This role sits at the intersection of analytics and data engineering. You'll need strong SQL and dbt skills, a deep understanding of marketing data, and the ability to think in terms of product — turning one-off solutions into generalized, maintainable systems.
AI-first mindset is non-negotiable. We expect you to use AI tools (LLMs, copilots, code assistants) as your default approach to work — from writing SQL and dbt models to analyzing data, drafting documentation, and automating repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities:
— Design and maintain data models for marketing data across multiple data sources and complex, branching schemas.
— Generalize custom client solutions into scalable product-level pipelines and tools.
— Work with the internal BI platform — build and maintain dashboards, understand what makes a great marketing dashboard vs. a mediocre one.
— Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and dbt models for data transformations, reporting, and investigations.
— Ensure data quality: conduct QA/UAT, validate data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness across pipelines and data sources.
— Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
— Proactively identify data quality risks, optimization opportunities, and areas for product improvement.
— Use AI tools as your primary lever for productivity — writing code, analyzing data, generating documentation, automating workflows. Continuously explore new AI-powered approaches and share findings with the team.
— Mentor junior analysts, review their work, and contribute to building team processes and standards. This role has a clear trajectory toward team leadership.
— Use Git for version control and collaboration.
Technical Skills:
— 3+ years of SQL experience, including complex queries (JOINs, CTEs, window functions).
— 2+ years of hands-on dbt experience: building and maintaining models, understanding layering approaches (staging → intermediate → marts), working with documentation and tests.
— Experience designing data models — dimensional modeling, working with multiple data sources, and managing branching/complex schemas.
— Strong understanding of marketing data: channels, funnels, attribution, key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, etc.), and how data flows from ad platforms to analytics.
— Product-oriented thinking: ability to see common patterns across custom solutions and propose generalized, reusable approaches.
— English C1 level with excellent written and verbal communication.
— Hands-on experience with QA/UAT processes.
Nice to Have
— Python for data analysis and automation.
— Experience with ClickHouse or other columnar databases.
— Familiarity with marketing platform APIs and data (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
— Experience designing semantic/metric layers.
— Understanding of CI/CD for data pipelines.
— Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) concepts.
— Experience with GA4 / Google Analytics data streams.
— Background in BI platforms (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) — for understanding best practices, not necessarily for daily use.

— Develop and execute a scalable Google SEO strategy for US and LATAM markets.

— Develop and execute a link building strategy.
— Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses.

Requirements:
— 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
— Proven experience with international SEO projects (US, LATAM, ES/PT markets).
— Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.
— Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.
— Advanced knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush.
— Strong analytical mindset and ownership attitude.
— Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.

Мы ищем Project Manager с хорошими аналитическими навыками, который сыграет ключевую роль в реализации решений на базе разговорного ИИ — от концепции до внедрения и поддержки.
Эта совмещённая роль особенно важна для поставки сложных AI-решений, где эффективное управление проектом требует глубокой системной экспертизы.
Обязанности:
1)В части системного анализа:
— Работать с заказчиками и партнёрами по всему миру
— Собирать и формализовывать бизнес- и технические требования
— Проектировать решения в соответствии с возможностями продукта
— Документировать архитектуру, интеграции и потоки данных
— Отслеживать тренды в области Agentic AIи предлагать инновационные улучшения
2)В части управления проектами:
— Управлять внедрением Conversational AI решений
— Контролировать клиентскую поддержку
— Разрабатывать и поддерживать детальные проектные планы (задачи, сроки, ресурсы)
— Выявлять и управлять рисками поставки
— Обеспечивать выполнение проектов в соответствии с ожиданиями клиентов и договорными обязательствами
— Путешествовать по миру для работы в рамках клиентских проектов внедрения
Требования:
— Опыт в pre-sales engineering, технологическом консалтинге или управлении IT-проектами
— Практическое понимание AI/ML и разработки ПО
— Знание RESTful API, интеграций, потоков данных и системной архитектуры
— Умение работать в кросс-функциональных командах
— Способность управлять несколькими приоритетами и работать в условиях неопределённости
— Отличные коммуникационные навыки и умение работать со сложными клиентами
— Ориентацию на результат
— Хорошее знание разговорного и письменного английского

