✦:Al-Quran : Verily, the first House (of worship) appointed for mankind was that at Bakkah (Makkah), full of blessing, and a guidance for Al-'Alamin (mankind and jinn). In it are manifest signs (for example), the Maqam (place) of Ibrahim (Abraham); whosoever enters it, he attains security. And Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) to the House (Ka'bah ) is a duty that mankind owes to Allah, those who can afford the expenses (for one's conveyance, provision and residence); and whoever disbelieves [i.e. denies Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah), then he is a disbeliever of Allah], then Allah stands not in need of any of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists) .

*اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ علَيْنَا بِالأَمْنِ والإِيمَانِ وَالسَّلامَةِ والإِسْلامِ ، رَبّي ورَبُّكَ اللَّه هِلالُ رُشْدٍ وخَيْرٍ*
Allahumma ahillahu alaina bil-amni wal-iman, was-salamati wal-Islam, Rabbi wa Rabbuk-Allah, Hilalu rushdin wa khair

O Allah, let this moon appear on us with security and Iman; with safety and Islam. (O moon!) Your RAB and mine is Allah, May this moon be bringing guidance and good

( Translation: Thirst has gone, the arteries are moist, and the reward is sure, if Allah wills.)

*يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ. وَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّه، وَلَا تَكِلْنِي  إلى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ أَبَدًا*

✦ Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, Bi-Rahmatika Astagith, Waslih li Sha'ni Kullahu, Wala Takilni ila Nafsi tarfata Aaynin Abda 

✦ Oh Alive and everlasting one, I seek relief by your mercy. Rectify for me all of my affairs.
And never leave me in charge of my nafs (myself) even for a blink of an eye.

✦:Narrated Ibn Abbas Radi allahu anhuma : The Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these (first ten days of Dhul Hijja). Then some companions of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, Not even Jihad? He replied, Not even Jihad, except that of a man who does it by putting himself and his property in danger (for Allah's sake) and does not return with any of those things.

✦ *The reward of sacrifice for the one who is not capable for sacrifice*

✦ The Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said to a man: I have been instructed to take the Day of Sacrifice as an Eid which Allah, the Might and Sublime, has ordained for this Ummah. The man said: What do you think if I cannot find anything but a female sheep that has been loaned to me so that I may benefit from it - should I sacrifice it? He Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: No. Rather cut something from your hair and your nails, trim your mustache and shave your pubic hairs, and you will have a complete reward with Allah, the Might and Sublime, as if you had offered the sacrifice.

*Explanation : if a person is not capabale to sacrifice than he should not cut his hair or nails from the first of Dhul Hijja month, and afterthe eid prayer he should cut his hairs and trim mustache , if he do so he will get reward as he had offered the sacrifice*
