Обязанности:
— Работать над Onboarding и Monetization с фокусом на постоянный рост ARPU;
— Генерировать, проверять и приоритизировать продуктовые гипотезы, улучшая пользовательские сценарии через процессы быстрого discovery;
— Самостоятельно создавать и тестировать прототипы (Figma, AI-инструменты, no-code или lightweight-решения) для проверки механик и пользовательской ценности до передачи в разработку;
— Управлять продуктовым бэклогом и обеспечивать доведение фич до релиза в сжатые сроки;
— Плотно взаимодействовать с дизайнерами и разработчиками на этапе delivery, обеспечивая качество и своевременность релизов.
Требования:
— Продуктовый опыт: 2+ года в Mobile B2C в фокусом на Growth;
— Большой опыт с A/B тестами (запуск от 20 запущенных в квартал);
— Английский от Intermediate;
— Hands-on подход и умение быстро проверять гипотезы без ожидания разработки (прототипы, демо, no-code / low-code решения);
— Опыт быстрого прототипирования (Figma AI, v0, Streamlit, no-code инструменты);
— Высокий темп работы и ориентация на быстрый delivery ценности пользователю;
— Опыт работы с продуктовыми метриками и пользовательскими сценариями.

Responsibilities:
— Maintain detailed tracking across all active projects, workstreams, and milestones.

Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program coordination in a tech environment.
— Proven ability to manage several parallel projects with multiple stakeholders.
— Strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills.
— High attention to detail and ability to keep structured control over moving parts.
— Ability to work with technical teams and confidently participate in technical syncs.
— Strong written and verbal communication skills.
— Ability to turn discussions into clear actions, owners, and timelines.
— Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
— Strong sense of ownership and execution discipline.
— Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar.
Preferred:
— Experience in product or engineering-led organizations.
— Experience preparing leadership-level status reports.
— Experience improving team processes, not just tracking existing ones.

— Experience in automation testing using Python (or Kotlin, C#).

About Position

Job responsibilities:
— Organize, restructure, and polish large slide decks — ensuring layout consistency, logical flow, and visual clarity across 50–100+ slide presentations;
— Build and maintain reusable templates, component libraries, and scalable design systems for presentations;
— Develop original visual concepts for new presentations and materials from scratch, translating complex scientific or business briefs into clear visual narratives;
— Work directly with cross-functional teams — including AI researchers, immunologists, oncologists, molecular biologists, business development, sales, and company leadership — to understand their content and shape how it's communicated;
— Contribute to broader design and branding efforts across the company, including visual identity, guidelines, and design standards;
— Contribute to R&D projects by assisting researchers with specialized visual materials, including scientific infographics (schemes and graphical abstracts), conference posters for major industry events (e.g., ASCO, AACR), and figure layouts for top-tier journals publications (e.g., Cell, Nature).
Required qualifications:
— 2+ years of work experience in presentation design;

About Position
BostonGene works at the intersection of AI and oncology. We build analytical platforms that help pharma companies and oncology researchers to decode complex biological and clinical data.
Job responsibilities:
— Organize, restructure, and polish large slide decks — ensuring layout consistency, logical flow, and visual clarity across 50–100+ slide presentations;
— Build and maintain reusable templates, component libraries, and scalable design systems for presentations;
— Develop original visual concepts for new presentations and materials from scratch, translating complex scientific or business briefs into clear visual narratives;
— Work directly with cross-functional teams — including AI researchers, immunologists, oncologists, molecular biologists, business development, sales, and company leadership — to understand their content and shape how it's communicated;
— Contribute to broader design and branding efforts across the company, including visual identity, guidelines, and design standards;
— Contribute to R&D projects by assisting researchers with specialized visual materials, including scientific infographics (schemes and graphical abstracts), conference posters for major industry events (e.g., ASCO, AACR), and figure layouts for top-tier journals publications (e.g., Cell, Nature).
Required qualifications:
— 2+ years of work experience in presentation design;
— A strong portfolio that includes presentation work and demonstrates the ability to communicate complex or technical content visually;