Chatme.ai — продуктовая компания в сфере Agentic & Conversational AI, предоставляющая полный спектр решений для автоматизации: текстовые, голосовые и аватар-AI агенты, а также речевая аналитика на базе GenAI, плюс мы делаем R&D проекты в домене разговорного ИИ под крупных клиентов в различных странах.
Мы ищем Project Manager с хорошими аналитическими навыками, который сыграет ключевую роль в реализации решений на базе разговорного ИИ — от концепции до внедрения и поддержки.
Эта совмещённая роль особенно важна для поставки сложных AI-решений, где эффективное управление проектом требует глубокой системной экспертизы.
Обязанности:
1)В части системного анализа:
— Работать с заказчиками и партнёрами по всему миру
— Собирать и формализовывать бизнес- и технические требования
— Проектировать решения в соответствии с возможностями продукта
— Документировать архитектуру, интеграции и потоки данных
— Отслеживать тренды в области Agentic AIи предлагать инновационные улучшения
2)В части управления проектами:
— Управлять внедрением Conversational AI решений
— Контролировать клиентскую поддержку
— Разрабатывать и поддерживать детальные проектные планы (задачи, сроки, ресурсы)
— Выявлять и управлять рисками поставки
— Обеспечивать выполнение проектов в соответствии с ожиданиями клиентов и договорными обязательствами
— Путешествовать по миру для работы в рамках клиентских проектов внедрения
Требования:
— Опыт в pre-sales engineering, технологическом консалтинге или управлении IT-проектами
— Практическое понимание AI/ML и разработки ПО
— Знание RESTful API, интеграций, потоков данных и системной архитектуры
— Умение работать в кросс-функциональных командах
— Способность управлять несколькими приоритетами и работать в условиях неопределённости
— Отличные коммуникационные навыки и умение работать со сложными клиентами
— Ориентацию на результат
— Хорошее знание разговорного и письменного английского

Компания делает фандрайзинговую платформу Fundraise Up. Цель – быть самым удобным и самым быстрым способом сделать донат в пользу некоммерческого фонда.
Компания работает в энтерпрайз-сегменте. Клиенты находятся по всему миру, но основная концентрация приходится на США, Канаду, Великобританию и Австралию.
Продукт большой и сложный. Он состоит из нескольких частей: чекаут и виджеты (каждый из них, это небольшое SPA), порталы для донора, организации и партнеров, админка и еще несколько приложений.
В основе Nodejs (koa, NestJS) и mongodb. Основная часть кода написана на TypeScript.
Для очередей используем Kafka (там где события измеряются миллионами) и Bull (redis). Много статистики храним в Clickhouse. Ищем с помощью Elasticsearch.
Команда:
В команде продуктовой разработки 60 человек. Они находятся в Грузии, Армении, Азербайджане, Турции, Сербии, Казахстане и Португалии. Язык общения — русский.
Требования:
— 5+ лет опыта.
Обязанности:
— Писать код.
— Писать юнит-тесты на свой и чужой код.
— Поддерживать, чинить и масштабировать имеющуюся функциональность.
— Принимать участие в проектировании новых частей системы.
— Делать код-ревью.
— Общаться: консультировать коллег, уточнять задачи, обсуждать функциональность, накидывать идеи и т.п.
Важно:
— Мы нанимаем специалистов для удаленной работы из следующих стран: Испания, Сербия, Польша, Португалия, Турция, Кипр, Грузия, Армения. Релокация не предусмотрена.
— Работа с 9 до 18 часов по CET. В это время мы интенсивно созваниваемся и много обсуждаем.

About The Role
We are hiring a technical lead to define the developer experience for the Customer Dashboard that is used by the world's largest retailers – Sephora, Target, Petco – to control their product discovery experience. You will define what Customer Dashboard developer experience looks like at Constructor – and your work will multiply the impact of every engineer on the dashboard.
Requirements:
You and your team will own three areas:
— Dashboard reliability – infrastructure, monitoring, alerting, incident response, CI/CD pipelines
— Developer experience – tooling, development environment, design system, agentic coding infrastructure
— Platform capabilities – authorization, audit logging, configuration management, and other features that provide horizontal value across the dashboard
You’ll lead a small team, spending roughly 50% of your time on technical work, 20% on team leadership, and 30% working across teams. Success looks like: reduced build times, fewer production incidents with lesser impact, and teams reporting that the platform makes them more effective.
Preferred Qualifications:
— Platform engineering experience – you've built internal tools, developer platforms, or infrastructure that other engineers depend on
— Full-stack technical depth – strong hands-on experience with React & TypeScript + Node.js backend experience
— Infrastructure and operations experience – you have experience building & maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting; you've been on-call and handled production incidents
— Leadership experience – you've led projects, mentored engineers, or managed a small team; formal management experience preferred but not required
— Systems thinking – you think in tradeoffs and understand how decisions affect multiple teams
— Communication skills – you'll work across 7 teams and need to influence without authority
— Comfort with ambiguity – you can take a vague problem and structure an approach

