Fullstack / Backend Developer (AI-Native Architect)

Компания переходит на AI-Native Development: формат, где 100% кода генерируется агентами, а разработчик выступает в роли архитектора и «дирижера» процесса.
Задачи:
— Проектирование и запуск новых продуктов, используя Cursor, ИИ-агентов и LLM.
— Принятие решений по структуре БД, выбору паттернов и логике взаимодействия сервисов.
— Ты не пишешь каждую строчку, но ты гарантируешь чистоту архитектуры, производительность и безопасность того, что выдал ИИ.
— Поддержка инфраструктуры и обеспечение отказоустойчивости существующих систем (legacy).
Наш стек и ожидания:
— Backend: Node.js (основной), Python (будет плюсом, не обязательно).
— Data: PostgreSQL, Redis.
— Infrastructure: Docker, понимание CI/CD процессов.
— Mindset: Опыт построения масштабируемых систем и умение декомпозировать задачи так, чтобы агент выдавал качественный результат.
Условия:
— График 5/2 9-18 МСК, но готовы обсуждать
— Оформление по договору ИП (Казахстан, Киргизия, Узбекистан, Грузия, Армения, Сербия).
— Помощь старших коллег и обучение ИИ практикам.
Немного вводных о нашей работе:
— Работаем в нише бизнес-коммуникаций.
— У нас несколько продуктов. Собеседуем на 1MSG, платформа для интеграции WhatsApp Business API.
— 2 Backend и 1 Frontend разработчик, Project Manager и владельцы продукта.
— Планируем задачи двухнедельными спринтами.
— Проводим дэйли трижды в неделю (Пн, Ср, Пт) в 17 МСК.
— Все рабочее общение живет в Slack.

Responsibilities:
— Perform in-depth manual and automated testing of microservices, APIs, databases, and message brokers.
— Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts from scratch (using Python, Pytest, HTTPX/Requests) and support the existing test framework.
— Review and validate requirements and technical specifications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
— Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
— Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), configure test environments (Docker, Shell), and manage test reporting (Allure TestOps).
— Review and validate requirements and technical specifications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
— Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to validate new features, verify bug fixes, and conduct regression testing.
— Mentor, onboard, and develop QA Engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
— Design and enhance testing processes, optimizing routine workflows (including the use of AI tools).
What We Expect From You:
— 5+ years of overall QAexperience, including solid hands-on experience in test automation (Python) and a strong background in manual backend testing for complex applications.
— Core Tech Stack: Python, Pytest, Locust, HTTPX/Requests, Allure/Allure TestOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kafka, Postman/Hoppscotch, Shell, Grafana, ArgoCD, PostgreSQL.

Required qualifications:
— 2+ years of work experience in presentation design;

— Typescript
— Angular

Обязанности:
— Создание и развитие программных продуктов компании;
— Поставка качественных программных решений в срок;
— Выбор решений, обоснование, проектирование и реализация;
— Следование общему процессу разработки ПО в Компании;
— Написание чистого кода, покрытого тестами;
— Вовремя закрытые технические долги, проведенный рефакторинг кода.
Требования:
— Знаете принципы программирования SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI, GoF и разумно применяете их в своей работе;
— Знаете шаблоны проектирования;
— Слышали про GRASP-принципы, антипаттерны в программировании и проектировании архитектуры;
— Отлично знаете JavaScript/TypeScript;
— Уверенно владеете Angular;
— Уверенно владеете RxJs;
— Умеете писать unit-тесты;
— Понимаете HTTP и WS, умеете работать с ними;
— Знаете принципы построения надежной архитектуры и умеете создавать поддерживаемые и масштабируемые решения;
— Пишете сопроводительную документацию;
— Владеете Git’ом (gitlab);
— Продуктивны и не боитесь сложных задач, требующих поиска решений.
Будет плюсом:

— Have 5+ years of digital design experience in an agency setting;
— Thrive on solving complex UX problems and possess the strategic insight to deliver premier visual design solutions;
— Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
— Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of user experience, visual design, and branding for digital products;
— Can define opportunities as well as experience requirements by understanding individual business intricacies along with market opportunities and user needs;
— Have experience creating innovative design concepts for digital products and marketing websites;
— Are able to design wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes to visualize the entire experience based on the defined user flows;
— Have experience mentoring junior designers;
— Can collaborate with front-end developers to oversee the design implementation and ensure the quality of the end product;
— Possess strong written English skills, fluency in spoken English is preferred;
— Are located within a ±2-hour time zone of CET.

Responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain BI dashboards and analytical reports for product, marketing, and operations teams;
— Analyze user funnels, retention, and behavior in B2C dating products using Amplitude and Mixpanel;
— Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate hypotheses and measure impact on product metrics;
— Develop and automate analytical systems and performance metrics (KPI, CR, ARPU, LTV, etc.);
— Build and optimize Data Marts for data storage and processing;
— Perform causal analysis and identify correlations between user behavior and product performance;
— Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to drive data-based decision-making;
— Promote a data-driven culture within the company.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst;
— Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and automation;
— Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development;
— Solid knowledge of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data modeling;
— Understanding of key product metrics and analytical principles in B2C products;
— Experience developing analytical systems, metrics, and automated reports;
— Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and Mixpanel;
— Strong ability to structure tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
— Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Working conditions:
— Remote working in a friendly and comfortable development team
— 2 weeks paid holiday per year
— Paid sick days
