, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability
— Design and maintain test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria for complex product features
— Perform early-stage (shift-left) analysis of requirements, specifications, and architecture to identify risks and inconsistencies
— Manage the full defect lifecycle: identify, document, prioritize, and verify fixes within release cycles
— Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using logs and monitoring tools across staging and production environments
— Collaborate with DevOps and Automation teams to improve CI/CD processes and accelerate delivery
— Provide flexible QA support across teams and projects based on business needs
Requirements:
— Over 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within product-driven or financial environments
— Strong expertise in mobile QA: deep understanding of iOS and Android architectures, experience with Xcode and Android Studio, and client-server interactions
— Hands-on experience with traffic inspection tools (e.g., Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler) for debugging integrations and analyzing API traffic
— Solid experience in backend and API testing: REST (Postman, Swagger, cURL) and familiarity with gRPC (Protobuf)
— Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
— Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Kibana) for troubleshooting and RCA
— Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and experience working in complex, enterprise environments
— English B2

Responsibilities:
— Own end-to-end quality assurance across a multi-component ecosystem, including Web, iOS/Android mobile applications, and Backend services
— Lead validation of high-risk integrations, including third-party SDKs, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability
— Design and maintain test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria for complex product features
— Perform early-stage (shift-left) analysis of requirements, specifications, and architecture to identify risks and inconsistencies
— Manage the full defect lifecycle: identify, document, prioritize, and verify fixes within release cycles
— Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using logs and monitoring tools across staging and production environments
— Collaborate with DevOps and Automation teams to improve CI/CD processes and accelerate delivery
— Provide flexible QA support across teams and projects based on business needs
Requirements:
— Over 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within product-driven or financial environments
— Strong expertise in mobile QA: deep understanding of iOS and Android architectures, experience with Xcode and Android Studio, and client-server interactions
— Hands-on experience with traffic inspection tools (e.g., Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler) for debugging integrations and analyzing API traffic
— Solid experience in backend and API testing: REST (Postman, Swagger, cURL) and familiarity with gRPC (Protobuf)
— Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
— Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Kibana) for troubleshooting and RCA
— Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and experience working in complex, enterprise environments
— English B2

— Basic knowledge of test automation, CI/CD (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and SQL for data validation

Responsibilities:
— Own and develop internal Customer Support tools, agent workflows, and customer-facing support experience.
— Lead operational efficiency initiatives to reduce cost per ticket, manual workload, and operational complexity without compromising speed, resolution quality, or CSAT.
— Identify improvement opportunities using support metrics, user feedback, contact reasons, agent insights, and ticket analysis.
— Automate manual support processes and implement AI-based solutions for self-service, ticket classification, routing, agent assistance, and repetitive case resolution.
— Translate recurring support issues into product improvements, automation opportunities, and operational process changes.
— Optimize end-to-end support journeys for both customers and agents, including self-service, AI bot flows, human handoff, and resolution.
— Work with cross-functional product, compliance, and operations teams to reduce contact rate by identifying and fixing root causes of support requests.
— Manage backlog, discovery, delivery, and product launches.
— Track and improve key support metrics: CSAT, ART, TTR, SLA, fallback rate, contact rate, automation rate, and cost per ticket.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
— Experience in Customer Support, support tooling, service operations, or customer experience optimization.
— Strong product discovery and prioritization skills, data-driven mindset.
— Proven impact in optimizing operational processes, with measurable results in efficiency, cost reduction, automation, speed, or quality.
— Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
— Experience with automation, AI tools, self-service products, or agent-assist solutions.
— Solid understanding of end-to-end support operations, including ticket lifecycle, routing, escalation, SLA management, quality control, and workforce/process constraints.
— Basic understanding of crypto / blockchain (hands-on experience is a plus).
— English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Обязанности:

Требования:
— Локация: Вне РФ в данный момент.
— Опыт разработки backend-приложений на Python более 6 лет;
— Отличные навыки проектирования API, проектирования конвейеров данных и интеграции сервисов
— Опыт работы с Python-фреймворками, а именно: FastApi, Django
— Опыт работы со стеком технологий, используемых в проекте: MongoDB, Redis, Express
— Плюсом будет: знакомство и опыт работы с elasticsearch
— Опыт работы с рабочими процессами разработки, основанными на оценке или с участием LLM
— Опыт построения RAG-систем, работы с LLM и векторными хранилищами данных
— Опыт работы с базами данных, в частности с MS SQL и PostgreSQL
— Опыт работы в AWS/GoogleCloud;
— Опыт использования Kubernetes + Docker + CI/CD
— Опыт работы с системами отслеживания, такими как Jira, Zephyr и тд
— Опытный пользователь операционных систем на базе Unix/Linux
— Хорошее знание классических алгоритмов и структур данных
— Хорошее понимание ООП и шаблонов проектирования
— Хороший опыт в модульном тестировании, предметно-ориентированном проектировании и проверке кода
— Плюсом будет опыт создания внешнего приложения с нуля, включая настройку Webpack и создание инфраструктуры тестирования на основе чего-то вроде Karma/AVA/Mocha/Jasmine и т. д.
— Плюсом будет опыт работы с ML-инфраструктурой: Feature Stores, векторные БД и системы поиска
— Хороший устный технический английский

Обязанности:
— Проектировать, разрабатывать, тестировать, отлаживать и поддерживать back end и front end приложения на Python
— Участвовать на всех этапах жизненного цикла разработки программного обеспечения: требования, архитектура/проектирование, внедрение, тестирование, выпуск, обслуживание ПО

— Strong problem solving skills and ownership mindset
— Good level of English