Ruby Labs is a tech company with a portfolio of consumer products in health, education, and entertainment. We’re looking for a Senior or Lead Data Analyst with deep experience in subscription billing analytics and strong technical skills in ClickHouse (and ideally Tinybird). You will own analytics for billing and payments: build and optimize datasets and queries, define billing metrics, and deliver dashboards that product, finance, and operations teams rely on daily.
Responsibilities:
— Build and maintain data pipelines in Tinybird and ClickHouse to power dashboards and self-serve analytics.
— Optimize ClickHouse queries for performance, correctness.
— Design and maintain core billing metrics: gross/net revenue, refunds, chargeback rate, dispute rate, approval rate, churn, LTV, MRR/ARR, and cohort retention.
— Create and iterate on dashboards/visualizations for internal stakeholders (Billing/Finance/Product/Support/Risk).
— Investigate anomalies and data-quality issues (e.g., spikes in refunds, rising dispute rates, drops in approval rates), perform root-cause analysis, and propose actions.
— Partner with engineering on data instrumentation and event tracking to ensure high-quality billing data.
— Document logic (metric definitions, tables, pipeline behavior) and establish quality checks (tests/monitoring).
Qualifications:
— Strong subscription billing experience is mandatory (payments + renewals + refunds + disputes/chargebacks).
— Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, incremental logic, performance-aware query writing).
— Production experience with ClickHouse: query tuning and data modeling for analytics workloads.
— Experience building basic ETL/ELT pipelines (scheduling, incremental loads, validation, monitoring).
— Git workflow (PRs, code review, versioning of SQL/data logic).
— Strong experience building dashboards and visualizations (BI tools or internal dashboards) with a focus on business clarity and metric correctness.
— Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
— Fluent English.
Nice to Have:
— Tinybird experience (pipes, endpoints, materializations, performance tuning).
— JavaScript (dashboard integrations, or data apps).
— Python (for analysis/automation), dbt, Airflow(or other orchestration).
— Experience in risk/fraud analytics.
— Experience with experimentation A/B tests.

Основные задачи:
— Разработка и внедрение CRM-стратегии для casino/sportsbook
— Постановка и достижение KPI по удержанию и LTV
— Планирование и запуск промо-кампаний, анализ эффективности
— Управление командой и развитие CRM-процессов
Требования:
— 3+ года опыта как Head of CRM / CRM Lead в iGaming
— Опыт управления командой и построения CRM-системы с нуля/масштабирования
— Сильные аналитические навыки, понимание метрик: retention, CR, ARPU, LTV
— Знание или понимание украинского языка

What we expect:
— 3+ years as a Product Manager in GameDev (HOG/Puzzles genres and participation in projects with high traffic will be a big plus);
— Strong experience with hybrid monetization models (ads + in-app) in mobile apps;
— Real contribution to product improvement and proven success in driving impactful changes (increasing DAU/MAU, revenue, retention, etc.);
— Experience in building and developing projects from scratch;
— Systematic experience conducting A/B tests and working with analytical systems;
— Knowledge of general game balance and difficulty curve construction;
— Understanding of key product metrics and financial aspects how to use them for performance analysis and decision-making.
What you’ll do:
— Take full ownership of product area, driving from ideation through to measurable results;
— Identify growth opportunities and optimize product to systematically improve key metrics, performance, and stability based on data and user feedback;
— Adapt the product to market needs and user expectations;
— Prioritize features and evaluate their potential impact on product performance;
— Analyze released features, comparing actual results with forecasts;
— Design, run, and scale A/B tests to optimize both new and existing functionality;
— Work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and UA teams;
— Create and maintain clear and comprehensive product requirements;
— Prepare product reports and roadmaps for stakeholders and leadership;
— Explore new growth opportunities and monetization strategies in the gaming space.
