At last, when the Trumpet will be blown with one blast, and the earth and mountains will be lifted up and crushed with one blow, on that Day the Inevitable Event will have come to pass. The sky will then be so torn that it will be frail, with the angels on its sides. On that Day eight mighty angels will bear the Throne of your Lord above them. You will then be presented before Him for judgment, and none of your secrets will stay hidden.

Sayyid al-Istighfār: The Best Prayer for Seeking Forgiveness
Narrated Shaddād ibn Aws رضي الله عنه: The Prophet (ﷺ) said "The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allāh is:
اللهم أنت ربي، لا إله إلا أنت ، خلقتني وأنا عبدك، وأنا على عهدك ووعدك ما استطعت أعوذ بك من شر ما صنعت أبوء لك بنعمتك علي، وأبوء بذنبي، فاغفر لي فإنه لا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت
The Prophet (ﷺ) added. "If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise."
[Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6306]
Transliteration: Allāhumma anta rabbī, lā ilāha illā anta,, khalaqtanī wa-anā ʿabduka, wa-anā ʿalā ʿahdika wa-waʿdika mā’istaṭaʿtu, aʿūdhu bika min sharri mā ṣanaʿtu abūʾu laka bi-niʿmatika ʿalayy, wa-abūʾu laka bidhanbī, fa’ighfir lī fa-innahu lā yaghfir al-dhunūba illā ant
Translation: O Allāh, You are my Lord, there is no God but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and promise (to honour it) as best as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil that I have committed. I acknowledge Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for surely none can forgive sins but You.

Abū Hurayrah رضي الله عنه reported Allāh's Messenger ﷺ as saying that Allāh, the Exalted and Glorious, thus stated:
“I am near to the thought of My servant as he thinks about Me, and I am with him as he remembers Me. And if he remembers Me in his heart, I also remember him in My Heart, and if he remembers Me in assembly I remember him in assembly, better than his (remembrance), and if he draws near Me by the span of a palm, I draw near him by the cubit, and if he draws near Me by the cubit I draw near him by the space (covered by) two hands. And if he walks towards Me, I rush towards him.”

One year ago today, the Isr*eli occupation carried out a deadly ‘double-tap’ strike on Al-Nasser Hospital in Gaza, killing 22 people, including five journalists.
The journalists were there to document the war and provide live, independent reporting from inside Gaza. With Isr*el restricting foreign journalists from entering Gaza, journalists working for international outlets have been essential to documenting what is happening on the ground.
Isr*el claimed it was targeting a ‘Hamas’ surveillance camera. But a Reuters investigation, which reviewed more than 100 videos and photos and interviewed more than two dozen people, found that the camera belonged to journalist Hussam al-Masri and found evidence contradicting Isr*el’s account. The second strike then hit as journalists and rescuers gathered around the victims of the first.
Isr*el said it would investigate itself. But this is the pattern: commit war crimes, announce an internal investigation, and then provide little or no meaningful accountability.