You will participate in developing the framework and functional low-level tests for high-performance and/or low-latency NICs.
The developed framework is a userland+kernel prototyping system which includes some distributed logic as well as logical model that predicts various NIC or NIC-emulation behaviour.
Depending on your skills and the sub-branch of the project you might do:
— framework development,
— QEMU model development.
Required skills:
— decent C knowledge (please note, we use pure C, not "C/C++")
— some level of technical English (as we work with foreign customers exclusively)
Bonus skills:
— work experience with Git and distributed team development
— understanding the principles of networking (Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP)
— Linux kernel-level programming
— understanding the principles of CPU architecture (virtual memory, caches, SIMD, memory barriers etc)
— knowledge of non-x86 architectures (e.g. ARM)
— work experience with VMs (QEMU, KVM, Xen etc.)

Обязанности:
— Разработка нативных Android-приложений.
— Создание приложений с нуля до релиза с использованием AI как основного инструмента разработки (AI-first).
— Написание большей части кода с помощью AI-инструментов (AI-assisted engineering).
— Планирование, реализация, тестирования и деливери продуктов используя AI-first подход.
— Реализация нового функционала и улучшение существующего.
— Участие в ревью кода и обсуждении технических решений.
Требования:
— Коммерческий опыт разработкимобильных приложений iOS или Android от 3 лет.
— Опыт разработки приложений с нуля до релиза при помощи Agentic AI CLI (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, etc).
— Уверенное знание архитектуры мобильных приложений (system design), понимание и опыт применения основных ее компонентов, построение сложных мобильных систем со встроенными базами данных, кэшированием, синхронизацией в режиме реального времени, расширений и сервисов ОС.
— Желание учиться.

Data Infrastructure
— Data Quality: Ensure logging, tracking, and data pipelines are accurate and reliable
— SQL & ETL: Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from our data warehouse – BigQuery
— Collaboration: Work with Data Engineering to build data marts and improve data infrastructure
— Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of metrics definitions, data models, and analytical methods
Required:
— 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist in a tech company
— Expert SQL skills: You can write complex queries with joins, window functions, CTEs, and optimize for performance
— Statistical rigor: Deep understanding of A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
— Data visualization: Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Mode, or similar) to build dashboards
— Python: Comfortable with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
— Business acumen: Ability to connect data insights to business impact and strategic decisions
— Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can explain complex analysis simply

Required:
— 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist in a tech company
— Expert SQL skills: You can write complex queries with joins, window functions, CTEs, and optimize for performance
— Statistical rigor: Deep understanding of A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
— Data visualization: Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Mode, or similar) to build dashboards
— Python: Comfortable with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
— Business acumen: Ability to connect data insights to business impact and strategic decisions
— Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can explain complex analysis simply
— Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will help us with the migration of our microservices system to a new domain. In this position, you will be working with a team that consists of: 6 developers, 2 analysts and 3 QA Engineers. This position combines project management with business analysis with a strong focus on prioritization.
Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management
— Ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term strategy
— Collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and define priorities
— Help the team stay focused, remove blockers, and create an environment where they can do their best work
— Lead both business-driven initiatives and migration projects from legacy to new platforms and technologies
— Manage and prioritize the product backlog, maintaining a clear roadmap and vision for the project
— Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives
— Work closely with other Backend and Frontend teams to coordinate dependencies and deliver end-to-end solutions
Team collaboration & Process Optimization
— Support hiring, onboarding, and team capacity planning
— Drive continuous process improvement across all development processes
— Ensure transparency of team work, drive visibility of planning and delivery progres
Requirements:
— Strong experience delivering complex software projects in a cross-functional environment
— Excellent skills in prioritization, stakeholder management, and expectation setting
— A mindset focused on outcomes, not output - you help the team achieve real impact, not just close tasks
— Strong communication skills and a leadership style based on empathy, clarity, and collaboration
— Fluent in English, Russian is a plus

— Английский — рабочий (читать/писать/общаться)
Будет плюсом:
— Java / Python для пайплайнов
— Airflow / Dagster / dbt / Kafka / Spark
— Опыт построения аналитики с нуля
— Понимание финансовых данных и compliance
