We are seeking a Technical Lead/SRE Team Lead for a build-from-scratch setup. Initially, the role will be entirely hands-on, with responsibility for the production trading reliability. Later on, the role will involve building and leading an SRE/TradeOps team. An algorithmic trading company building its own ultra-low-latency HFT infrastructure for global financial markets.

Обязанности
- Own production reliability for trading binaries
- Handle incident management, escalation and on-call duties
- Build observability, monitoring and analytics
- Perform deep Linux, systems and performance troubleshooting
- Improve the platform in a complex technical environment
- Over time, take ownership of team leadership and operational processes

Требования
- 6+ years of experience in SRE
- Strong Unix/Linux skills with hands-on production debugging
- Coding experience in Python or Go
- Experience with high-load / mission-critical systems
- English level B2+

Будет плюсом
- Kubernetes / Docker / Grafana
