Команда:
— СТО Ex Director of Engineering UBER
— Founder 5+ startups 2 successful exits.
— VP of engineering ( Ex Google)
Требования:
— Живете стартапами, читаете techcrunch, знаете, что такое YC, 500 startups, AngelList, crunchbase, активно ведете LI итп.
— Желательно опыт открытия своего бизнеса, не важно какого уровня и каких успехов.
— Опыт работы, либо в стартапах ( желательно Западных), либо в крупных технологических компаниях ( Yandex, VK, Ozon, Tinkoff) либо в аудиторах ( KPMG, EY итп) будет огромным преимуществом.
— Образование: Физтех, физмат
Задачи:
— проводить CustDev-интервью с клиентами, партнёрами и пользователями
— выяснять, как они сейчас решают задачу, что их неустраивает, за что готовы платить
— проверять гипотезы: что реально нужно рынку, а что красивая фантазия
— собирать обратную связь по демо, пилотам, прототипам и текущему продукту
— выявлять, какие функции критичны для продажи и запуска пилота
— собирать и структурировать требования к продукту от фаундера, рынка, клиентов и команды
— формировать roadmap: что делаем сейчас, что позже, что вообще не делаем
— ставить задачи дизайнеру и разработчикам, объяснять логику, приоритет и ожидаемый результат
— контролировать, чтобы дизайн и разработка двигались в нужную сторону, без потери смысла и сроков
— искать нужных внешних провайдеров, сервисы и data sources под задачи продукта
— сравнивать поставщиков по качеству, цене, SLA, скорости, покрытию, рискам и удобству интеграции
— вести переговоры с провайдерами по ценам, условиям, SLA, API, объёмам, срокам и поддержке
— выбирать лучших поставщиков и согласовывать решение с фаундером
— переводить договорённости с провайдерами в понятные задачи для разработки, дизайна и юристов
— координировать интеграции от первого контакта до рабочего запуска в продукте
— держать в порядке всю продуктовую документацию: требования, статусы, зависимости, решения
— доводить каждую функцию и интеграцию не “до почти готово”, а до рабочего состояния
Условия:

Обязанности:
— Проводить A/B тесты

— Работать с Retention rate и LTV подписок и суппортеров

Требования:
— Опыт работы от 5 лет
— Уверенные знания в области математической статистики и теории вероятностей
— Продвинутый SQL
— Знание Python (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, sklearn)
— Опыт работы с BI (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
— Письменный английский.
Стек технологий:

Must-Have Requirements:
— 6+ years of Project Management experience in mobile gaming or the broader games industry
— Experience auditing and redesigning workflows to reduce overhead and increase team velocity
— Ability to align diverse stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business without direct authority
— Experience working in or closely alongside mobile game product teams — you understand the cadence, the metrics, and the culture
— Deep, hands-on experience with Jira — you will own the tool configuration, workflows, and best practices for the entire division
— Genuine interest in and hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, or similar) applied to real team workflows
— Comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics — and building the systems to track them
— Excellent written communication in English; able to produce clear, concise updates for both team and leadership audiences
This is a fully on-site role at our Barcelona office

What We Expect from This Role:

Компания переходит на AI-Native Development: формат, где 100% кода генерируется агентами, а разработчик выступает в роли архитектора и «дирижера» процесса.
Задачи:
— Проектирование и запуск новых продуктов, используя Cursor, ИИ-агентов и LLM.
— Принятие решений по структуре БД, выбору паттернов и логике взаимодействия сервисов.
— Ты не пишешь каждую строчку, но ты гарантируешь чистоту архитектуры, производительность и безопасность того, что выдал ИИ.
— Поддержка инфраструктуры и обеспечение отказоустойчивости существующих систем (legacy).
Наш стек и ожидания:
— Backend: Node.js (основной), Python (будет плюсом, не обязательно).
— Data: PostgreSQL, Redis.
— Infrastructure: Docker, понимание CI/CD процессов.
— Mindset: Опыт построения масштабируемых систем и умение декомпозировать задачи так, чтобы агент выдавал качественный результат.

— График 5/2 9-18 МСК, но готовы обсуждать

— Работать над Onboarding и Monetization с фокусом на постоянный рост ARPU;
— Генерировать, проверять и приоритизировать продуктовые гипотезы, улучшая пользовательские сценарии через процессы быстрого discovery;
— Самостоятельно создавать и тестировать прототипы (Figma, AI-инструменты, no-code или lightweight-решения) для проверки механик и пользовательской ценности до передачи в разработку;
— Управлять продуктовым бэклогом и обеспечивать доведение фич до релиза в сжатые сроки;
— Плотно взаимодействовать с дизайнерами и разработчиками на этапе delivery, обеспечивая качество и своевременность релизов.
Требования:
— Продуктовый опыт: 2+ года в Mobile B2C в фокусом на Growth;
— Большой опыт с A/B тестами (запуск от 20 запущенных в квартал);
— Английский от Intermediate;
